It's amazine the percentage of these OTCBB/OTC stocks that are shady to say the least. I mean these companies are listed and supposedly regulated to be on the up and up but they remain the lair of absolute ne'er do wells. Meanwhile you go to the corner hardware store, barber shop, or sandwich place , "companies" not listed and regulated by the SEC, and you can get a fair shake and a square deal. I think it's the aspect regarding the shares and ability to print new ones and dilute that appeals to the shady. I don't understand where it was ever written that these operations would have the ability to engage in these practices, but it seems that is the great allure to the fast operators. Would there be any way to limit/restrict these practices in the future? Is this something anyone is thinking about?? As for me I'm really worn out with the OTC. Thoughts?
