OF COURSE, GEEZ. Go back and read what I wrote so you understand the steps needed to eventually get the capital to execute on the agreements you've done the leg work to put into place.

1) You hire an IR team
2) You put PRs out about the plan
3) You have some good agreements in place you share with the public (More PRs and marketing)
4) Your stock has volume
5) You find investment firms that invest in the small-cap space and your industry
6) The investment firm writes a check (six to seven figures)

That's the way this works fyi.

Eventually, when you want the 8 or 9 figure investments you have to then register shares. But that's more of an A or B round. But that's how this is done. Its not rocket science.

PRs and Qs are the two key drivers. I can't believe someone actually posted that you can't build a company with PRs. Without PRs and volume, you can't raise money, this is small cap 101 information lol.....IR team, PRs, solid Agreements in place, stock volume, now you're ready for someone to write you a check.

I can't believe some people don't understand this. Again people that don't understand this should stick to big board stocks because this is elementary stuff.

Yes, you can put the vision out there. Investors buy into it, which creates volume for the stock, which in return allows the company to raise money from investment banks. Investment firms will only invest in a public company if there is consistent volume. Because they need to know they will have liquidity, if there's no volume, no investment firm is investing. So you couldn't be further from the truth. This is the whole point of using a public vehicle to raise capital. If you don't understand that then you just missed the whole point of this.

If you're not going to do that then why would you ever go public as an OTC company? PRs are the first step and a key one to eventually getting someone to write you a large check. Of course, it needs to be paired with an IR team.

FYI on ASCM:

ASCM is the most popular market maker for shorting stocks and creating a scare when they're in the ask and can. be a resistance level. ASCM often appears on very volatile stocks that made a nice move and ASCM looks to short for the price per share correction. When ASCM appears on the bid side close to the price level it means they're covering their position. In order to cover they need to buy back the shares, they shorted so it often provides an area of support.

Anyone that watched the action on L2 this morning, this stock is clearly being played with by MMs. I am pretty sure this volume surge we just saw was some covering from last week, but im not an expert haha.

HIm and Jane are playing both sides of this right now. I think your watching them either continuing to short this or they just covered some of their short position. Not sure.

You see Market maker ASCM is an issue here. He has not been on the ask or bid for a long time but is boxing this in right now and controlling it. Hes playing both sides of it right now to keep price down. IMO

Take a look at the short report. Some days almost every share sold was a naked short from the MMs. Its very tough for small companies to counter that, it almost seems as if they have double or tripled down on their short position. They continue to load the ask with shares that don't actually exist. You would need millions to flow through this in a short time frame to break the shorts. Its very difficult but it is possible.

It is a disgrace what shorts have done here. An emerging company, in a position to grow and create a ton of jobs and economic development in areas that need it, all undone by some greedy market makers. It is not right.

2-3 hours before the PR release, almost as if they knew it was coming......

They must be regular winners of the lottery.....
