I am fairly confident this is him but am not 100% certain.

I was Googling Telesis IT...it's not discussed much because they're letting people hype it up as their big revenue generator. Look it up. It's a little mom & pop type computer shop in Louisiana that offers services to businesses. Looks like only a couple employees. I mean with the right contracts they might gross $100k or more a year but they don't appear to be anything big like Geek Squad or anything of that nature.
Correction: First *month of April
Maybe he meant April II, April III, or April IV?
Yeah wouldn't be the first time that's happened to me...I was in *GPM when that happened. It was great. Lost all but $80 when the SEC suspended them and they went to the grey sheets.
That would be a steel building, not a pole barn.
Yes, their timeline sucks and management is poor...hence why they're an OTC stock and not trading on the big boards. But unlike most OTC companies that claim to have big things in the works and end up with nothing to show for it, only a loss of investors' money, BFCH *has* delivered.
They leased land and said they would be building a mining facility.
Eventually they built a mining facility and have photos posted proving the facility exists.
They have produced photos of a pallet if miners, racks with network wiring, the power company on site dropping power from the xformers, their cooling system under construction. They bought additional land across the street.
And I'm sure I'm forgetting other things.
Yeah, they're being far too vague on the details but you can't say they're not delivering on their promises. They ARE. They're just slow AF at it. It frustrates me because I want to make money fast...but at the same time I do enjoy having the ability to keep dropping extra powder on more shares. I'll smile even wider when this thing runs again...and we all know eventually it will.
I agree...it's frustrating to say the least but at least they DO deliver... eventually. Definitely could be worse.
Yeah but our CEO is soooo busy he doesn't have near enough time to pull his phone out, snap a photo and open his Twitter app for a moment... that's a LOT of work!
Cash will be worthless by that point...guns and ammo. Also exactly why I have nothing invested in crypto. Imagine trying to send or receive Bitcoin while the world's going to hell. lol
Yeah I know there could be surprises but we do have enough evidence to see the company is real, they have buildings with their name all over the stuff, they bought land for future expansion, etc...not an assurance we've found the diamond in the rough by any means but solid evidence that this is a better play than most OTC scams out there and that says a lot.
I do agree that Spencer lacks the respect to update his shareholders. The management here is piss poor at best, but on the plus side it's allowed people like me to jump in late to the party and not pay a fortune to do so. Let's hope he gets his sh!t together soon so we can all profit.
I was looking through my old filled orders...last time I was in BFCH, I bought at a hair over a penny. I got fed up with yet another missed deadline and decided I was done being patient and sold for a small loss.
That was RIGHT before it ran to $.54.
I totally screwed myself.
If I have to set an alert and forget about this stock for a few more months, I will, but I learned a huge lesson about this stock. Know what you own and be patient.
Is this the John Allen that recently became the BFCH CFO?

Specializes in mergers & acquisitions among other things. Regardless, dude seems pretty legit. I was expecting some young kid who Spencer bar hops with and decided to allow into his main friend circle.
Truth...I've been in and out of this one over the past year or so. Unfortunately when I got out was right before it ran like crazy. I'd be sitting real pretty right now had I been patient. Ah well, in now a lot higher but still plenty of potential for triple digit+++ gains.
I mostly play big board stocks anymore...been burned too many times on OTC stocks. But there I mainly sell for 5-10% gains or sell covered calls for a few extra $$$ til it reaches my target price. Here in the wild west I'm looking for that diamond in the rough and no longer going stupid betting the farm on what's usually a gamble play on a company that doesn't even exist. The potential is real here... obviously a legit business. Piss poor management that can't meet a deadline to save their grandma's life...but that's what makes it a cheap investment. lol
Had a lil money in my account I was gonna put into the COIN ipo this morning but with projections of $400-500/share, I can't swing that...sooo bought a bunch more BFCH instead. lol
"Soon"
[insert Safe Harbor statement here]
You been drinking? LOL
Hope you enjoy the holidays! I was supposed to head down to Florida Wednesday night...aaaand a few hours before we were supposed to leave, I get a phone call. Mother in law is sick, suspected COVID (had to schedule a test) and we were in close contact a few days prior to her becoming symptomatic. Trip canceled.
Aaaaand if she tests positive, that will be the second time I've ended up quarantined as a close contact in the past month. I just got out of quarantine a week earlier after my brother in law tested positive. Arrrrgggghhh (pretend that's because I'm a pirate and not frustrated). lol
I agree...eventually they will get stung orchestrating these scams. If not, hopefully there's a higher power they have to answer to when they kick the bucket.
I'm sitting here in COVID quarantine currently. Not sure what I did to deserve it, but it sucks. LOL. Thankfully I work alone so I am at least able to continue working and getting paid.
Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and happy holidays.
Just checking up on the status of some of my former plays...saw this one was suspended and delisted. Ouch.
Hate getting caught up in these scams. I lost a lot of money on this one, but probably nowhere near what some of you folks lost. Sadly, these con artists just keep right on going.
Maaaaan this ticker took a beating...glad I got out when it was still in the pennies BEFORE the reverse split. lol
What's the current share structure here now? Yes, I know Kay is probably diluting like a mofo...just curious. Might be nearing a good time to buy back in for another run from trips.
Good to hear from ya!
I've been battling the urge to sell my VXX and SPY options...I think they could run extremely well into next week, but I also know I am a sucker for holding on too long and losing my ass. lol
I got $46 VXX calls and $265 SPY puts expiring 11/6.
Paid $.07 for VXX and $.10 for SPY.
As of market close it looks like VXX is at $.475 and SPY at $.43.
I wish I'd put more than $300 into it now but at the time I thought it was a crazy bet and I could lose everything right out the gate. I did sell half already so I'm out nothing if I do hold too long. Sure would be nice to not lose all my gains though. Might see where things are tomorrow and/or Friday and sell out then. Holding over the weekend could get really risky especially if the market bounces for god knows what reason. Then again I'm seeing Europe is now locking back down...that could crash the markets significantly further and put my options in the money. Crazy ride!
We'll see either way... I'll update my outcome here.
Hey all, hope everyone is doing well!
Any of you setting up for the potential election week panic?
I bought some deep out of the money VXX calls and SPY puts this morning. Total gamble play but if mass hysteria ensues on November 4th, could make a really nice profit, I hope...lol

I got out a few days ago and of course it starts to move again...but ah well, no faith in this CEO. Good luck to the rest of you!
I saw that too...was wondering why the stock price tanked this morning when they raised the price target. Love how the market never responds appropriately. lol
Looking very good now!
Those are all carbonated...I was looking for non-carbonated options, which they currently only offer it in Raspberry Acai, Peach Kango, and Grapefruit Melon. I think they offer a couple simple flavors in their powders but reviews claimed it wasn't nearly as good as their premixed products.
Yes, I realize I'm nitpicking a petty issue...don't construe it as me bashing their potential. I'm a simple person and was just mentioning I'd love a product with simple flavor options, but I believe this company is in a great market with great potential for future growth and while *I* prefer simple options, plenty of people love these more "exotic" flavors.
I think when looking at the bigger picture is soda sales are declining and people are searching for more healthy alternatives that still give that burst in energy...carbonated and flavored waters are huge now as are healthy "fitness drinks" especially as people are trying out fad diets which almost always require you to cut out soda and exercise more.
This is definitely a niche market, but I think it's one that's here to stay for quite some time. Soda is likely never going to make a big comeback. Not when we are one of the most obese countries and soda consumption is linked to obesity.
Sadly, while doing my DD on this company, I thought I'd buy some of their products to try out (I am a hardcore Mountain Dew addict) and not a damn flavor they offer sounded very appealing to me. I'm a simple person and just want something that tastes like freaking Kool-Aid. No carbonation, no weird combinations of healthy fruits...just a simple "Grape" or "Blue Raspberry" or "Lemonade" would suffice. lol
Ok, I jumped into this one today after it popped up in my scanner...looks really promising.
I can't PM. Do you have a link to that post with the email? I'm not saying you're lying. Just didn't see the email.
Where is the evidence the permit hasn't been picked up? I must have missed it?
I agree...that's exactly why I don't believe this is a long-term hold. The CEO is clueless as to how to operate a business.
I made money.
They definitely like to test our patience...glad they think so highly of their shareholders...
But there's definitely still money to be made here.
It would cut cooling costs but still gotta have power to run all those computers...
Your two biggest energy drains in a computer are gonna be the processor and cooling the processor. They've solved one of the problems.
Around here, when I built our last building, the power company didn't come out to set the transformer until the building was nearing completion. They set a temporary pole for us to run tools and basic stuff off of for the first few months.
While they're definitely still dangling the carrot, based on what I saw in the pics, I do think they're near completion on the facility. Of course, I'm also betting they haven't even begun the miner installation and THAT'S why they're dangling the carrot. Buying time to get to work on that before we see it and call them out for dicking around and not getting them in.
While their timing for communication is horrible, Twitter is free and easy to monitor...no need to pay for PR's when they use that. Paying for PRs just makes them look like every other OTC scam out there trying to hype up nothing into something.
They just need to update us more.
One good PR and it'll blow right past that...and after that happens, you'll probably be right.
It went to $.04 BEFORE those pictures came out just on hype they are getting close to operational...it'll really fly once there is confirmation that they are operational.
Exactly...it takes seconds to post on Twitter. I'm glad the CEO isn't one of those fluff PR guys who puts paid PR's out on a regular basis hyping up anything they can, but remaining all but silent for weeks on end while supposedly HUGE things are happening in your company (a new facility and a huge new source of income) is irresponsible at best and pathetic at worst.
Spencer should be updating us at every milestone of this process...instead he's giving us bits and pieces and his photos have worse angles than the girls of MySpace...
Where did they lie?
Failed to meet expectations? Yes. Definitely yes.
Lied? Nope. Welcome to safe harbor statements.
Not seeing anything new...no tweets, no big changes on OTC Markets. Somebody knows something though...I hope it means something big is coming really soon.
