Why does it say on June 5th?
Wow this is alot of good info. I will see what I can find out also. Thanks for providing this!
No working phone #, no valid email. Well that can't be good. I really think Dr. Lee's death really hurts Supurva. He might have been the only one who could have saved this thing. Danos is just a charlatan IMO. But as you always say with Pinkies, you never know. So, I will just wait and see. And hopefully a time will come where you can make a move.
I think the odds for SPRV might only be slightly better than the Powerball odds but I have put money into both longshots. Regrettably probably too much into SPRV. Not that much really. But I can wait. So, hopefully over the next 6 months, something moves it ever a little bit and I will happily get out. But it really is sad and frustrating that there has been absolutely no news in months.
Uh-huh. And this is based on what? Danos' word? What acquisitions might you be referring to? I am trying to remember when Danos has followed up on anything. At best, it has been a long time. Has he made any public statements in months?
STOP SIGN is up on OTC! Not a good sign - pun intended. I don't think that we have heard a peep out of Danos in months.
That's cold man.
Unfortunately it so par for the course for Danos. He makes these public statements and then nothing. Can't even come up with a bad explanation. The nerve to even have a CEO blog and the last post is in Aug on how he is late with the last quarter financials. Just pathetic. With these penny stocks, you never know. So, for no real reason I still hold out hope for some kind of bounce. But he is a complete charlatan IMO.
Well SPRV is dead in the water until something happens. Firstly file financials. No activity, no news, no nothing. Where did all the supporters from weeks past go? Just silence..........
The silence is deafening today. I think this is done for awhile. A few things must happen before we see any movement potential. Financials must be filed obviously with some valid reason for its lateness and with some positives within. Post that promos have to start happening. And I think the promos will be difficult the later the fins are produced and without a valid reason for their lateness. Would also Danos to at least address the Telemend fiasco. IMO.
I completely agree. The hope of Promos to push SPRV higher can't happen if quarterly financials aren't filed. And every day it is delayed, makes it harder to promo. If there is no good reason that its delayed this long or if doesn't show some positive, I think SPRV stays where its short-term anyways. Every time Danos doesn't deliver on what he says ie. Telemend, FINS will be filed by 11/21, makes it harder for SPRV to go up. Will wait and see. IMO.
It would seem that the later SPRV files its quarterly, it will have a longer negative impact. I think Danos' reason was that he needed to make some last minute changes. Ok so to me that means it was complete and he just needs to adjust a few things. That shouldn't take weeks. He said he anticipated he would late file by 11/20, right? Now we are 2 weeks past that with no update. Even he files now, it still stinks of disorganized mismanagement at best. I agree that an uptick is possible and to play SPRV is not crazy but for people think this company is going somewhere is to ignore multiple signs. At this point, nothing Danos says can be trusted. IMO
Unfortunately SPRV I think SPRV can only be bought as a play, and a risky one at that. Danos from what I can see is a fraud. Not that there won't be an opportunity to make money on this. But to me everything Danos does and says is suspect. I do hope and somewhat think that there will be a short-term bounce in the next 60 days. If I can get out when it happens, I will be happy to get out at .0004, .0005.
Why do you think there was 12 M traded on TAGG today? Weird.
Check that. 11 M. a little better
I don't see a one day 5 mil shares traded as much - $500. But I will concede that if we see some continued volume followed by some PR, and Danos release financials that at least show something that there may be some potential for a bump. Is it worth risking buying some shares? Maybe. As risky as going down to the casino, probably riskier. But hey who knows, do you take a shot and buy some more in hopes of a bounce around Xmas? There is so much known bad news and unknown potential bad news. I am very skeptical but considering it.
Nice to know everything that we stated turned out to be TRUE! Not so much for others to say the least. I hope that will be remembered in future postings.
That is big of you to admit the misunderstanding. I definitely respect you more. I was pretty certain based on the little research that I did that Ms. Rains had no role at SPRV and the Telemend deal was dead. Glad it is all clear now and we can move forward and we can all make decisions on real information. Like I have always said, I am hopeful that Supurva can do well but Danos has again disappointed which is never a good sign. Good Luck all!
How did your call with Telemend go on Monday? Do you still stand by your statement that the merger/acquistion is a done deal. Post 69479. Thanks!
Yeah he is pretty good. Have a great Thanksgiving!
Are you really that excited that it has an estimated 360K in annual revenue? I am pretty sure the guy that does my lawn has about 360K in revenue and 7 employees. Maybe he pays his employees a little more.
Hope their financials are released soon and show good things. And things go well moving forward. I still have some hope going forward albeit less than I used to. How did your call with Telemend go on Monday? Do you still stand by your statement that the merger/acquistion is a done deal. Post 69479. Thanks!
I would love for the merger to have gone through. But that apparently is not happening. Just want the facts out there.
Do you really think that after LOI of intent is filed in July that a week or so later, that Sheneka Rains can both be the CEO of Telemend and also be the COO of Supurva BEFORE the deal has even been approved? Can't happen. These companies have to act as 2 separate companies until acquisition has been approved. She can't both be the CEO of one company and COO of the company that is acquiring her company. That would be collaboration. What happens if the deal doesn't go through or is rejected. Both parties would have than gotten insider information about the other. That is not allowed.
Exactly. Oh and by the way also I am an also an avid Eagles fan. Dear God what is wrong with that team? I admit I was all in on Chip Kelly but he has destroyed that team. So pathetic. As far as Ms. Rains, in the end I don't think it matters what forward-thinking statements were made or what websites may say. It will all come out shortly. But I am convinced that as of today she is not part of Supurva in any way .
"Similarly, once parties have entered into an executory agreement subject to Section 7A’s
requirements, they may not effectuate the acquisition by, for example, merging their operations or otherwise transferring significant operational, management or decision-making control over the to-be-acquired assets." I would think that Ms. Rains taking over as COO before the acquisition has been approved would constitute a violation of the above
Can you name me the company where the CEO of the company being acquired took over as an executive of the acquiring company Before the acquisition was approved. It may have happened but I don't recall it.
A couple of things on this. 1. There has been absolutely no volume in weeks so there has been no trading on anything that has been stated. 2. If the deal has not been finalized, then I don't see any issue with Telemend saying that she is still their CEO and not Supurva's COO. 3. I don't see any issue with Telemend or Rosellini as private companies saying that the deal has yet to be finalized. 4. I don't even think that Ms. Rains could be seated as the current COO of Supurva if she is the current CEO of Telemend. I believe that would be considered collaboration as these 2 companies need to act independently until the deal has been approved.
I don't think it means that Ms. Rains IS the COO. It says she will join Supurva as COO. If she is the current COO, wouldn't Supurva website list her as one of the managment executive staff. It does not. Wouldn't Telemend have that as one its News items. It does not. Wouldn't Ms. Rains Linkedin profile list that? It does not. Listen, I am not saying the Ms. Rains won't someday be COO or that Telemend won't someday be part of the Supurva. But as of today, neither is true. Since you are not saying that the Telemend deal has been finalized, do you think that if it does fall through, that Ms. Rains would still be COO of Supurva? Almost definitely not. Right?
I don't think a CEO of an acquired company can be seated as the COO of the acquiring company before the acquisition has been approved or finalized. Each company has to act as 2 independent companies until that has happened. You are not allowed to collaborate and being seated as the COO would be collaborating in my opinion.
I am new to IHUB so pardon my stupidity on this. But where is the IBOX? Does that require subscription? Thanks!
I am a little unclear as to how Telemend saying that Ms. Rains does not work for Supurva is an SEC violation. Let's just say for sake of argument, if the deal is dead. Are you saying that a private company can't say that their CEO is still their CEO and does not work for another company? That just does not make logical sense. By not saying that, I would think that this would hinder their ability to operate Telemend effectively. Can you elaborate on that a little Saving Grace. Thanks!
Since their was a only a LOI, I would assume that Sheneka Rains becoming COO of Supurva now, would be a violation. "Similarly, once parties have entered into an executory agreement subject to Section 7A’s
requirements, they may not effectuate the acquisition by, for example, merging their operations or otherwise transferring significant operational, management or decision-making control over the to-be-acquired assets." I doubt the CEO of the acquired company could take over as COO of the acquiring company during the phase in which the acquisition has yet to be approved or finalized. There would be too much collaboration because what would happen if the deal didn't go through? Anyone else have thoughts on that? I am not certain but it would seem to be a violation.
Wouldn't the merger have to have been approved and finalized before Ms. Rains could become COO of Supurva? By law, these 2 companies need to act in every way as 2 separate companies until that is finalized. They can not collaborate in any way. I don't believe that they can share information other than what is allowable. So, until the deal would be approved, I would think that Ms. Rains already being COO of Supurva would not be allowed. Maybe I am wrong on that, but I am being told I am not.
Tele#888-730-2437. No SEC violation. Just said that Sheneka Rains is not part of Superva. And also confirmed that Telemend has not been acquired by Superva. This may or not happen down the road but as of Friday, neither of those 2 things have happened.
I don't dispute anything that you have written BUT what you can not say truthfully is that you have contacted Telemend directly. Because if you do , you will get definite confirmation. All I ask anyone who thinks that the Telemend deal is still alive or that Ms. Rains is part of Superva to call them directly on Monday. You will get your answer. There will be no ambiguity. Otherwise you will get your answer within 30 days. I am not saying that SPRV doesn't have potential - just that Telemend won't be part of it at least not in the short-term.
I don't proclaim to know about much about the potential business and news regarding Telemend or Superva. All I can say for sure right now is that the Telemend deal as it was publicized back in July is dead. And Sheneka Rains is not part of Superva in any way. That is definite. That can be confirmed easily by anyone. As for other potential good news, I hope that happens. I will be as happy as anyone.
Unfortunately, it is not indisputable and solid. I have also confirmed that the Telemend deal is dead and Sheneka Rains is NOT part Superva. You will find no recent news/statements to the contrary. I also have shares in SPRV so I don't say this with any joy. I am pretty confident that this will be known if not in the next week definitely in the 30 days. Again, Sheneka Rains is not part of Superva and the Telemend deal is dead. Sincerely no ill will, but Saving Grace, Rabbit and others just make the call to Telemend and this will clear this up once and for all for you.
Admittedly I don't know definitive answer. But of course it is forward looking. She is agreeing to stay AFTER the acquisition. If there is no acquisition, then there in no CEO position for her at Superva. Until the acquisition is finalized, it is a forward looking statement. May or not happen, but I have seen nothing on the acquisition being finalized. We should now shortly.
Well Sheneka Rains Linkedin account sure doesn't mention Supurva. Only Telemend.
