Broker problem - Scottrade won't buy LHPT, who are some of the other brokers who will ??

Global Developments (GBDP), parent of BIOLIFE, made a fantastic WIN,WIN,WIN deal for everyone except us EOGI share holders!
The way I see it, Global Development.........

Bought or controlled "Emerson".

Moved/sold it's assets to another energy company in their control, or will create a new one.

"Sold" the now empty shell to "BIOLIFE" for a $250,000 "LOAN" with/10% interest and 24% of the re-named company.(SWEET)

"BIOLIFE" share holders got 1 for 1 shares of the new company.

"WE" got 250 for 1 shares, to make sure they keep "Control percentage" of the new stock!

This SCAM cost me a couple "Grand" $$$, BUT!!!
Thinking about all the details and coordination it took for this to all fall into place..I can't help respecting "THE PLAY"
Maybe we should look into investing in (GBDP), "the Controller" rather than the "Controlled"

MMTH - Mammoth Energy, Chart seems to have leveled out! Anyone know anything on this one? Seems some kind of spinoff Techisomthing Co.?? Or was it just hiding a long slide to dump?

Didn't UPDA buy or store some oil in Texas for pexen, I think they counted it as "reserves" ????

As much as I like it,This kind of PR reads like an advertisment FOR a take-over at $.60 a share! Seems the revenue is worth that! IMO when we go past a dollar we'll never look back!

YEP! mikeo there is at least one of "us" out here! Bought in back in June, still think its a good play, I just missed the bottom by 1/2. But I'm still in until 5.00+

BDGR Website says they have 900+ wells, numerous, projects and producing over 7000 Bpd ? How has this been off the screen! Going back in their PR, they buy up whole fields with 100s of wells. Money don't seem to be an issue - deep pockets?? or spreading shares?? No specific info. though.

Yep! I'm here til they chase me out or fill our pockets! came in at .24 dumped 1/2 at .43 ...I didn't get TNOG until .018 but it seemed like people were falling in love or something, so I sold 1/2 at .05 something, so now it's all good and I'll sit as long as it takes
