Just wait until all those convertible notes mature. There will be plenty of shares available then.
Nothing new. This is pretty much just the same PR as the last few.
This refers to Hemaxcellerate which has been left in limbo for quite some time. Irrelevant news.
It's not even that. It's just a small office suite in La Mesa, California.
10-K came out. Much less dilution than I expected but the convertible notes are tremendous.
Isn't that a new milestone? Might call for some bonus shares to management.
Well, when they finally do isolate some promising compounds, which I do believe exist then they can file an IND application. This will take a lot of preparation and will take some time and a lot money to do. Then if they get approval then they can start doing preclinical safety testing. Then hopefully they will get approval to start phase 1 trials. I would like to point out that it took over 2 years to get approval for HemaXellerate ater getting IND approval. In my opinion NR2F6 is going to be a lot more complicated a costly to develop. Unfortunately Koos's track record with following through with all this is shaky at best. He's pretty good at filing patents and writing PRs and that's about it. Dealing with the FDA? Not so much. Orphan drug status for HemaXellerate? "crickets".
Basically, for those that are looking for a quick and big payoff you are going to be disappointed. The pot of gold at the end of this is going to be pretty small. Big pharma is not as free with their money as they once were. They are waiting now for small companies to take their new trials to phase 2 and beyond before jumping in and taking over and that is many many years away at this point.
Craven must be using an Etch-A-Sketch now to do the books. Easier to start over. Lol
Could just be friends and family units that are trickling out. Most were purchased for .015 so that's a nice profit if you can get it.
Again with the amended filings.
Just a group of day traders doing a little pump and dump. They're here all of a sudden, then gone in a flash.
Quarterly report coming out in the next few days. Anybody want to throw out a guess as to how many "units" have been issued?
The only one I see making any money off this company, besides the three principals, is that Small Cap Solutions guy over at SA. A thousand bucks at a time just to spread the news.
Because there is a big conspiracy to suppress the science of cancer therapy. Just like when Detroit killed the car that runs on water.
Yeah. Let's check back in in 6 months to check in on the progress. Meanwhile stop trying to sucker in New investors.
Koos and team really are not concerned with having any "skin" in the game. Read the financials. They are all getting paid some pretty fat salaries for basically nothing more than flying their desks around their office and spinning out a new PR once in a while. Uh oh! Payroll account is getting low. Better sell a couple more million shares to senile grandma so we can keep going for a few more months.
I am still here because I got conned into buying shares after hearing a presentation. That was back when they still had real scientists on board that represented RGBP at symposiums and conferences. I know, I know, they have a bunch of pictures of scientists on their web sight. Well I have a box of Wheaties with a picture of Drew Bledsoe on it. It doesn't mean he made the cereal. Anyways I am down %85 from my original investment and still plummeting so I think I've paid my dues and have the right to bitch about this scam. Keep investing in more shares and soon you too can join the big losers club.
The reason why you should give a hoot about PPS is because the way that this company (and most startups for that matter) raises funds to continue operating is through periodic stock offerings. The higher the PPS the less dilution required to raise money.
It's inevitable. The few that are in too deep with this company are just whistling past the graveyard now. Truth is NR2F6 is probably 15 to 20 years away from being a viable drug candidate if at all. It's unlikely that any conjugates discovered will even be controllable on human patients. A lot of immunological drugs like this have way to many adverse side effects to be tolerable by patients. Yes, it is a key reactant in many cellular diseases but unfortunately medical technology is not at the point where they can really take advantage of the discoveries that the Ichims made. More than likely that's why they moved on. RGBP should have stayed on track with HemaXellerate which had FDA approval and probably has actual commercial value. But, alas, no. Instead Koos wants to simply dupe new investors with his science fiction patents and periodic PRs claiming advancements. Unfortunately long stockholders are all in. Is there really any question why big pharma hasn't come calling? Do you really believe that they have not already done their due diligence on this company and decided to walk away? I'm pretty sure that they have the means to do so much better research than the average penny stock trader. All of this is just my opinion of course but common sense says this is jut too much.
Feel free to document this post with all of the other negative posts. I'm sure that if you do any kind of deep investigation that you will find the source to be quite mundane.
The only peeps seeing green are the ones who bought shares for $.018
Well 8 reports are pretty hard to read through without missing something. I cheated and skipped right to the last one. I was pretty sure Koos couldn't go that long without issuing more shares.
All filings can be found at https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RGBP/filings
Are you sure? This is from the last amended 10-Q.

Absolutely %100 correct. If this stock had any value at all no amount of manipulation would be able to keep the share price down for this long. The devotion to this company is almost cult like. To believe that the cure to cancer and every autoimmune disease is held by a company run from an office suite in a strip mall in suburban San Diego is simply ludicrous. An investment scam seems much more in character with what is going on here. A real billion dollar company would not be able to pack up in a U-Haul truck and disappear in a couple of hours which is exactly what is going to eventually happen with this one.
This is just Koos rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic once again. A diversion to keep the shareholders from noticing that there is only room for three on the lifeboat. (Koos, Craven and Lander) The rest are going down with the ship.
In all of the legitimate companies that I follow, when things are looking positive, the insiders purchase existing shares. They don't give themselves free ones. Milestone and bonus shares are awarded after goals are met.
Just sayin'.
I don't really consider $602.25 to be a significantly large amount of money. You can't even buy a crappy used car with that.
I see a big bounce up in share price here in the near future. New buyers are coming in. A lot of potential for RGBP. Great pipeline is finally attracting some attention!
I see it now. Insult me all you like it still doesn't make this company a good investment. I ask again, how is another spinoff going to benefit investors and why is it even necessary?
I see no evidence of it being a wholly owned by RGBP. Please provide a link. And who can cancel the agreement any time?
I can not find any information regarding RGBP owning Checkpoint. Please provide a link.
Why spin off yet another company?
So...we're all OK with this? Price is in the loadin' zone?
Yeah...lots of $$$$$$$$ for Checkpoint Immunology if you happen to own any shares of it. Oh wait, only Koos owns that.
Koos owns %100 percent of Checkpoint Immunology and the majority of RGBP. If their small molecule IP ever actually generates any revenue do you really believe that Koos will terminate the licencing agreement to share the proceeds with shareholders? Why do you think he created another spinoff in the first place? I can't think of any legitimate publicly traded companies that operate like this. A blatant ponzi scheme is what this is and I hope that any new investors drawn in by the hype in the PRs read some of these warnings and stay well away.
Yeah, that is one of the big red lights concerning this company. The fact that you have to follow 4, well maybe 3 now, different tickers to try to figure out what is going on. And maybe Zander will go public soon. That can be another.
Avg Volume
(10 days)6,990,877 BMSN seems like a huge number but it's only $700 dollars a day.
A whole $100 today. Quite a load of something, that's for sure.
I thought Eli Lilly was going to run compounds on NR2F6. What ever happened with that? Why don't more people question the follow through with this company? Why have they dropped the ball with HemaXellerate? Did the patients in Tijuana relapse? Who knows? There is no accountability with this company. Faith and hope are not a wise investment strategy.
Maybe Charles River would no longer take discounted shares as payment for services LOL.
