That just means SFOR will most likely collect treble damages that could be larger than one could imagine from Duo. R&G IS going to crush these guys. R&G had revenue 3 times the net worth of Duo last year unless I am wrong. JMO No one deserves to be crushed more than DUO....GO SFOR...
Post that is stickied for Koog needs to be removed. 105825
The case DID make it to court, it did not go to trial because MS knew it would lose.
Multiple filings at Pacer on SFOR Entrust case 1 minute ago...GO SFOR
It is time for the SEC new Cyber division to do it's job with these market manipulators...karma just saying..GO SFOR
Where is all of the POS players today..SFOR and it's lawfirms are in a kick-ass mood..hmmm..GLTA SFOR longs.
RDY2ROCK...I call that a win win for SFOR don't you? The amount may surprise a few around here. I believe there are those of us who have known all along what it is worth..to each his own..JMO as always...GO SFOR
I agree.SFOR is going to prevail in these cases. There are too many positives here. We have the ruling coming soon as to whether or not an IPR will be instituted..The SCOTUS will be ruling on 2 cases on whether the IPR is constitutional or not this month. I believe October will be a pivotal month for SFOR...GO SFOR...final post
I would like to know if the defendants have anything to do with the stock price manipulation of SFOR. Maybe the SEC and FINRA will be able to shed some light on this soon. It would be naive to think some of these defendants would not use these tactics to bring SFOR down. It would also be foolish to think R&G and BR havent already thought about this and have made the necessary notifications. JMO but very plausible. I would not want to be in anyones shoes that are participating in this. GO SFOR
I guess we will see who doesnt understand OOBA soon enough when these infringers start settling. GO SFOR the OWNER OF OOBA .... JMO of course then the truth will be known. ZPaul and others have put the DD out there its up to you whether to believe or not....Doesnt matter to me if one believes or not I am Long and Strong here..yes an investor here not trading this one.
Cyber I believe R&G was referring to an appeal to SCOTUS on the constitutionality of the whole IPR process much like the Oil States case up for a decision next month with SCOTUS..GO SFOR
John Garretson that same "skilled lawyer" that lost the Microsoft Phonefactor case to Blank Rome and SFOR ...LMFAO William J Harmon is no longer listed on Shook Hardy and Bacon website. Read John Garretsons profile for more info. GO SFOR
Then why is this line in the latest 10q for Symantec on page 6
FINANCING ACTIVITIES:
Repayments of debt and other obligations
(2,010
)
(17

Proceeds from issuance of debt, net of issuance costs

It sure looks like they paid 2 billion dollars in repayment of debt. It sure looks like they borrowed to me. JMO GO SFOR
Why should anyone invest in a company with no phone, no office, and no financial reports in almost 2 years. LMAO that doesnt sound like a scam. UOIP also hasnt had a share structure update since Feb 2017. It is a big deal when the company Iceweb changes its name to Unified onlineinc and announces a 1 for 400 share reverse split. It also increased A/S from 5 billion to 6 billion shares. Where did that leave the shareholder? It sounds like a really big deal to me..JMO...just sayin.
why not show me a list of revealed lenders for Microsoft or Symantic or Cisco. I would like to see it. These guys do not publish who lends them money why should SFOR be any different.
If 200 million shares were dumped in July in one day of UOIP and the insiders own 900 million + out of 1.1 billion AS. Who do you think dumped 2 million dollars worth of stock at .012 a share? Good luck these guys havent filed anything with the SEC since April 2016. How many Authorized and Outstanding shares are there now? 5 billion? more?
Who is the T/A ? I would like to know how many shares are here and how much dilution has or will occur.
UOIP is a "Mile high movement" for sure.
What is the O/S and A/S on this stock?
The number of shares of the registrant’s Common Stock, $.001 par value:
Outstanding at February 15, 2016 was: 1,011,928,504
Insider ownership per filing: 903,325,954
That was over 19 months ago!!!! Who do you think is going to dump their shares? The insiders?
When is the last time UOIP filed? April 2016?
What does Caveat Emptor mean?
Who is the T/A for this stock so I can get a current share count.
Is UOIP just a patent troll, it sure looks like it.

Excellent post Hate Liars. This is laid out for everyone to see on SFOR patents. I believe the IPR will be denied..JMO like everything I say...GO SFOR the longs are still here. My one post of the day
I added 300k more this morning. Reduction in debt is always a positive to me.
Doing good will add some more today..Our other doing better and better about to go ballistic imo. GLTA Go RSii
Maronti I hope retirement is going well. looking good on RSII. I am invested here as well after talking to you awhile back. I like what I am seeing looksvery good. Go Rising Bioscience...woohoo
Dont forget RR that SFOR chances with both IPR's is going good and will get even better in October when SCOTUS will take on the constitutionality of IPR's. The SCOTUS in place right now is the most pro patent owners in decades. Duo, Trustwave, and Centrify you are on your last legs..You can run but you cant hide. Strikeforce Technologies is coming for you with treble damages now. R&G and Blank Rome will not have any mercy..JMO...GO SFOR L/S
ZPaul did you catch the interview with upticknewswire this morning, very good info here is the link.

Are you serious....haha ROFLMAO....GO SFOR
Doc ...
youre killing me...ROFLMAO...my one post for today
Right on Gold49er thats what I am talking about. SFOR is a shining star and I would sure like to be in the court room when DUO and the others have to plead their case in front of a jury. If it goes to trial this will be a treble damages case IMO. This would set a precedent for future defendents to worry about. Thanks for sharing, very interesting....GO SFOR our time is coming
Ropes and Gray is going to have a field day with a few posters on this board. If any collusion is found to have occured between the infringers and some of the posters on this board, I would not want to be in your shoes. SFOR has an amazing legal team and I am sure these guys check out possible actions taken by the infringers to destroy this company. Look at the tactics the infringers used to keep SFOR from getting contracts. What do you think they would resort to in an infringement case that could cost 10's of millions. I would think perhaps the SEC and FINRA are already looking into this..GO SFOR read this quick...lol
Mofran you should have read the last sentence. That whole statement was from Symantecs most recent 10k. I was just showing that it is a standard statement from a lot of companies. SFOR was just making a standard statement like any other company. GO SFOR L/S
Wow you really did your homework..Zpaul and the rest of the longs need to check this out.
I If we are unable to attract and retain qualified employees, lose key personnel, fail to integrate replacement personnel successfully, or fail to manage our employee base effectively, we may be unable to develop new and enhanced products and services, effectively manage or expand our business, or increase our revenues. Our future success depends upon our ability to recruit and retain key management, technical, sales, marketing, finance and other personnel. Our officers and other key personnel are employees-at-will, and we cannot assure you that we will be able to retain them. Competition for people with the specific skills that we require is significant, and we face difficulties in attracting, retaining and motivating employees as a result. In connection with the acquisition of Blue Coat, we experienced management turnover and this may lead to employee attrition and related difficulties and these difficulties may continue or increase following our acquisition of LifeLock. In order to attract and retain personnel in a competitive marketplace, we believe that we must provide a competitive compensation package, including cash and equity-based compensation. The volatility in our stock price may from time to time adversely affect our ability to recruit or retain employees. In addition, we may be unable to obtain required stockholder approvals of future increases in the number of shares available for issuance under our equity compensation plans, and accounting rules require us to treat the issuance of equity-based compensation as compensation expense. As a result, we may decide to issue fewer equity-based incentives and may be impaired in our efforts to attract and retain necessary personnel. If we are unable to hire and retain qualified employees, or conversely, if we fail to manage employee performance or reduce staffing levels when required by market conditions, our business and operating results could be adversely affected.Effective succession planning is also important to our long-term success. Failure to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and smooth transitions involving key employees could hinder our strategic planning and execution. From time to time, key personnel leave our company and the incidence of this increased in recent periods due to the transitions we have experienced over the last few years including the divestiture of Veritas. For example, in connection with the Blue Coat acquisition, we appointed their Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to those positions in our company in fiscal 2017. While we strive to reduce the negative impact of changes in our leadership, the loss of any key employee could result in significant disruptions to our operations, including adversely affecting the timeliness of product releases, the successful implementation and completion of company initiatives, the effectiveness of our disclosure controls and procedures and our internal control over financial reporting, and our results of operations. In addition, hiring, training, and successfully integrating replacement sales and other personnel could be time consuming and expensive, may cause additional disruptions to our operations, and may be unsuccessful, which could negatively impact future financial results. These risks may be exacerbated by the uncertainty associated with the transitions we have experienced over the last few years.
This is from the latest Symantec 10k Penny. This is standard language for companies
Oh Contrare. That switch is an analogy to each time authentication is used by someone there is a charge associated just like an atm or any place a credit card is used. You are comparing a physical device to software and OOBA....Apples and oranges. These guys like Duo ..etc are getting paid for someone flipping that switch for authentication and a good portion like it or not is from infringing on our patents. It is time for them to pay for stealing and using our patented technology. You have your opinion and I have mine. JMO and by the way with billions of transactions with MFA authentication every day it is a hell of a lot like flipping a switch. GO SFOR it is time for payback to these thieving POS. My one post of the day...lol
His DD is far superior to the BS you and others bring to the table about SFOR. I will be on ZPauls side just so there is no confusion. We have plenty of posters that bring factual DD to our attention. GO SFOR
I would like to know who those companies are. Kindly give me a list if you are so sure other companies own these patents. SFOR has the oldest patents on OOBA therefore prior art prevails...JMO...GO SFOR L/S

The bandits, pirates, hoodlums, savages, skanks, bastados'! Hmmmmm yea, I'm all out of words
Bluesummers, You are still talking about the infringers right?...LOL
I am positive there is no way the defendants want this to go to jury trial with what has come to light in the last few days with competition suppression. By the way, just because the defendants dont have emails to support their case does not mean SFOR does not. I remember a discussion on emails awhile back, anyone remember that? GO SFOR
The defendants had better wake up and see the bad path Mr Garretson has taken them down. The truth will come out on this one and the first three DUO, TRUSTWAVE, and CENTRIFY are going to pay a heavy price x3. This will set the precedent for cases to come. R&G know exactly what they are doing. JMO. I also believe BR and R&G gave the defendants enough rope to hang themselves with planning for treble damages from the beginning. GO SFOR
You forgot the x earnings factor for valuation..GO SFOR
Very impressive list of attendees to that ACS Webinar. Thanks ZPaul..GO SFOR.
