It's amazine the percentage of these OTCBB/OTC stocks that are shady to say the least. I mean these companies are listed and supposedly regulated to be on the up and up but they remain the lair of absolute ne'er do wells. Meanwhile you go to the corner hardware store, barber shop, or sandwich place , "companies" not listed and regulated by the SEC, and you can get a fair shake and a square deal. I think it's the aspect regarding the shares and ability to print new ones and dilute that appeals to the shady. I don't understand where it was ever written that these operations would have the ability to engage in these practices, but it seems that is the great allure to the fast operators. Would there be any way to limit/restrict these practices in the future? Is this something anyone is thinking about?? As for me I'm really worn out with the OTC. Thoughts?

I sold this stock a while back. I initially was very enthusiastic regarding the thrust of this company and their model, but the airline business threw me for a loop. Smacks of the fishy business of so many OTC stocks and I didn't want any part of it.

Strong Day for Chinese stocks across the Board. Bush will be there in a couple of days. Huge volume today. Who would be selling at the bid of .05?!
River
It would be nice if we could see financial results or statements from Enjoy (EJYM), but such are few and far between on the Pink Sheets. Would really distinguish themselves from the herd and maybe even result in some trading activity for them:)
River
EJYM seems a very dynamic and REAL company. Many high caliber clients, important acquisitions, etc. It would be nice to see an audited financial statement at some time in the near future. I'd pick up some shares however it trades little and seems lightly followed . . . which probably means now is a good time to buy-in:)
River
EC,
Thanks, it just seemed with the name change as per filing--if I am following everything correctly--that they may be for some inexplicable reason abandoning the earlier and seemingly successful model. Anyone with any other information would be appreciated.
River
Is the company still in the original business--the financial consulting and stock-swap=19% share business or have they closed that up for the airplane business???
River
Waik,
There are many law firms that would take a case like this. One is Schatz & Nobel. They are representing scores of investor suits at this very moment and I think they would take a Pink as well--hey, let's face it, any law firm will take any case if they smell the green stuff--however are there any assets to distribute? If all we want is a continuation of SPWP under Mario how is this advantageous or remunerative for a law firm, i.e. what will they gain unless we the shareholders or Mario are paying them hourly as opposed to a distribution of ill-gotten gains at time of a settlement.
It seems absurd and insane to throw away everyone's dreams as you say. Is somebody compiling a list for a class action or something. I forwarded my information to "ferre" on the other Board who I believe was spearheading an effort, but I have not heard back from him.

Re EJYM and other Pink Sheet companies: I have seen very few of these companies ever publicly report. How, then, can one discern how well the company is actually performing? So assuming that EJYM is in the vast majority that will NEVER give us a look at audited financials how can anyone ever "invest" in such a company with any confidence or see much appreciation in shares outside of pure speculation? I am contemplating a buyin on a couple of Pinks at present so would appreciate any insight anyone can give me on this very speculative portion of the Market. Thanks!
River
Yup, FLTL was like my only winner today. Does anyone know of EMTK. I'm not pumping just doing DD. They are a Pink Sheet company priced at .018 with interesting proprietary wireless tech. and contracts in China. I'd be interested if anyone knows anything about them or has any ideas about it? Thanks!
River
Stock is clearly readying for a breakout. When we pass .10 I expect a rapid rise to .15 and then a leveling off.
River
Stock looks like it's readying for a major breakout.
River
EC,
Doesn't look like it's traded in two weeks. It DID look promising; wonder what happened? Anyone any news on FLTL?
AOB has had an unbelievable run. I stil like FMCN and LONG bigtime.
River
Yes, I own ETLK--I agree it could be higher than where it is now. EJYM seems fairly well-managed; at least they can keep investors and the public informed of their activities. They are in a high-growth area--perhaps an excellent investment. I DO wonder if we will receive shares in EJYM, or whether their future success will show itself in FLTL's performance and subsequent share price.
River
Actually EJYM started trading a couple of weeks ago at .25 and now is at .33.
Just a question, why do you think EJYM, a newly public Pink should have a much higher share price than FLTL?
River
EC,
Will we receive these shares to our accounts sometime in the future?
River
Seems that a new post is needed every six months-:). Well, the stock hasn't caught on yet, while the news continues to be good . . . $9 Million contract today with Nasdaq firm, also diversified product and country portfolio. Ordinarily this is the time to be accumulating-:)
River
Tin,
Thanks, I've owned the stock for a very long time, however could you please update me on the acquisitions that they have kept or will soon come into play. I'm not aware of any outside Radvision videoconfercing. Thanks!
River
The relevant pages of the Website are "Under Construction". What's that about?!
Since divesting all the former acquisitions what companines/services are under the HRCT umbrella. It seems they are concentrating on the videoconferencing at present. This may have a future but the revenues from such would seem to be paltry.
Chinese stocks are very strong today! LTON, KONG, TOMO, HRAY . . . LONG has had a great run. Hasn't yet transferred to OTCBB stocks, GTEC, HRCT, FRLK, TNTU, etc. although AOBO has had a great run as an OTCBB stock which one day will undoubtedly be listed.
Does anyone know if we will receive shares of EJYM? Thanks!
River
It's nice that EJYM has gone to .29. Would be nicer if FLTL could get back into double digits-:)
River
All, I'm kind of in the dark WHY all these companies in the highest growth sectors/areas of the Chinese ecomony are choosing to give FLTL options to purchase significant percentages of their companies merely for the privilege of getting financial/investment/strategic advice from FLTL. Perhaps I am not understanding the complete service that FLTL is providing, or am underestimating the value of FLTL's service. I AM a great believer that financial services will be a large industry someday soon in China, however to me it seems that the payments and options to FLTL are overvalued by these companies at the present time, but as they are paying out these options I most probably do not understand the scope of FLTL's services. If someone can elucidate the situation for me, I would greatly appreciate it. I am a fairly large shareholder, adding at .05 which I saw as a bargain, and I think an answer would probably provide others with more insight as well. Thanks!
River
Looks like somebody bit at the ask of .15 late in the afternoon for a few shares. The bid and ask are quite apart as can happen with the OTCBB stocks.
Again, can anyone tell me exactly what services the purchasing companies get when contracting with FLTL? Thanks!
River
Question: When these companies sign deals with Fintel WHAT exactly are the "services" that they are getting?
Tin, I agree with you China is the place to be. I own a very large basket of Chinese stocks of all calibers. I like to turn things on their head: the risks that are hung on China and in my opinion serve to depress the stock prices are much more seen in the U.S.--debt, both personal and Federal at enormous and record high levels, higher taxes than China, an education system that is a travesty contrasted with virtually any Western country, say Bulgaria, much less Asia, probable housing bubble . . . I am missing quite a lot of risk factors, no doubt. Many say that it is easier to do business in China than in "capitalist" America, while China is very slowly loosening up its political system and the Olympics are on the way.
River
They'd of course be wise to keep the shares down. I've NEVER seen anything good come of dilution.
River
Bank Roll,
Right, it does seem after the recent signings and the nice cash flow--if we can believe the PR's and numbers therein:)--that the company could have gotten by without releasing the 40 million shares at the bargain-basement price . . .if they are indeed released as you point out.
River
Right, that's what I saw 7 people, very high margin as it is an advising/service business at this point (I think they say something about having software--do you know about this?). The sales force would be able to gather contracts but it would seem to be the seven people who would have to do the high power consulting still unless they hire more people in the future.
Why do you think the stock did not pop/move up more on the strength of the 4 solid contracts which were signed?
Also didn't they issue another 40 Million shares for the $500,000 investment they received. Did these come from the outstanding shares. They say they will not be traded, that they are just as investment but isn't this just relying on the "goodwill" of the new owners who got the shares at .0125, or are they restricted/locked up for a period of time.
River
Employees: How many employees does this company have? I have been unable to find out this information. Thanks!
