Many times in sales, large companies with deep pockets team with a small company who has unique products to go after large gov't contracts. NDA and quiet periods are necessary in a highly competitive environment. Pure speculation, but this might be a reason WM is dead to the market and may want to delay Q's. A contract might represent $ millions or $ billions over time.

A company like Uber needs a MM to compete in countries who want to protect their existing taxi providers who are required to have meters. Uber (teamed with WM) has the resources to compete whereas WM doesn't. Makes sense to me!
