Irrelevant on two counts. First of all, I did not sell one share, and even if I did, my DMNKF shares might be double-counted as volume on DNI.C, but not the other way around.
If a Canuck sells 200,000 shares to a Canuck over the CSE, those shares do not get counted as part of the DMNKF volume, right?

this is an entirely different news release than the one I was referring to, which was only a month or so old. On that one, if you used Ctrl-F, and tried to find the word "permit", it would come up empty. Anyways...
Under an exploration permit, the Company will initially be limited to an input of 20,000 cubic metres (or approximately 50,000 tonnes) of front-end feed into the demonstration plant for the purposes of verifying the flow sheet design process of the proposed Molo Project mine plan. The Company has already initiated the application process for a mining permit, which upon approval would remove the 20,000 cubic metre test limit.
Okay, a demonstration plant and research under an exploration permit (50,000 mt of raw feed input) is an entirely different animal than the extraction and sales of material from an exploitation permit (50,000 mt of processed output.) I thought you were referring to the latter, in your previous post. You can mine in all three types of permits, to one degree or another. You can only sell material with an exploitation permit. A pilot plant is not a commercial mine, right?
NSRC is still one step removed from that. If they had a legal/official exploration permit, only time, money, and energy would have stopped them since the PEA was published. That's why they correctly state "will initially be limited" (future), instead of something like "are currently limited" (present).
The holder of a PR license also benefits from the right to have the mineral substances mined within the research limits in order to use them for laboratory analysis or for samples to the prospecting opportunity or for industrial tests.

5. If you knew anything about the graphite sector, the juniors, and their projects, you would know the long history of the Chedic Graphite project in Nevada, and would quickly have reached the same conclusion I did. You are ignorant, by dictionary definition.
Do some homework on this project, before you shoot your mouth off again. This company would need an arsenal of titanium scissors to cut through all the red tape that the US Forest Service alone would wrap them up in.

After a recent check, the 14-day RSI is currently at 52.46
Roughly the IQ of anybody who would base their investment decision on any of this garbage.
Basic arithmetic tells me that NSRC has ~ 7.3x more outstanding shares than DNI.
NSRC float is ~ 370 M
DMNKF float is ~ 45 M
Basic arithmetic tells me that NSRC has ~ 8.2x larger float than DNI.
All things being equal: same exchange, same amount of revenues, projected earnings, etc., NSRC's volume would/should be much higher than DNI's on a daily basis, given the huge differences.
Last Friday, DMNKF's volume was much higher than NSRC's, so how does that fit into your thesis?
DNI Metals will bring in more revenue this fiscal year from their 0.5% net smelter gold royalty interest, than NSRC will from their entire mineral & metals portfolio.
If you add in the sales of 2,000+ metric tons of graphite, DNI Metals will bring in more revenue this fiscal year than the overwhelming majority of all junior graphite companies combined.
This isn't my opinion, or conjecture. Just basic facts.
In addition, within the next year, at the very least:
1. There will be a NI 43-101 Resource Study completed on Vohitsara.
2. There will be a NI 43-101 PEA completed, with a commercial mining permit already in place.
3. There will be an uplisting.
4. There will be more sales through their strategic partner, Great Lakes Graphite (and/or their partner network.)
5. There will be a purchase of two new properties in Madagascar, with clean, legal titles.
I am not interested in anybody's opinion, sentiment, or emotional attachment to this, or any other stock.
No amount of spin games, deflections, chest-poking from impotent children, and slander from delusional liars will alter this.
None.
What are my choices here?
NSRC, with a six-year expired permit under another company's name, with a possible reverse split within the next six months, whose management team has failed to bring one project to fruition, or DMNKF.
DNI Metals is about to bloom, while NEXTsource is dying on the vine.
I don't think I can make it more clear than this.
(Even if NSRC received their permit tomorrow, I would not trust their management team to bring graphite to market from Molo, in the long-term. It might be worth purchasing shares for the short-term, however.)
The largest existing producers of natural graphite are almost all in China, including the state-owned amorphous graphite producer South Graphite and flake graphite producers Luobei County Yunshan Graphite Mining, Aoyu Graphite Group and Jixi Changyuan Mining, among many others. Nacional de Grafite is also a major existing producer of flake graphite in Brazil.
By avoiding the issue, you just cemented the point I made in my previous post that you are a liar. (In my opinion.)

Example:
I only have $ 1000 to invest/gamble. Before the RS, I can purchase a whopping 100,000 shares at $ 0.01
But, after a 1:10 reverse split, I am limited to buying only 10,000 shares at $ 0.10
Get it? It's less affordable, because 100,000 x 0.01 = 1,000 while 10,000 x 0.10 equals... oh, wait, I don't think I did the math right.
Well, I think the underlying philosophy is that it is less affordable to flip 10,000 shares, than it is 100,000.
Allow me to explain.
See, with 100,000 shares I can flip from $ 0.010 to 0.011 and make an easy $ 100, right?
But, with only 10,000 at $ 0.10, and a quick flip at 0.11, not only is it less affordable to me, but my profit plummets all the way down to... hmm... damn.
Wait, wait, I got it - it's based on percentages!
I only use one-half of my available money, $ 500 - that's 50% - and then the first flip above results in a 10% gain on my trade, while the second is clearly less affordable, because... um... let's come back to this one...

Fact: DNI has been a graphite company for just a few years, after a complete management change.

The first reverse split was done by the previous management team, and the second was done to obviously get the OS number down, after the direction change.
Fact: No DNI shareholders who post frequently here have been negatively impacted.

Now on your sites, 321Gold and 321Energy.com respectively, you provide very comprehensive insights on junior mining companies that offer truly amazing value proposition for speculators. Which ones have your attention at the moment?
Bob Moriarty: Well, one of the ones that you actually visited was DNI Metals. They’ve got a graphite project in Madagascar. And I unfortunately had a stomach upset and couldn’t make that trip. I really want to get over there in August and I’ve bought some shares in the open market. I participated in the placement.
There is going to be a transition in the next 10 years that we can’t even imagine where we’re going to transition to electric cars that are computer-run. They’re going to be self-driving vehicles. The same thing is true with aircraft.
An electric vehicle using batteries consumes I think six times as much copper. But the batteries require three minerals that are in shortage. They require graphite and they require cobalt for most of the lithium batteries. And they require lithium.
I think the demand for all three of those commodities – these are not commodities in shortage. I mean that’s what’s very important to understand. We know where there is lots of lithium. There is no shortage of lithium. We know where there’s lots of cobalt. And we know where there’s lots of graphite.
However, the demand is increasing far faster than we can increase the production. So, investing in companies that are in one or all three of those commodities could be extremely attractive. Now, I don’t know who it was, Jim Dines or somebody came out and started the lithium boom and then just started a graphite boom and started a cobalt boom. And all those commodities have come back to where they were before. So they’re very cheap now and there are a number of good companies in cobalt, a number of good companies in lithium, and a number of good companies in graphite. So I think there’s a lot of opportunity there.
There are some things that you can say are true and there are generational. I mean there are things that are going to last for 15 or 20 years. In 1999 and 2000 and 2001, I was beating the drum for gold and silver. And in fact, silver got down to $4 an ounce. Gold got to $252. They were generational. And gold at $1,250, if you bought it $1,900, you’re very upset. But if you bought it at $252, you’re just laughing.
I was buying silver at four and a quarter and four and a half dollars. I bought a lot of silver under $5 an ounce. I don’t care if silver goes down tomorrow. It doesn’t affect anything at all. You need to buy things when they’re cheap and sell them when they get expensive. Lithium is cheap. Cobalt is cheap. Graphite is cheap. You need to buy it now. If these things go up five or ten fold, sell them and take your profit and put it into something else.
Maurice Jackson: And we just want to echo what you shared with us at DNI Metals. We did have an opportunity to visit the site and Dan Weir, the CEO there, has done a remarkable job there. And the value proposition is quite enticing. We encouraged listeners to please take a look at the interview we conducted. And I know you share material in reference to DNI Metals as well.

NO legal title to the graphite property.
NO active mining permit.
NO off-take agreements.
NO strategic partners.

NO revenues whatsoever.
You have a trademark and a PEA that are worthless, without at least three of the above being a YES.
Management will not purchase even a meager stake in the company.

In the meantime, the company is sourcing graphite through an off-take agreement with DNI Metals Inc. and utilizing Shamokin Carbons to process the procured supply into micronized synthetic and micronized natural flake graphite products. In addition the company is in a technology partnership with Process Research ORTECH (PRO of Mississauga, Ontario) to develop a proprietary graphite purification process with the goal of achieving 99.9%-purity lithium ion battery grade graphite products.
On May 26, 2017, Great Lakes Graphite announced the receipt of two repeat purchase orders from an overseas manufacturer of stationary battery systems. Previously the customer had purchased a small quantity of material for initial qualification testing. Now, one of the new purchase orders is for 50 kilograms of of high-purity micronized flake graphite material for pre-production test manufacturing of an industrial battery unit. The second purchase order is composed of five different 5-kilogram samples of high-purity micronized synthetic and natural flake graphite ordered for evaluation. The purchase orders were fulfilled in early June. Management anticipates a supply agreement following the completion of pre-production testing.
Great Lakes Graphite is currently engaged in product qualifications with at least eight prospective battery and energy storage customers. The battery chemistries range from traditional lead-acid batteries and flow batteries for stationary energy storage applications to lithium-ion batteries. In addition, the company has backlogged requests for Spherical Purified Graphite (SPG) and Coated Spherical Purified Graphite (CSPG) from existing battery manufacturers (lithium-ion, lead-acid and redox flow batteries).
According to Navigant Research, the international stationary battery market is expected to be a US$5.9 billion market by 2020. Management’s strategy includes targeting the battery supply chain where battery-grade CSPG currently sells for US$10,000-12,000 per ton and which Benchmark Minerals Intelligence projects the lithium-ion battery anode market to grow from 130,000 tons annually to 230,000 tons by 2020.
Great Lakes Graphite and partner Ashland Advanced Materials are pursuing initiatives to prepare for a large-scale ramp up in manufacturing capacity of high-value graphite products. The project is estimated to cost approximately US$28 million and would require 24 months to complete. Great Lakes Graphite is in advanced discussions for financing options, specifically the issuance of both debt and equity.

At least, Superior sold graphite under that trademark, and made money on it. Once again, your company has no legal title to the property, no commercial mining permit, and has never sold a flake of graphite - Super, Duper, or otherwise.

This property is fully-permitted, with a commercial Mining Permit ("Permis de Exploitation" or "PE") granted by the BCCM (Bureau du Cadastre Minier de Madagascar).
The Molo Project, purchased from Malagasy Minerals, with the full knowledge that it had an expired exploration permit, and that they would be unable to transfer the title in their own name, prior to signing the sales agreement!
The exploration permit covering the Molo pit expired in 2011 and has yet to be officially renewed (Exploration Permit #3432 is the permit in question).
Exploration Permit #3432 is currently held under the name of a subsidiary of Malagasy Minerals called, Mada-Aust Sarl.
Additionally, this permit expired in 2011 and has not been renewed despite our efforts to do so. The Company has continued to pay taxes and administrative fees in Madagascar with respect to our mining permits including the permit relating to the Molo Graphite Project (although such permit is not in the Company's name). These payments have been acknowledged and accepted by the Madagascar government. Further, in order to advance the Molo Graphite Project, the current permit will need to be converted into an exploration permit in the name of the Company or one of its subsidiaries. The Company cannot provide any assurance as to the timing of the receipt of the required permits.

You cannot put any positive spin, or twist people's perceptions in the hopeless quest of budging reality, to the fact that you are stuck with a company that owns a property with a six-year expired permit, with no legal rights to mine graphite.
Also, as far as "SuperFlake" is concerned, you are aware that another graphite company has been using that same name for years now, right?
