Wouldn't the merger have to have been approved and finalized before Ms. Rains could become COO of Supurva? By law, these 2 companies need to act in every way as 2 separate companies until that is finalized. They can not collaborate in any way. I don't believe that they can share information other than what is allowable. So, until the deal would be approved, I would think that Ms. Rains already being COO of Supurva would not be allowed. Maybe I am wrong on that, but I am being told I am not.
