I have no clue what is going on here. Nor do I care!!!

Which makes me not want to even look at the other ticker being promoted because it is obvious pump and dump crew promoting it.

I could care less about the other investment to even investigate your forward and unforward looking claims.

I have yet to link on any of your links nor have I even researched whatever ticker you are promoting.

As you are promoting another company I personally do not even like.

None of your "hand-waving" makes any of this go away:

Your company has spent nearly $ 100 million of shareholders' money to obtain:

NO legal title to the graphite property.

NO active mining permit.

NO off-take agreements.

NO strategic partners.

NO clients.

NO graphite sales.

NO vanadium sales.

NO uranium sales.

NO gold, etc. sales.

NO revenues whatsoever.

You have a trademark and a PEA that are worthless, without at least three of the above being a YES.

Management will not purchase even a meager stake in the company.

With or without the pending reverse split, once the institutional investors grow tired, and want their "pound of flesh", they will short it to oblivion.

Your stock has more red flags than a joint Chinese-North Korean military parade!
