hi adam. mine does the same. all i can guess is that because it doesn't go out to enough decimal places it rounds the price to the nearest .00X. hope this helps
12s are gone. hope they stay gone.
i added more at .0011 this morning as well. let's get this thing moving.
ok. but we really only know where they were at as of 9/2015 right? we won't know anything about what happened from that time until the end of the year until they file next, right?
what is a t-trade? sorry if off topic. i'm still learning the vernacular and trying to decide if i should buy more shares or not. started in at .0004. looking to add at .0012 or below.
Serious question here. I understand that as of 9/15/2015 there was $20,166 of convertible debt that could be converted to 474 million shares under the terms of the notes. Is it possible that the remaining notes have terms that don't allow for them to be converted yet? And if so, is it possible that COWI could have gotten some infusion of cash that would allow them to pay off at least some, or maybe all, of the remaining convertible debt and give them the cash to do a share buy back to reduce some of the dilution? I sure we can't know for sure until the fins come out but is that a possible scenario?
how would that get them into trouble? they have a msft gold certified badge on their website, from msft, that says they have a relationship with msft. i've seen nowhere where they say they are creating anything for msft. they are merely contracted to msft. so where's the problem?
Hello all. I'm new to the board. What is a sleep machine, please?
tried for some 1s this morning. had the order from yesterday. no joy on a fill but whateva...i tried. COWI go north.
COWI has a lot of things working against it. That's why it's an OTC stock. They also have a lot of potential and they are in a technology sector that is just getting ready to boom, IMO. So I'm taking on some risk. The market doesn't pay you if there is no risk involved. The more risk the bigger the payout. so go COWI. make me a winner. This is only my opinion.
i agree with you on that. in the end it's all about whether i make money. i think this company will make me money regardless of their current fins.
yeah. i see this company making all the right noises for me to put some risk on, so i have. i guess next week we will find out.
Question...if the share buy back is illegal and they filed the announcement as part of the 8k, wouldn't the SEC have taken some kind of action against them by now? thanks in advance for your responses.
Could anyone help me understand this. According to the latest 10Q filing I could find, it shows >20mil in current liabilities. However, convertible debt is only 2.7mil, long term debt is 980k, other notes add up to 780k, for a total of 4.8mil contractual obligations. So what would the other 15mil of debt be attributed to? Wouldn't the contractual obligation debt be the most important number to look at or does it matter? Thanks in advance.
looks like it's headed back to 1. maybe the eom reports will give it a boost
thanks, johnyP
it'll be back on the 3s by the end of the day
how does this trade on the 5th digit? i'm still new to all this
correction...i just got filled like 10 seconds ago.
i've had a bid in since yesterday. no fill yet
best...post...ever. it describes what i aspire to be.
Panama...that's what i'm thinking. will add on any pullbacks. try to get my size up a bit. $COWI
Thanks, Canadian Bill. I'm planning on holding a large (for me) core. I think $COWI has a lot of promise. Good luck to everyone
whitten...yessir. i looked at a lot of different ones, decided to give this one a go for a quick turnaround, but after all the effort everyone here has put into researching this i think i will hold the vast majority for the long haul. thank you all again for sharing the research. $COWI
this is my first otc stock ever. i've really appreciated all the experience on this board. $COWI
has $COWI ever done a R/S? I looked through Otc markets.com and didn't see where they ever have done any kind of split.
research links led me here
I cant find any filings on this company on sec website? can anyone help?
