I don't know but Musk talked about 2023. That makes me believe Tesla is only in an early stage of development.
Unfortunately I do know very little about CRTG's CHS and manufacturing process. To be frank I were too lazy to go into the publicly available technical details for my investment. Therefore I can't estimate if CRTG has a chance to get a patent and if there are conflicting patents. But I think our management is fully aware of that. And again, I like Evonik - that is not representative but I made business with them and was very satisfied with their seriousness and technical support.
Musk didn't deliver at "Battery Day". That gives time for CRTG or (dreaming) a cooperation.
I really like that Evonik is our partner.
News are out which could be an explanation for recent price action: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CRYO/news/story?e&id=1698282
Unfortunately I can't find out what you refer to.
What I found is:
Palantir Technologies Inc., from Wikipedia: founded in 2013 and revenue of $739 million (2019).
Palantir Capital Inc., from innovatorsedge.io: "Palantir Capital, Inc. is an employee owned investment manager with approximately $193 million in assets under management. [...] Palantir Capital was founded in 1995 and is based in Rancho Santa Fe, California with an additional office in New York, New York."
That doesn't really fit together, but I have to admit there's some ambiguous information available. For example at https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/0217878D:US. Bloomberg gives "Palantir Technologies Inc."'s postal address and website as "Palantir Capital Inc."'s. I suspect information at that website isn't accurate.
I am always missing clarity with websites from the United States. In Germany companies are obligated to publish a very detailed imprint
In either case: That stake in Mymetics is not really big.
You are probably mixing up two different companies, namely "Palantir Capital, Inc." and "Palantir Technologies Inc.".
Yes.
This company seems to be not in focus of many investors. Even management seemed to expect strong reactions when announcing that contract at the end of June and therefore halted trading. I would have liked to see noteworthy movement.
I will continue to wait.
Thank you very much!
I am still hoping for progress regarding birch pollen. That should be much closer to some money than the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine projects. Perhaps MYMX has also potential because of its cold chain independent delivery system - BioNTech's CEO said their vaccine is almost perfect, but they need cold storage. But that's only hopes. The birch pollen project is much further. If I take in account the number of press releases that cooperation with Anergis and Mymetics is not only one among many to Stallergenes Greer. I would like to know how successful the tests were - only a bit or really successful.
Friday and again a lost week. Discouraging.
Did they change anything to these reports? If I remember correctly these were avaiable at otcmarkets.com three weeks ago but they are gone and now publish date is 09/10/2020.
Thanks! You may be right but not necessarily. If my understanding is correct Baylor has exactly two vaccines for Covid-19 in development. Probably CoV RBD219-N1 is the one Biological E licensed. But Mrs. Bottazzi didn't talk about a particular vaccine in her quote in Mymetics Press Release: "[...]Through the collaboration with Mymetics we will evaluate the coupling of our COVID-19 vaccine candidates to their flexible carrier[...]". Please note the plural. I think that means we simply can't know if Biological E is using our virosomes or not. But at least Baylor should be testing them as well with CoV RBD219-N1.
I doubt that's new for almost all of you, but I think it's noteworthy:
MktCap:
CVAC 9,200,635,268
MYMX 14,580,366
I don't think the term "reverse merger" is appropriate. It could be more like a merger. But yes, already since about two months I think something like this is possible.
a) negative:
1. We didn't get a buyout deal or something else groudbreaking.
2. We now know Anergis didn't get the funding.
b) positive:
1. Some other deal with Anergis is in the talks.
On a.1: It would have been nice to get a buyout or merger, but firstly that's only a phantasy of some of us and secondly that's certainly not off the table.
On a.2: Since 12th of June passed several weeks without news that was not surprising. And perhaps it's of advantage for us. Mymetics should be in a stronger position now.
On b.1: Isn't this what could be the big thing?
Therefore I think there's no real reason for todays selling except for those expecting a buyout this or next week.
By the way, unfortunately we never read any numbers about the LCA with Anergis. How many millions couldn't Anergis raise?
Sad, but not surprising:
Unfortunately I didn't find anything current in that shareholder letter. Therefore why did the CEO write it while he should prepare the 10-Q for next week, if it's not again submitted late?
Thanks!
In April I extensively analyzed OTC stocks. In more than 1100 companies PVCT as well as GOVX were included. PVCT made it to be a candidate for buying, GOVX only got to position 40 in that list.
Unfortunately I can't anymore tell all the reasons for that. But I still remember that terrible chart and stock splits of GOVX.
Just I came across GOVX's Form S-1, stating "We have applied to have our common stock and warrants listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “GOVX” and “GOVXW”, respectively.". I don't know what to think about that. One could mean they need a better source of money than OTC.
I think breaking through 0.075 can happen every minute. But I have no idea what led to this week's strong and strange action.
Someone wants to get some 0.0747 (Perhaps an omen - Boeing's 747 will also not be for sale anymore soon. )
Seriously: The only news is that Form 3 for Mr. Websters son and step son. I can't imagine he did this in anticipation of a sale of the company.
Six weeks long nothing. Every day passing by it ssems to me more and more we will be disappointed again. Perhaps it's only my feeling but that feeling says something is wrong here: compared to other companies my impression is that Mymetics' success in science is outstanding but in getting forward to a product and making money is well below average.
In only three weeks the 10-Q is due. I don't anymore expect to get something before that date and I am afraid we will read a sentence like "There's nothing to tell so far, we are discreetly omitting details and reasons for that, but we are continuing to wait for the white knight to ride down the road."
Sorry for my pessimistic sound but my stake in Mymetics is too big for being indifferent about it's fate.
Unfortunately we are not in this COVID-19 list but Baylor College of Medicine is:
https://www.who.int/publications/m/item/draft-landscape-of-covid-19-candidate-vaccines
I don't think so. That should be done with only a few accounting records since ASNB will have an almost empty balance sheet. And all the company still owns fits in a cardboard box.
I think Mr. Kempers' goal is the same as ours: maximize shareholder value. For anything else his salary is too low in comparision to his stake in Mymetics.
The difference to us is he is not in hurry if he knows that Mymetics' products are good; we are always uncertain in this regard (Please think about this, Mr. Kempers!). It doesn't matter for him if his work takes one year more or less. In such a time he could perhaps double company value; why should he hurry therefore.
Another important fact is our little stake in Mymetics. We are not important. I am even wondering why Mymetics was going public - I did never check the history. In fact we are only troublesome.
Filing of annual report has been announced for today...
Until now there's nothing available at otcmarkets.com.
Anergis is working on house dust mite allergy but doen't tell anything about birch pollen.
How could we lure Mr. Kempers to his keyboard to type a nice PR... Perhaps buy all shares available at market, or throw all our shares on the market, or make a buyout offer... I am so unimaginatively.
Is there a direct relationship between that link and Bioasis?
Unfortunately I can't access Bioasis's website since yesterday.
Unfortunately I can't find Mymetics's "[...] either 5 or 10 minute pre-recorded presentations available on the event’s portal.". I can't even find that "event portal".
My understanding is different, but I am not a native speaker (and Mr. Charlon as well). He distinguishes between funding and developmet. Only regarding development he mentions Mymetics.
Where is that sentence from? Thanks!
I don't understand this 8-K.
1. Why do they or have to publish such a contract?
2. What does that contract mean in regards of business?
Covid-19 leads to filing late by one and a half months at a shell company... Amazing.
I have no active order and didn't trade for weeks.
Great contract in my opinion!
Trading halted...
"Reason: At the Request of the Company Pending News"
Thank you!
Yes, that could very well be Wacker Chemie AG. They are working with silicon, also for solar industry.
That would be a good sign. They surely don't play around.
Thank you very much for the explanation, twaflyer1!
It's well possible that you are right in every aspect. Nevertheless it's always difficult to buy at the right time. One may have to wait years or one may be too late to build up a position. Particularly these small companies that are tradet only a little can't be bought when news are out, they react so fast.
Currently my position in CRTG does well, but I am warned now. Thanks for that!
I am still waiting for a reply from the company. But I doubt in getting one.
Mr. Kempers, please don't spend time dealing with choosing nice gift wrap. We take the PR as it is.
(I am just a bit impatient.)
I took a quick look at it, but I am far from having made a real analysis.
Can you please point me to the in your opinion worst things about CRTG? - Your questions seem so negative to me.
