What smart companies do is realize their strengths and weaknesses. NWBO’s weakness is future gauntlet after gauntlet risk with a small contractor based company, BP’s weakness is it keeps failing and making people sick with toxic potions.

NWBO’s strength is it has a powerful platform that initially still includes the need for the oncology surgical community (non threatening) it is safer than anything out there, it has observable immune system method of action with biological markers, and it clearly can be enhanced with combinations. BP’s strength is ability to acquire great therapies and get them to the global public much faster than small companies can, and absorb the risk whether they partner, buyout or merge the smaller company as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Agree with all of this.

some companies aren’t squishing little startups and are willing to pay what a company is worth (in that case a 5x premium)

They are not going to pay 5x for a company that is already valued at $700 million. Sorry, it's not happening. That being said, let's play your theoretical game and pretend someone will pay a 5x premium. That puts the buyout number at $3.5B. You think that gets approved? You think shareholders are happy with that?

So, as I said, a deal is not happening with the share price at $0.60. Neither a straight buyout, nor an equity partnership.

Let me tell you how this goes down.

We sit here like bumps on logs until approval. Price probably fluctuates between $0.40 - $0.80.

Approval happens. My optimistic guess is Q3. Price runs to $2-3, maybe breaks those bounds on both ends in the span of a few weeks with high volatility but that's the 'average'.

Now we get into combo trials. That pushes the price to $4-5. I'm guessing some sort of equity sale happens for funding contingent on uplisting which is a formality.

At this point, a buyout is now in play.

Plenty of fluff in the middle (post approvals) to contribute to a highly volatile yet exciting share price (i.e. BLA)

But for now, to everyone's angst, we wait. No deal is happening at $0.60
