On pace for 15 million volume today.
News imminent.
Look out shorties, the run is happening.
Cover now.
Last chance at these low prices.
Cement is hardening, amongst other things.
To the moon.
I mean, I agree with you. I was just saying I found a different, more clear source back on January 4th. Which thankfully Flip just reposted.
The links you keep giving contradict themselves, because that same guidance (150 Day Assessment guidance) also says very specifically:
I'm confused, are you arguing with me? What is your stance here? I feel like we agree with each other....
150 days from the day NWBO submitted so (probably) from Dec 21st.
Nope that wasn't it either, Flip posted it I'm pretty sure.
common issues validation
Not exactly, there are multiple conflicting statements from MHRA that say it is within 150 days of submission and other sections that say the 150 days start upon validation.
I had found a document/statement/guidance, I cannot remember, that specifically addressed that the 150 (or 80 day, it may have been referring to Phase 1) clock was backdated to start on the date of submission if the application is ultimately validated.
It was very unique in how it addressed it. I've been looking around and cannot find the damn thing though. Frustrating.
That's a really longwinded way to say you have absolutely no idea how a deal could be structured with the share price at $0.60 haha.
It's okay to be wrong sometimes, big boy.
When did I say anything about announcing it? I'm not implying they are going to run some secret trial and not tell anyone about it. I'm implying that it will not be finalized, so there will be nothing to announce.
There will be nothing for clinicaltrials.gov to update.
They can't do the combo trials until they have money to do the combo trials.
The only way they get money to do the combo trials prior to actual revenue coming in is with a partnership.
The only way they get a partnership at a value anyone would allow is if the share price rises substantially.
They only way the share price rises substantially is with an approval.
Therefore they will not be announcing a deal (and thus 'proceeding' with a combo trial) until DCVax is approved.
Anyhow, similarly to your adamant claim that that I was dead wrong when I told you that submitting to MHRA for MIA certs did not mean NWBO had to submit the MAA within whatever your asinine timeframe was, we will revisit this once it does not happen and I will allow you to give me new excuses.
I read your post again. The entire thing.
It tells me nothing.
Once MAA is cemented, they are ready to proceed with combo trials. Great.
Once unblinding occurs, they will be ready to proceed with an MAA. That took 2+ years.
Again, we're throwing tennis balls at cement walls. We'll revisit in 3 months when they still haven't....."proceeded".
Diluting at a clip of almost 400,000 shares per day. Yeesh.
You gonna predict some more April showers this year, Thermo?
Go ahead and tell us approval in April so we can pump this price back up while we wait.
She said they are ready to progress with the other trials. That's it.
She didn't say they were ready to start, or had deals lined up, or anything. Just that they were ready to progress. In no way does that mean "once the MAA is submitted, we will announce the commencement of the next trial".
She probably said something similar to this about application submission. Something along the lines of 'once data lock is achieved, we are ready to progress with submitting to RA's for approval'. It took 3 years after data lock to achieve that "progression".
Being ready to progress with something doesn't mean that it is ready to go. It generally means that's when you are going to start working on it.
You say:
Don't forget Thermo.
He gone. Took his Mayflowers with him.
Good to hear from you Sojo, hope you're doing well.
I don't think so. I think the next 'news' we get is the 10k in February.
Honestly though, I really wouldn't call the annual report or the annual meeting "news".
Those items don't ever tell us anything new, it just serves as a word salad for pumpers and bashers alike to use to make up nonsensical stories about what LP "really meant" when she said something completely irrelevant.
The next 'real news' event likely isn't happening in Q1, unless NWBO actually informs investors about the RFI immediately after receiving it, which I doubt they will. There is also the long shot that the application was kicked back prior to acceptance and NWBO will update us within the next few weeks upon resubmittal, but I seriously doubt that. I would say zero percent chance it wasn't validated, but I can't put anything beyond the incompetence of Linda Powerless.
If things are going 'as planned' though, there is no reason to expect any update from the company in the next two months. Not a bash, just a reality; that's how the process is supposed to work.
