agreed
unless they already sold company
yes, no company would walk away from patents that may be worth millions (or billions)
There must be a strategic reason for delay in Q's....? or sex change.
you need to look at outstanding shares not the authorized shares.
yes, but no pm
Many times in sales, large companies with deep pockets team with a small company who has unique products to go after large gov't contracts. NDA and quiet periods are necessary in a highly competitive environment. Pure speculation, but this might be a reason WM is dead to the market and may want to delay Q's. A contract might represent $ millions or $ billions over time.
A company like Uber needs a MM to compete in countries who want to protect their existing taxi providers who are required to have meters. Uber (teamed with WM) has the resources to compete whereas WM doesn't. Makes sense to me!
yes exactly- everyone is holding until the q's are out. Many like myself buy a little every week or so.
are you joking- only $500 to $1500 traded per day on average.
Ha Ha...something vary weird about WM, moving emails doesn't take weeks and why would they kill the Website unless they were no longer interested in marketing MM. Maybe they are in negotiations with Uber or other for buyout or distribution agreements. Hopefully they are marketing buyout to a number of different providers to create bidding war. This is potentially a billion dollar market and the patents should have a huge pay day.
I've never seen anything like this- it all seems very weird to me. All we can do is wait and see what develops. Interesting but WEIRD!
How does a customer reach WM with no email or Web site? Something very strange here?
yes, I agree completely
yes, no doubt this is a very strange company. I keep reminding myself that what ever happens the patents are worth LOTS OF MONEY. A company with deep pockets could buy patents and control the motorcycle taxi meter market.
I was surprise to read Siri Lanka has 700,000 Tuks with interest in putting meters on all of them! $70 Million potential revenue.
It helps have deep pockets to defend patents and to market around the world. Unfortunately, in many countries $$$ help grease the wheels for approval of MM
my guess is that patents are worth many many millions to Uber or other who wants to gain motorcycle taxi market share.
The value is in the patents!
The only other reason I can think of to kill the Web site and other negative marketing facts is if WM has sold technology to another company- let's hope so. !!!
No Web site, no business license, sales unknown...sure sounds like a dead company to me...too bad I and others lost a lot of money.
One contract will validate market potential and the patents could be worth many millions... especially to companies like UBER/others who need a way to operate in countries that require a meter (like Thailand, Siri Lanka, etc.)
NUTS!...with a CONTRACT they won't have any problem getting new financing. They have a terrific story:
> 22 patents- first to market
> revenue
> huge market potential
Why would anyone invest in FARE if they didn't believe in the above.
A smart way to go to save money. One contract and everything changes like favorable financing!
I agree...my guess they are waiting for contract- little revenue to date. Doesn't make much sense to release Q's during the holidays. Strange company.
Yes, very strange. I wish WM would just tell the truth. Investors would be very forgiving if they saw potential down the road.
I'm envious of your travels...maybe WM will help me travel someday- long shot at this time.
Things have changed in Myanmar....
"Motorcycle taxis lurk near hotels and on city corners. Expect to pay K1000 for a short hop, K1500 across the centre, and K10,000 for all-day hire within Mandalay (or K15,000 including Amarapura, Inwa and Sagaing); double these rates for a regular taxi. The following drivers speak decent English.
$0.75 for K1000
$11.00 for K15000

good point
what's your point?....the MM is about $150 USD and it supports apps
I wonder how they afford a $5,000 motorcycle?? Let's see... a MM paid over 1 year is about $0.43 per day. A taxi driver is considered a high paying job in may countries.
your opinion....I believe communities want to track revenue and collect taxes securely and easily. Also, apps aren't needed by most riders who hop a ride on the street corner. Apps are being banned by more and more cities!
Uber others have less than 1% of market...huge opportunities for many technologies.
Maybe....but it seems reasonable to me that at $150 per MM taxi operators would buy some. If they are a MM Dealer and lock a local market with MM, they would make big bucks reselling MM.
Every other forms of Taxi's have meters- except mortorcycles!
Motorcycle Taxi Meters certainly makes sense to me, that's why the patents could be so valuable to Uber....IMHO
I doubt WM has secretly sold 7500 or so MM for a million dollars as some have suggested. A realistic number for 'seed' MM might be 50 to 100 or so for $10,000. A mandate will certainly impact 2017 in a big way.
Whatever number will increase SP significantly in that we have a 'market'.
my guess is $20k to $40K to date....it appears to me they are broke. They are a year late on Q's
my guess is $20k to $40K to date....they are broke!
How do you know that...quarterlies not released
MM a patented product in 22 countries and counting. This IP could be worth millions/ billions with a few contracts from around the world.
Hail/Yes App is an open architecture software product unlike any other hail service in market. Yes, it may need some technology fixes from Apple, but this is a startup with limited resources not Tesla. HailYes is designed so that any neighborhood could start a hail business...this is huge IMO. Down the road there will be hundreds/ millions of App companies competing with Uber. Potential huge $$ for WM.
I wouldn't want to be Uber knowing that anybody can start a hailing company, anywhere, anytime- companies that know their local communities.
This is a High Risk Company, but it's starting to look more promising, IMO.
Imagine what a contract with India (city, state, Fed) would do to share price of WM?
This is a revolutionary product (MM, maybe HailYes Open Architecture Platform)....like any new product/market it takes time for acceptance...worth waiting for IMHO
yes. huge potential
makes sense- long term hold
maybe WSGI will come back with new admin ....
wildwest
Yes, it doesn't seem logical that cities/ gov't wouldn't be interested in securely capturing tax revenue as they do with car taxis. Also, the Apps aren't so good for the jump on ad-hoc taxi rider who needs a ride immediately. But dealing with gov't mandates takes a long time to secure. I don't expect much revenue this year- I'm more interested in the future opportunities that will drive IP value. I see this as potentially a prime buyout company- someone with very deep pockets to market MM around world.
