It looks like Koos ignored the initial filing of the suit so Chemdiv asked for a default. Koos answered the default at the last minute probably to make this drag on as long as possible.
Civil cases in San Diego County are backed up due to covid 19. A civil case management conference is scheduled for December 11 2020.

$ 2,504 traded today, this is over, nobody making big money any more. LOL
Hah I know, they keep deleting my posts. I have no interest in these companies any more. I lost about $700 on RGBP a long time ago and it really rubbed me the wrong way so I keep it on my watch list. I don't like these pump and dumpers here on IHUB. I think they take advantage of people that really can't afford to lose money. One of them are trying to get my account deleted. I could care less, it's a free account.
I like it here. This has nothing to do with my life. It takes little time at all.I can multitask.
Yes they changed phone numbers because they have moved their team of scientists to a secret lab to develop the Covid vaccine and they can't be bothered with calls.
That is an interesting report. You should consider investing in any of those listed companies except Regen Biopharma. That is because Regen is OUT OF BUSINESS!
Looks like the pump and dump is coming to an end. Nobody left but bag holders and a few bottom feeders.
Nope, no news, on it's way back to .0001
Here is the phone number for Regen Biopharma, I got it off of their web sight. Give them a call and ask them for an update.
(619) 702-1404
Oh wait, that number is not in service. That doesn't sound like a successful way to do business for an up and coming biotech company.
Volume dropping off, you need that news bro.
That's a great question. Has anybody tried to reach out to the company? Do they answer the phone when you call? Do the respond to emails? Do they even occupy the office listed at the address on their web sight? The answer is NO because they are no longer currently in operation! The CEO resigned. They are being sued for the IP developed by the independent lab that they didn't pay for. RGBP is a mess!
That is good advice, I won't find it looking here though.

Here is another piece of information being touted as legitimate news. It was posted by a research farm called Regal Intellegence. This is from Regals websight:
Regal Intelligence has been a combined effort of four people to step into the market research industry. We are a market research and consulting company, headquartered in Pune, India. We provide syndicated and customized research reports, and strategic consulting services. We ought to be the growth catalyst for our clients by providing the most innovative and dynamic Market Research & Consulting solutions.
Are you kidding me? "Research" from four guys from Pune, India? And people are investing in this. I've been following RGBP for years now and pointing out the scams all the way so don't try to blow smoke up my ass with this weak pump and dump scam.
No it isn't. The entries can be posted by any subscriber and nothin is vetted.
So you just posted it yourself on Zoom.whatever to manufacture information on the stock. Nice. There will be no 8k. They are not current with reporting. You can't even get a response from the company for any kind of inquiry.
This is not an official news release from Regen. https://www.zoominfo.com/pic/regen-biopharma-inc/357573368
This is a very suspect source. Why would the company announce new directors on a sight that you have to subscribe to. BIG RED FLAG HERE! This is not DD, it;s fake news.
The news release is going to read:
Group of penny stock pumpers face investigation and prosecution from State Attorney Generals and the SEC for manipulating the stock prices of defunct companies and enticing unsuspecting investors to buy in by temporarily inflating the share price. The IRS has also been alerted to the financial activities.
If this is more than just a pump and dump then why is there no action on the preferred shares, RGBPP?
Well, is Zander ever going to go public? Or are they going to keep using these patents to keep duping unsuspecting "angel" investors to get involved. Whatever happened with Brian Devine, that retired Petco guy? That's exactly what I'm talking about. I don't check on this as often so I'm surprised that there is still interest in any of this but me, Sid and AdvnFrankenstein blew the whistle on this scam years ago yet still people want to believe.
This is likely being pumped by one of the noteholders that want to unload some of the millions shares that they are saddled with. There is no news coming out. There is no miracle settlement with Chemdiv. If you still own shares of RGBP you own nothing. Don't believe me? Try selling some shares at 0.0004, the current quote, and see if you get a bid.
You apparently have access to the internet. Why can't you do that yourself? You can actually see that right here on IHUB where you are posting. And what possible use would it be anyway? Are you going to attempt to do technical analysis on this nano cap turd of a dysfunctional company?
Preying on the despondent owners of pets suffering with cancer with quack medical procedures is a new low. This is getting gross. no thank you to that patent.
Yes, preferred shares will get preferential treatment when Regen completely winds down. Whoever owns the most shares gets first dibs on Koos' sweat stained office chair when they liquidate. Thankfully I don't own any.
Maybe they were able to sell their convertible shares before they hit the threshold and now they are stuck holding them. Volume has been low for a while now.
The note holders are not identified on the financials but by Googling "Joseph Lerman LG Capital" you can scroll down the list of lawsuits. It's not hard to put 2 and 2 together and see what they are about. It's s a big variety of small companies that they have funded with convertible notes with the same impossible to pay back terms.
LG Capital was a convertible note holder. They didn't just recently get involved. They're just another bag holder, probably anxious to dump those shares. If you look in to the business practices of LG Capital you will see that they are more than likely going to be the next entity to file a lawsuit against Regen.
It's all up to a judge or jury.
Regen will have to pay them 1.2 million dollars that they owe them.
Yes, after Chemdiv wins the parents from their lawsuit maybe they will put them to use. Too bad Regen squandered them. You should keep up with events if you're really interested in this.
Worth buying? Well the CEO just bailed, they've closed their office. They're being sued for breach of contract for more than They're worth, and they probably have no further developments going. Does that sound like something you should own a part of?
I doubt that there is any further dilution going on because I think all activity with this company has stopped now that Koos has bailed. I expect this to go dark and I expect Chemdiv win some of the IP of NR2F6 by default when their lawsuit goes to court.
Koos is now the chairman and CEO of BST Partners Inc. Located in La Mesa, California. He doesn't miss a beat. On to his next con the very next day.
Koos can totally get away with this.He never actually stole anything as far as I can see. He just squandered it away. Nothing was guaranteed to the shareholders.
This may be the end of Koos' shenanigans.
You would tink that the cancellation of 194,285,714 shares of RGBPP would send the price of those shares rocketing up but there is no action at all.
So Zander pays their licencing fee with worthless Regen stock because they don't have any cash. Don't think that the cancellation of those shares is going to help anything because they will just issue new ones as needed. What a big ponzi scheme circle jerk this is, and confusing on purpose it seems.
The only big number on the 10-Q is the outstanding shares. The rest of it looks like a housrhold budget.
What does $BMSN have to do with $RGBP any more?
The sad thing is, even if this were to "rocket up 100 fold" it would still be worth only .02 a share. Two years ago it was over .08 a share. That's how screwed this has been.
