Hi Netshoe,
I wanted to thank you for your service to this country. It is a very sad reality that many of us take all the people in each military branch for granted and do not really think about what sacrafices all of you have made. I think and hope that that is changing. I am sorry it has taken this most recent tragedy for people to realize what all those people sacrafice to defend this great country of ours, during war time and times of peace. I want to thank you Lloyd, for what you have done for this country. I know the words are few and do not even come close to expressing the gratitude I feel. I just wanted you to know that.
God Bless America,
Becky Taylor
Hey Netshoe, you do not owe me anything. But if you are ever near the central coast of California, then in that case you owe me a visit, and I'll buy you a drink :)
Lloyd, I always read your posts!!! :)
Lloyd, hmmmm, sweet poems, what a nice sentiment,
but in the last post, "sweet" was not what I meant.
I think sweet is good, you know that is my pleasure,
but tonight I am thinking of a different sort of treasure.
Now I can't be to specific, my thoughts are diverse,
but Lloyd let me tell you, they could be much worse.
The margaritas I drank, well they make this verse corny,
and to tell you the truth, I am feeling quite horny.
now you being the chairman can't allow too much teasing,
but these exchanges we have, they are really quite pleasing.....
ok, so I wrote that late the other night,
but now I read it, and it doesn't sound right.
so I will stick to sweet as you suggest,
cause Lloyd I am guessing that you know what's best.
so tell me dear Lloyd, what should I do?
Should I keep my shares that I have in Stru?
If only I could have seen into the future back then,
I would have sold my stru shares and been back in again.
I would have made some money without committing a crime,
and now would not be hoping that it hit just a dime.
a dime? well one thing is for sure,
nomatter what Struthers does, I will endure.
because money can buy you more choices, an endless supply,
but there are a couple things that money just can't buy.
Friendship, respect, and integrity too,
attitude and imagination and a heart that is true.
It cannot buy honesty nor additonal days,
it cannot buy sunshine nor kindness displays.
And these to me are some mighty important things,
and also the hope for what tomorrow brings.
so I bid you a good life, a good week, a good day,
I wish you well in everyway.
I am not going anywhere, I am still here for awhile
but know that always I wear a smile :)
Lloyd.......
Kisses........lol, I had too. Now whenever I think of you, I think of your naked presence in the Stru room........dam now I am turned on .......
wishng you all the best!
Becky

Lloyd, some did sell too early and I was smart enough not to. I think patience is a virtue and many times pays off BIG!!
Hey now, I am one who knows the future of this fine company. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. We trulyl have lots to be thankful for!! :)
Thanks again Netshoe. BTW, will you take my survey?
Folks need some cooling down, because of all that has transpired,
so this is a poem at the request of REQUIRED -
Grab some ice, turn on the fan
this advice is for every woman and man.
It is time to relax and time to cool down,
remember to return a smile for that frown.
Do not call the SEC, do not go ballistic,
and for heavens sake don't be pessimistic.
If you truly believe the pigs will fly,
then be happy, and do not cry.
grab some ice, put it in the cup,
and fill it with something, then drink it up.
The heat around this place is getting hot,
so find some shade, and sit in that spot.
I understand the frustrations, as so many do
being on the pinks so long, makes us all blue.
But folks let me tell you, you need to chill out,
and sell if you have any kind of doubt.
There is no need to let this get you so heated,
if you have faith, the refiling will be completed.
If you are that heated, you obviously are suspicious
of the company who raises the pork thats delicious.
I will hold, I am a long, and will hold for longer
because I think this company will soon grow stronger.
There accomplishments they've made in the last couple years
have been many, so I offer them "cheers"
But this thing with the SEC that keeps us pink
That really sucks, what do you think?
But still I will not waver, I will continue to hold
and hopefully I will retire before I'm too old.
Once again, take a dip in your pool
and try to chill, and then stay cool.
some ice in the pants might do the trick
but try not to put it too close to your p r i c k
for blue balls, from what I hear
are a terrible thing, people sneer.
but please do something to cheer up the mood
too many people on this board just brood.
I have been guilty of that recently,
but from here on out, I will post with glee.
So put me on ignore, if you want to stew,
and please do not post negative about STRU.
Now REQUIRED this stanzas for you,
Is this like the poem you wanted me to do?
If it's not, just let me know,
and I will give it one more go.
Dinner is early, darkness is near
the kids have their supper, the adults drink beer.
Children scamper off, and change into disguises,
they come in many forms, and many different sizes.
Witches, and goblins, and ghosts, and fairies,
princesses, and cinderellas, and even Drew Careys.
Monsters and animals like cute little dogs,
and bunnies, and kitties, and hopping green frogs
These are the costumes that wander the streets,
after dark, they knock, requesting trick or treats
And the adults open the doors and pass out the loot,
and peek at the costumes, and comment “they’re cute”.
Some houses are decorated, to fit the occasion,
with tombstones, and spider webs, and orange decorations.
And pumpkins that have been carved, sit by the door,
illuminated so brightly for all to explore.
And the kids keep walking, getting more candy,
all the while the parents sip on their brandy.
And once it gets late, or the kids’ feet get sore,
they head back for their homes, no need for more.
And once at their homes, they dump out their prizes,
and adults go through the sweets, hoping for no surprises.
And then the kids trade with their siblings and friends
a milkyway for a snickers, it all just depends.
Eventually the children head for their rooms,
and slumber falls upon them, but their candy still looms.
So the parents rummage, and sort through the bag,
and take all the good stuff, and leave those that lag.
Tonight if you go out and drive anywhere,
please be safe, and take extra care.
Have lots of fun in whatever you
Happy Halloween from me to you.
NETSHOE: It is obvious to me you have kept on top of things this weekend. It was nice to come back from my trip and be able to read this board and know what happened in SC at the meeting. I just wanted to thank you for all your work. TO all of you who attended the meeting and were so generous in sharing the information, thank you very much, wish I could have been there.....next time. Thanks again to Netshoe and all who have shared information.
Long and strong and smiling with STRU
PS - Netshoe, I hope your wife is doing well!
I for one have suggested to friends and family that they buy stock in Struthers. Many of them have, yet they are not fanatical about the stock like me. I spent all morning calling these people impressing how important it is that they vote. If any of you out there in Investorshub land have know of your friends and family that have bought STRU, you might want to remnd them to vote. Have a great day and Mrs. Netshoe, I hope all went well with your surgery!!!!
Netshoe: Lloyd, I am sorry that your wife is having surgery and hope some answers are found to whatever they are exploring. My thoughts and prayers are with her and you. Things are looking great for Struthers in my opinion. I happened to buy another 16,700 shares last thursday and I would have to say my timing was great! I recieved my proxy this afternoon and already voted, I sure hope everyone understands how important it is to vote! wwww.proxyvote.com Lloyd, take care of yourself and your lovely wife! Let her know there is a Struthers shareholder out here in California that will be thinking of her tomorrow and saying a prayer. Take care and once again thanks for being the chairman of an outstanding board and all the sharing that you do.
Strong buy!!!!! (I would have put that in bold, but just do not get how to do it)
Netshoe, I have been gone a few days and I come here and sure enough, there is more information that you have posted! I appreciate it immensely. I have not yet received my Proxy, and I am getting just a tad bit nervous about it. I did however purchase more shares of STRU on Thursday morning, I think my timing was perfect! Thanks for all the information!!
I cannot recll if you are going to the SH meeting or not, but if you do, have a safe, informative and fun trip. Even if you do not go, have a safe and fun weekend!
Netshoe: You always provide very insightful and useful information. Thank you for all that you do to educate the investing community on this board!
Thanks Ragin for posting that! Much luck to you and all of us who ar invested in Stru! (kind of rhymed and I didn't even mean to) LOL!!!! Have a great weekend everybody!!!

HI there Lloyd!
I agree with this post. IN fact I am one of the lucky ones who did own AOL (and still own some shares). I did not buy in 1996 or 1997, but bought in early 1998 and I did make a killing!!! wooohoooo!!! I bought a nice motorhome with a portion of my AOL profits, and people think AOL is just in the communications business, ha, as far as I am concerned, they were briefly in the "motorhome give away" business!!!
Stru prices rising and form 10s that are written
visiting Struthers with warm woolen mittens
brown paper packages tied up with string
with Tenderprime pork is my favorite thing
Ham on my benedicts and sizzling bacon
pork chops in the oven I smell that your makin
Struthers pigs flying with broad soaring wings
these are a few of my favorite things
Emryos on airplanes to far off locations
sows being impregnated by artificial inseminations
Gourley scope technology and all that it brings
these are a few of my favorite things
when the bashers post
when the price drops
when I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite thing
and then I don't feel so bad
Hi Netshoe!! I agree with Robert, you are one of a kind!!!! The intro box is wonderful, easy to understand and loaded with information. I am so glad you and your wife had a wonderful trip, sounds like it was incredable!!!! And since I know how you dress, I am sure your wife enjoyed the view!!! Thank you for all that you provide on this board!!!
Have a great weekend!

ALANR, thanks for the information. I am not good at this DD stuff, but did find this today > http://www.agxchange.com/ag/Home.asp
Netshoe and RMG -
First of all to you Lloyd, Happy Anniversary!!!! How wonderful that you and your wife got to enjoy some time away! Congratulations!!!!
To you Bob, thank you for the nice post about the BSF opening. I certainly appreciated the insight from you and please do not feel like you went on and on, your percpective is always welcomed and appreciated by me.
~~~Becky~~~
Thanks Ragin for posting this!
twas the morning of the opening
and all through the shed
the boars were so restless
the sows in their bed
The Struthers company was ready to move
and the Boar Stud facility was all in the groove
With roving reporters and all the good news today
it was time for this company to go all the way
When on this board there arose such a clatter
I had to look and see what was the matter
I signed on to the bull with lightening speed
and the good news today was all that I need
The chance of rain that was forcasted didn't mean spits
it was grand opening day, time to see the new piglets
when all of a sudden my thoughts became clear
I was thinking of the piglets that were mentioned on here
There were seven in all, the magnificent ones
that were born recently, with minimal funds
the embryos did not originate in those wonderful sows
they were transplanted non-surgically - holy cows!
As I thought about those piglets, my step filled with bounce
and I'd call them by name but their names aren't announced
But you can bet, we will hear names today
and then I will call them in a sweet kind of way
Those piglets are so lean and disease free too
there are many who may prosper, maybe me, maybe you
but one thing is certain about those seven today
they are the first in the world to be born that way
Non surgically is the key word, and this is no game
Struthers is the first in the world who can make that claim
seven healthy piglets, and now also to boot
the opening of the Boar Stud facility should be a real hoot
With roving reporters and shareholders there
and good news wednesday to show that we care
Now I must go to work, this is not the best rhyme
and I would have done it sooner, but ran out of time
So to everyone here that frequents this thread
Please keep you eyes out for pigs overhead
You never know when the pigs will fly
have a great day, time for me to say goodbye
sorry for the triple post EOM
Netshoe, thank you very much. You seem to have the ability to explain things in simple terms....Thank you soo much for all the information you provide, I am much clearer on the situation thanks to you.
Thanks RMG for the info. I agree with what you say about the shareholders meeting. I also believe that in the next 40 days or so, many things could happen and I believe that Doug is very optimistic. I was also wondering if you knew the answer to my second question. Lets just say hypothetically that The SEC gives comments to Struthers Inc. and SI in return fixes the form and resubmits it. Do you know how long the SEC has to respond, is it another 30 days?
TIA and BRHO - (Becky Remains Honestly Optimistic)
anyone- first off I know this is a dumb question, but I am not very bright so here goes. I know Stru has refiled, and that the sec has 30 days to get back to them with comments or no comments, and the clock is runnning. Now lets suppose (I think a safe assumption) that the SEC has comments. What time frame does STRU have to get back to them? and lets say STRU gets back to them in the alloted time period, does SEC have 30 days to review STRU's corrections? I have heard conflicting time frames regarding this and was wondering if anyone knew the answer too this with any degree of certainty. Sorry for my ignorance here, and thank you in advance.
~~~~~Becky~~~~
Thanks Netshoe!! Your answer shed a lot of light!!
I have a question about those piglets....
As I understand it, there were 18 embryos implanted in one sow. Isn't 18 embryos in one sow excessive? I am not bashing, just curious. Thanks to anyone who answers.
Netshoe, thanks for the great highlights. I wonder what Doug was wearing when he did this interview?
