Sad, but not surprising:

Anergis had a time limited option to license the virosomes from Mymetics in the field of allergies that requires Anergis to raise funds from third parties to pay Mymetics the license fee under the terms of the License and Collaboration Agreement and the clinical development. Although the option to license has expired as Anergis has not yet been able to raise sufficient funds, Anergis and Mymetics are currently in negotiation about a possible business relationship, but there is no assurance that this will be concluded.
