I saw this on the EVSI board. Clearly there is interest in EV charging in the market. Why can't CCGI get grab some of the attention?

Amigo,
I agree that Zoetis could disappear tomorrow but I view it as validation simply from the standpoint that they were even willing to enter into any kind of collaboration. Prior to a commitment like that, I'm sure they would have at the very least reviewed the available data and found it worthy of pursuing. Granted worthy of pursuing and striking a real deal are entirely different but in the world of the micro cap stock, the Zoetis involvement at least tells me there is "something" to the technology. As you know, many of these little stocks are truly vapor.
My comment about HEPI is really to the point that they are an institutional investor and are capable of greater due diligence than most if not all of us retail investors. For a company like that invest significant funds each year into a relatively illiquid stock, tells me that they are betting on an eventual sale of the company.
I understand your view that the stock moves on air. This is one of the things that attracts me to a stock like this. It's trades like a stock that is largely held by smaller investors. My experience has been that these swings on relative small volume is usually someone getting a little excited because they see the stock move up 10% in a day, so they buy too so they don't "miss out". These stocks appeal to me, because this type of trading seems to always just be a relative small group of people doing the buying and selling. My point is, I believe stocks like ZIVO are essentially undiscovered and when real news does come, upside can be significant. I don't get too excited about short term moves up and down but it has been interesting to see the trend the last 6 months for ZIVO. The price move has been nice but the average $ volume has almost doubled vs the prior 6 months. I realize the $ volume is still small but it's a trend worthy of taking notice of.
The point you bring up about fully diluted, is my biggest concern for Zivo. I've seen many companies carry a $50 million valuation based on story and I think Zivo can get to that on story alone but to get much beyond that it will take significant progress.
Amigo Mike,
When I'm looking at these "undiscovered" little companies. I'm more interested in what they have, rather than what they do. In terms of the what they have, I'm usually looking for patents or some sort of proprietary information. The next thing I'm looking for is validation of what they have. In the case of Zivo the Zoetis relationship is validation to me. Whether or not a a deal ever materializes, there was enough to ZIVO that Zoetis wanted to take a deeper look. Of course, Zoetis knows more about this industry than I do. The continued involvement of HEPI is also validation. Firms like that have the ability to much more in depth due diligence than I can possibly do.
My .30+, is more based on trading history and market cap, rather than on a fundamental valuation. As you know it is difficult to value a pre revenue company, because the only valuation metrics available are theoretical. In the case of ZIVO, they currently have a market cap of around 15 million, if you take into account the fact that the convertible notes will convert at some time that would bring the market cap up to around 25 million(very rough numbers) Given the fact that the market verticals zivo is in, I believe these valuations are still modest. If they are able to get a agreement in place with a partner of size, I believe at that point the market will begin to look at the company in terms of "buy out" value as opposed to an earnings based valuation. With the stock at .30 cents, that still represents a reasonable valuation to me, assuming a deal is in place. At .50 the valuation begins to get a little steep, at that point we'd have mkt cap of over $65 million and a post note conversion valuation of roughly $100 million. So, in my view, it would take a pretty special deal or multiple deals to justify a valuation at those levels.
Also, I look at the historical trading of the stock. I am not a chartist but I do believe looking at past trading does have some merit. With that said, I think we could see the stock go to the .20's in the short term as long as we get a little news. The move from .20 to .30, I think will be take a bit longer, it looks like there's a fair amount of supply to chew through between .20 and .30.
Hypi,
Thank you for your analysis of my Annual Meeting report. I'm glad I was able to enlighten as I did. I believe message boards are a great place to exchange ideas and opinions and to help one another in due diligence and I appreciate all the in depth information that you so regularly supply here. Every board has various personalities, although I've not been on this board long, it's clear you're the wet blanket guy. I'm glad you're here, it would get pretty boring without someone here to throw a wet blanket on everything posted that may have a positive slant to it. At this point. I'm quite pleased with ZIVO, granted I just started accumulating this year, so my cost basis is below .08. For clarification though, would you please let me know whether you own shares of zivo or not? In your latest post, you said you had 20k shares in your post from July you said you owned none. So, I'm guessing you've been accumulating since July, I'd think you'd be pretty pleased now too. Just to refresh your memory, this is an excerpt from your July post.
"Then we isolate the compound and have all this potential to market the product, but here we are with a stock that doesn't even trade. I don't own any at this point and wouldn't buy it without some actual customer/partner on board. What happened to the whole Bovine play? ZTS and all the other stuff."
If you have any more questions about the shareholders meeting feel free to ask, I'd be more than happy to further fill you in. I probably have a few more pictures as well, if you'd like me to send them to you.
My report on the ZIVO annual meeting is now complete. Sorry it has taken so long to get this to you all but the holidays got in the way. I made a few more comments than I anticipated, so rather than posting here, I put it on Seeking Alpha. If you have any questions, please let me know. The title showed up differently than what I had originally had but being a relative rookie to posting on Seeking Alpha, I assume I made a mistake. Title aside, the content is still mine and represents my thoughts. Below is the link.

Zivo in the news again.

Glad to see the word getting out within industry.
Hypi,
Sorry, I may not have made clear what the drink was about. It is in development and the one they had for samples at the meeting was purely to show that a high protein, all natural, vegan drink was possible with algae. The protein content was the point, as the drink further develops, you'll see sugar content go dramatically down. They had another drink there that was the spicy version, which did not have apple juice and had a much lower sugar content, but I did not get a look at the label. The whole prospect of another use for the algae is exciting. I'm glad to see the company pursuing multiple paths.
Recent news and trading has been fantastic. Given the continuing improving financials, I'm a bit surprised we're not already at $2.00 or more. Seeing the added volume that's been coming in, I would think that it's only a matter of time.

First in regards to the sugar, I agree. But they were not representing it as a go to market beverage. The intent was more to show you can have a great tasting algae based drink. I'd be interested to see some of the modeling you have done. The CEO did not specifically say they had "something in the bag" but the feeling in the room and among board members, certainly had the feeling that something was imminent.
AmigoMike,
I was not able to take one of the bottles. They were pretty protective of them. Those in attendance were given a shot glass of the drink but no one got a bottle. I've included a picture of the label. As you can see a whopping 42g of protein. The sugar is a little high because they added apple juice. They also had one bottle of a spicy version which had much less sugar. Once the market begins to fully realize all the potential this algae has, I believe the stock will reflect it. Not sure what market cap potential this has but I'm sure it is significantly higher than .095 cents per share. I'm working on a detailed report of the annual meeting and hope to have it posted in the next day or so.

I did attend the meeting and I was very pleased. I've only been a shareholder for a few months, so it was great to get an overall perspective of the company and get a sense for where it is headed. Overall tone was very much positive. I was most excited by samples of a drink they have developed, Megatein. Surprisingly the taste was excellent and it is just loaded with protein. I included a picture below. I think has some huge, short term potential. There were about 20 people in attendance. I will provide a more thorough update over the next few days.
Thanks for the welcome. In my view the algae technology is big. The fact that it is more low tech is particularly interesting to me. From my view, the issue the company has had is the issue almost all OTC companies have and that is being under funded. My only criticism of management is that they haven't raised more money. The only way to really get these things off the ground is to do all the proper testing. I know FDA things are not cheap. There is always risk in these smaller stocks but with ZIVO trading at these valuations, I think it is well worth the risk. If they were to raise a few million dollars then I think it becomes a screaming buy.
I'm really liking what I see from the company. I tend to gravitate to more thinly traded stocks, that have big technologies. The market always figures it out eventually. The reality is, ZIVO still has a paltry valuation, for the technology it has. I've been slowly adding, I'm willing to be patient for companies like these. I'm hoping to make it to the shareholder meeting next week, anyone here going?
I've been following ZIVO for awhile and ran across this interview this morning. Good to see the CEO and company getting a little attention. This is really a pretty cool story and I think the stock has alot of room to run.

Great press today,

Revs up almost 300%, gotta love it.
You've got that right, no one is watching yet. Perfect time to accumulate. I don't know about how long it will take for a response, I'm just hoping an application gets filed this year. The Seeking Alpha article was encouraging, it's nice to see the stock starting to get noticed.
I don't own any CSBR yet but I've been following it. One of the stocks I do own had a SA article come out today and CSBR was mentioned in the article. It's saying it is a good time to accumulate CSBR. Article link below:

This came up on my Seeking Alpha alerts this afternoon. Looks like a few more people starting to take notice.

I've been slowly accumulating PKTX for the last few months. I'm thinking it may be time be a bit more aggressive. It's starting to feel a little different. Just the way it's trading you can sense something it up. Hope to accumulate plenty before the rest of the market realizes what PK has.
Very insightful Seeking Alpha article. Makes alot sense, I hope their assessment is correct.

GPIW has been trading like a real stock. Looks like the market is taking notice of the potential. Great run the last couple of months.
Great Seeking Alpha article posted yesterday. I like the price targets.

SHMP not getting any love from this Seeking Alpha blog.

I've been following the stock a bit lately after receiving several days of email alerts touting it.
Lamboo,
The trading has been a little quiet but it's just a matter of time before that changes. The last Q really showed them turning the corner, just a matter of time until the market figures it out.
I really like the way the stock is starting to trade. I agree with Lamboo, with the low float, this one has a long way to run.
Been following this one awhile. Looking like it's time to jump in. I really like the fantasy possibilities. Not liking the new yahoo by the way.
I did try picking up a few at .34, then the ask went up to the mid 40's. I'm trying to stay patient, but with that 50k bid still out there, I'm afraid I may have to pay a little more to keep building the position.
I'm still loving the stock. It just makes sense to me. China, education, China Mobile, it all adds up. I'm happy to buy a bit more at .34
A couple big blocks traded today. I've not been following as long as a couple of you, but it really does feel like something is starting to change here. Price is steadily moving up and decent volume.
azininvazin,
I'm not needing news to stay positive. We're basically at a 2 month high with and steady trading and a big bid still looming. I bet a little news would pop us over .40.
Looks like some people are starting to figure this one out. Starting to see some steady buying.
UMeWorld to Launch Revenue Sharing Pilot Program with China Mobile
More good press today. It sure feels like things are really getting going.
It sure seems like a huge potential. Obviously a huge population to be dealing with. I hope my timing is good. Seems like a really solid floor in the high .20's
EARNINGS!
Latest earnings were impressive. Seems like after the reverse everyone disappeared from the board. Looks like they've really got thing going now. Traded $1.00 for a bit on Friday.
First post on IHub, I tend to stick around the Yahoo boards but not much activity there on UMEWF there. I've been picking up a few shares the last few weeks. Seems to me they are in a market that could explode. Any thoughts you long timers can share with me.
