Moshe , I stand partly corrected.
Apparently, I did jump to an erroneous conclusion on the field photo. Lazy pr bashturd that I am,lol.
They really should get rid of all those stock photos on their website though. With the "Consulting Company Template" header, it looks canned, imo. Good to see Dr. Fischer getting dirty.
GL
Moshe, Who are you referring to as the CEO?
Pinksheets does not list a CEO.
I looked on their website but none of the links work.
Just curious.
TIA
They can't. Until they correct or retract that PR, it's all theirs. If you notice, it is only IHub that is privy to this knowledge of the "lazy" PR dude. The rest of the investing public is supposed to assume that this is a factually correct press release and the COO said something that was identical to what Ed Gildea, President of Converted Organics(NASDAQ:COIN), said two days earlier about a suspiciously similar product.
It sure does smell like fertilizer, I'll give them that.
imo
Are you serious? They took out the name of COIN's product out and inserted the name of theirs. They took out the name of COIN's mgm't and inserted theirs.
One of these things is not like the other.
They need to retract the PRs in question. If they want this issue to go away, they need to answer for the prs they still have on record.
You're quite happy with their explanation?
Great, happiness is everything on the pink sheets.
No worries everyone.
Good times!
LOL

Righty, didn't you just copy and paste an already copy and pasted pr release? The company has just distanced itself from this statement, citing a lazy PR writer. Why do they continue to disseminate a plaguerized press release? Shouldn't they restate and correct this PR that includes a direct quote copied from COIN's management? It is bad form at the very least, imo.

I would have used pictures from their website but 1) they are generic stock photos that are unrelated to the company and 2) the website is done in flash and it's difficult to even copy text from it. Perhaps you can get some pictures and a blurb from the company. Anywho, good luck here.

Pinksheets just posts what the company tells them regarding share structure and company info. Apparently the same goes for the TA, lol. Thanks for getting the confirmation on that. gl
Yes, I believe the SOS over mgm't, IR and their TA. But I'm skeptical like that. The TA might be able to shed some light on this long standing discrepancy. Their last TA was gagged. So there's that.

FYI...The Delaware Secretary of State insists that there are
600,000,000 Authorized Common Shares (par=.000)
600,000,000 Authorized Preferred (par= .000)
600,000,000 Authorized Preferred (2 sets)
This is unchanged from last year except I don't recall the second set of preferred shares...fwiw, I just spoke with an operator at DE SOS Corporations Division (see below) as their automated system seems to be on the fritzz today. gl

Recent tax settlement news that I've been screaming about for over a year.
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/080701/145686.html
I recall it blooming last year around this same time. It was a sodfest!
I, too, was only speculating on the source of recent supply. It's hard telling not knowing. I have seen a few small promotional disclosures but none that would account for recent volume. imo
gl
Well, their losses were amplified by their hedging strategy. When coffee futures went skyward, it appears they got caught with their putzz on.(see last few posts here) Losses on options were huge ($2,082,679 for the second quarter of fiscal 2008) and mgm't looked borderline incompetent. Since it's a family thing, nobody is going to send grandpa out to pasture for being old school with the options, it has worked in their favor (stabilizing costs) up until now.
The Entenmann's is a nice brew. I'd like to see it in whole bean at the same price point. To me, premium means whole bean. They should be going after the supermarket bean buyers, imo.
I agree with mgm't that this has been oversold and remains undervalued. I think it's 50% more undervalued than when I first bought it,lol. Let that be a lesson to you.
Yep, volume is spotty and will probably continue. Hopefully the company will continue their buy back as promised. As I see this as a long term hold, I don't get too bothered by it being under the radar...way under...imo

I currently have no position here. I've just been watching since the merger and split. I updated the ibox for kicks and giggles. I might jump in at some point in the future if they follow through on some of their forward plans (filing, uplisting, etc) I don't see this trading on its fundamentals until then. Right now it seems to be running on promotional steam.
