I also want to read the filings too once they are published in edgar. I have no idea whats going to happen good or bad. But everything qualitatively combined gives me hope its a big deal. They have the shares, some of the largest contractors involved, supposedly deloitte which is a top auditor, audits that took 30 months to complete, a very complex and complicated company structure setup with private party ltds holding pspw and shala energy plc shares, the 2nd layer subsidiary that is partnered with Falak Properties, the 2012 expired 3 billion dollar line of credit, structured financial, that 1.3 billion undisclosed Albanian hydro electric project from the signing ceremony in what 2017, their original goal of 2500 MWs of projects, they have probably spent through related entities 100 to 200 million in setting this all up and we know they cant get the loans until all filings of the entire company and related entities are audited and filings are filed.

Its too complex not to be used for a large entity or group of investors otherwise it would be just a single corporation.
