I'm not asking you to breach any promises of condifentiality, but you had stated in your post to pm you if we wanted details. lol make up your mind! no hard feelings. I bought this ages ago, and am underwater and if it ever goes, great, if not, I'll hold it as a lesson. There's nothing you could say that would make me buy more and nothing you could say that would make me sell at these prices.
Good luck everyone. I'm taking off for my summer holidays. I have a good till cancelled sell at a high target and maybe I'll get lucky.
I don't have PM capabilities as I am a non-paying member, but I am interested in the details.
Thanks in advance.
I added chart AWNE to my stockcharts.com public folder, address below.
fwiw, Check out http://bullbear.tradingchief.com/index.php and click on the red/gray/black click here button at the top of the page to try out tradingchief.com's new charting tool. It's awesome, and in my opinion really slick and easier than stockcharts.com. I'll be charting on both platforms for a while but for $20/month on tradingchief you get the live chat, the bullboard, and the charting tool. It's worth looking into if you enjoy charting. The bullboard there doesn't get much traffic and is mostly Canadian stocks under discussion but the charting tool is really something.
AMEP on my scan on Friday. I've added the chart to my public folder (link below).

No, I want to revise that a bit, there were some large trades first thing this morning too I see, 75K, 100K 125K and 100K then the 250K, 200K and 100K.
That's a significant amount of large blocks in my opinion on this stock that has seen virtually no volume since it moved pinked.
I have hope!!!!
It looks like three big trades 250K, 200K and 100K went through and that's what's caused the 26% bump in share price and the extra volume. Now we need some more buyers to jump in and continue a run.
I believe when I see a handful of larger than normal trades like this on a company that it indicates something coming on the horizon. Maybe our oversold days are now numbered and we can get back to a more rational share price.
SIVC volume up considerably.
Volume is up considerably. Anyone know why?
I sent CWIR an email last week asking if they were moving to the OTC and why there was a volume surge last week. Here is what ken@centralwirelessinc.com said to me (grammar, editorial errors and spelling belong to him...)
thank you for your inquiry, currently we are reviewing several options and directions in which to move forward with ,however i know of no reason why the stock is doing anything at this time . regards
They did this a few months ago too, had a day where there was oodles of volume, then poof nothing the next day. Disappointing, for sure, but I guess I've given up on them. I keep thinking of selling so I have the loss to apply, but then I never did last year so can't use it now. lol, next run I'll be sitting on .0003 and I can take my loss and use it next year at tax time. (just finished my taxes-can you tell?)
Hi Youngun
read this article and think if it might apply to CWIR. good luck to you.
If R/M means reverse merger, then I've answered my own question. For anyone else who might have questions:
http://www.qwoter.com/college/Trading-Strategies/Reverse_Merger_Strategy.html this article helped me understand.
CWIR what's causing the volume? anyone have level 2 for it?

As a reminder, these are taken from a scan I run using stockcharts.com. It's a custom scan I created which examines daily and weekly criteria looking for oversold indicators that are turning up on both weekly and daily charts.

Faust, that is how I read it, they called it "going dark" in the documents I read when I googled all the SEC filing numbers and sections.
If I understand correctly from what Scoobey posted and from what I read online when I googled the forms and sections listed in the NR, it sounds to me like they are trying to stay on the pink sheets. From what I read online, it can be for many reasons but most firms claim that it is to avoid costly filing fees. Other reasons stated included to reduce transparency for the shareholders, to give more control to the officers. From what I understood from what I read, the precursor to wanting to be delisted is generally an R/S to get the share count down, and shake out some investors, well they did that.
What really concerns me is that one thing I read is that the delisting can so that the company is on the pink sheets or so that they become a private company again. What happens to my shares (everyone's shares) if that happens? How would I ever sell and get my money? That's my concern, mind you I'm so far underwater on this trade that my shares are essentially worthless now anyway.
like scoobey said, time will tell.
Direct your broker to the pinksheet.com website where the news release regarding the change is. That should be enough to get them moving.
Tradefreedom does not yet recognize the change properly, I show my SEIH shares, and now I also show SEIHXZ shares of the same amount in my portfolio. Neither can be traded.
GNBT chart added to my public folder. Click link below to get there. Looks like a great trader for today.
I am bag holding CWIR big time. I had no idea it actually cost money to do filings, aside from the cost of the accountants. I can only hope that something does go on with this one. The sooner the better too I hope. I was surprised to login this afternoon and see some activity, and yet no info on CWIR. If you notice a posting about it on another board, could you somehow alert me to it so I can read it, if someone knows what is going on there, I'd love to find out.
Lucy is there a link you can point me to that explains what a company has to do to get from the pinks to the OTCBB again? I'm asking not just for CWIR but also for SEIH which I am also bag holding. Thanks for you help.
