If I understand correctly from what Scoobey posted and from what I read online when I googled the forms and sections listed in the NR, it sounds to me like they are trying to stay on the pink sheets. From what I read online, it can be for many reasons but most firms claim that it is to avoid costly filing fees. Other reasons stated included to reduce transparency for the shareholders, to give more control to the officers. From what I understood from what I read, the precursor to wanting to be delisted is generally an R/S to get the share count down, and shake out some investors, well they did that.

What really concerns me is that one thing I read is that the delisting can so that the company is on the pink sheets or so that they become a private company again. What happens to my shares (everyone's shares) if that happens? How would I ever sell and get my money? That's my concern, mind you I'm so far underwater on this trade that my shares are essentially worthless now anyway.

like scoobey said, time will tell.
