Wouldn't GID be great for healthcare.gov?
Of course it was "suspended"...it never happened.
Would you rather have Mark keep it a secret?? A little DD on this company will tell you that they are a serious player, and this will only add to the probability of some positive cash flow, possibly as soon as this quarter. Those of you in sales know what FAB means, and the SFOR products are a salesman's dream. Load up.
I called the company and asked why the "partner" information couldn't be released and they said that they wanted to avoid a situation where there SH's would be calling and asking questions.
Can you imagine??
I don't know about you guys, but those budgetary numbers look waaaaay inflated. I suspect a major pump....buyer beware.
Is there any info on the deal with CFA? I can't find anything!
Gee, I hope this outfit isn't infringing on HTI's "patent". HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
dynaCERT INC. ANNOUNCES PILOT PROJECT OF THE HYDRAGEN™ TECHNOLOGY WITH STATIONARY POWER GENERATION.
dynaCERT Inc. (TSX-V: DYA) ("dynaCERT" or the "Corporation") announces the execution of a collaboration agreement with a private corporation that is a generator, distributor and transmitter of electric energy in a Caribbean nation (hereinafter, the "Pilot Project Partner"), pursuant to which the parties have agreed upon the terms of a pilot project to test the Corporation's hydrogen technology on a 9R32 Wartsila generator. Due to confidentiality restrictions, the specific identity of the Pilot Project Partner cannot be disclosed at this time
The Pilot Project has been structured into 3 Phases and is being carried out in a joint effort with finances, equipment and manpower being provided by dynaCERT and the Pilot Project Partner.
Phase 1: will consist of testing and data collection that measures the performance characteristics of a 9R32 Wartsila generator with the introduction of gas fumigation at varying concentrations, compared to baseline performance.
Phase 1 will be determined a success should there be a 5% or greater increase in fuel economy which would automatically advance the Pilot Project into Phase 2 upon receipt of Board approval from Pilot Project Partner.
Should the results of Phase 1 not achieve a 5% or greater increase in fuel economy, the Pilot Project can be abandoned in its current form and function.
Phase 1 is scheduled to commence the last week of October 2013 and has been budgeted at CDN$103,689.00, with cost allocations of CDN$56,800.00 to the Pilot Project Partner (50% of which is due within 10 days of signing the collaboration agreement and the balance being due within 30 days of commencement of Phase 1) and CDN$46,889.00 to dynaCERT (with such funds being allocated towards upfront costs associated with the Pilot Project). Phase 1 is estimated to cover a timeframe of approximately 4 weeks.
Phase 2 will consist of the development and testing of a HydraGen™ prototype for the purposes of long-term testing and operation on a 9R32 Wartsila generator. Provided that the fuel economy targets from Phase 1 are satisfied and the Pilot Project proceeds to Phase 2, this prototype will be built to scale at the Corporation's facilities in Toronto and designed to deliver ratios of hydrogen and oxygen determined in Phase 1. Estimated cost of Phase 2 is CDN$426,156.00, with cost allocations of CDN$121,868.00 to the Pilot Project Partner (50% of which is payable at the start of Phase 2 and the balance being due within 30 days of the first payment) and CDN$304,288.00 to dynaCERT. Phase 2 is estimated to occur over a timeframe of approximately 3 months following Board approval in respect of Phase 1 completion.
Phase 3 will consist of longer term testing and data collection of the HydraGen™ prototype that is developed in Phase 2 within the context of the Pilot Project Partner's working environment. Estimated cost of Phase 3 is CDN$74,401.00, with cost allocations of CDN$41,683.00 to the Pilot Project Partner (50% of which is payable at the start of Phase 3 and the balance being due upon project completion) and CDN$32,718.00 to dynaCERT. This Phase is estimated to occur over a timeframe of approximately 4 months following Board approval in respect of Phase 2 completion.
The Pilot Project Partner has developed its relationship with the Corporation through Michael Garvin and Rick Tonita of Global Partners, and the Corporation would like to acknowledge their roles and efforts as we continue with activities in line with our Mission Statement.

If that's the case, it's a stupid assumption. Have you seen all the animal ads for Glucosamine chondrotin? I been using the same stuff for years.
So why isn't NNVC introducing test drugs to the veterinary community where the regs are a fraction of those for humans. Seems to me it would help to establish credibility while staving off the need to dilute.
As long as they PJ/SPP keep the transaction charge to a competitive 2.5% like the big boys they might compete, assuming V and MC don't do an about face. If they do PJ and SP are shot down before it gets off the ground. Even if AMEX or DISC get in on the action in the absence of V/MC, why would someone want to use SP. At that point, the website store better be attractive and efficient, or no amount of Google CPC will keep it afloat.
This may have been posted before. If so, my bad...

Thank you, and I assume the legal relationship between Allexcell and NNVC has been published and verified on this board?
No US patent numbers?
Is there any patent protection associated with this technology?
It's just a PR. Where's the proof. Pharmajanes was just created.
Yes....Iequity.
Without supporting documentation, not just PRs, everything you posted is hearsay. What are the terms of any of the acquisitions?
Where did $5 million in contracts come from and how since PJ isn't even up yet? SPP is no more than a registration and shows no signs of having any financial background (banking or cc processing).
A little DD will expose this scam, IMHO.
My post that was removed only reported that Iequity owns the pjs and spp websites under someone named Mike H. That post was immediately removed so copy this one fast.
Yes, and Iequity controls AEGY, so AEGY "owns" nothing.
Why did you have my response removed? It was certainly relevant to our conversation?
Iequity has a majority interest in aegy and aegy obtained pharmajanes from iequity so who's in control? According to register.com iequity controls both pj and spp websites. Check it yourself.
Which website? aenergypartners.com doesn't even mention any of the
stuff here?
Is it not significant that iequity and NOT aegy owns pjanes.com and spp.com? Something don't seem right.
The fee was paid within 24 hours by the lawfirm (Rome). The "illusion" becomes more real with each DD. I would like to know if this is one of the companies contacted by NSA for "backdoor" information, and whether or not it was granted. Whether or not Snowden did the right thing time will tell, but private emails between US citizens should be off-limits no matter what unless a warrant is issued. The NSA has circumvented the whole process. If the OOB technology works in the face of NSA shenanigans, it may have made all the others obsolete.
No thanks. My next door neighbor was already busted by by a joint police action last year. They confiscated 2 plants. What a waste of tp money.
What intellectual property do these guys own? Seems to me I could set up this business in the basement with a computer and a Paypal account!
Tell me again...who is buying these large chunks of shares, surely at a predetermined price? To what end?
I suspect a trader with 2 accounts trying to create a panic in order to stock up on the cheap. I've tried it before but I was never able to buy back enough volume to make up for the self-imposed loss....lessons learned.
The whole Dragon Lady story was discredited long ago (25%!! Give me a break) but the posts were "lacking in relativity" or something like that and deleted.
Unless this "third party" is a large organization with the finances and willingness to make a large purchase, this "verification" won't mean crap. Just more fodder to feed the boosters. Even a cert by the EPA itself is worthless unless accompanied by an ethanol-type or solar-type subsidy, from one of the many DOE/Obama giveaways. Only an actual PURCHASE will sustain this company now, and the lack of a finished product says it ain't coming....ever. Here come the trips...
Erasmus...I just posted the message below on the HLNT board and it was immediately deleted. As in the past, someone has a vested interest in this thing moving up. I'm surprised they let your post stay put. They said my post was "Off topic" BS
My post...
If you believe this them you also fell for all the EPA-related rubbish that persisted for many months despite all indications that the EPA had "NO INTEREST" in this technology. The DOT was very interested, but in an HTI executive's words, the company did not have the resources to submit to testing.
I called my broker and he said the MM said it was a private deal between him and another MM, so I replaced my order at the new ask today. While on the phone I told him to look at the 1 year chart and he said "Wow!". After I said it would be a good play for some of his more adventurous clients he agreed. Maybe we'll see some new potential bagholders here.
How is it that I can have a standing buy order for 50000 sh. at 35 and BW or somebody comes in and sells 5M for the same price and my order doesn't get filled? And who would have been able to buy that many in a single transaction? Was it an all-or-none sale?
Yeah, otherwise Jim could get screwed.
If this is what their patent does (below), they're too late. And this system actually works....
Abstract
A system for use with a combustion engine having an air intake, sensors and an engine control module, comprising a hydrogen cell capable of turning water into hydrogen and oxygen gases and a controller electrically connected to the sensors, the engine control module and the hydrogen cell, wherein the controller is programmed to ratiometrically skew one or more signal inputs to the engine control module to control the engine in response to predetermined signal levels, wherein the controller is programmed to activate the hydrogen cell in response to predetermined signal levels, wherein the hydrogen cell is fluidly connected to the engine through the air intake, and wherein the controller is programmed to cause the engine control module to reduce the rate of fuel flow to the engine and to activate the hydrogen cell simultaneously.
I doubt AHS is going to put any more money into a patent that potentially is already obsolete, especially if the actual application fails in the real world.
So we all agree...there are no patents pending.
Has anyone seen any documented expenses related to patent filing? If true, there should be a minimum of $10K to $30K of PAID invoices. Patent attorneys don't work on the come (like some), especially with a penny stock.
Royalties are normally paid based on income from sales. Who is receiving this money and on what basis? Doesn't HTI own it's technology? Did anyone ever find the patent applications that have been much discussed?
Somebody tell me what a 5.000,000 formt sale at the end of the day is and what it means. TIA
Give it up, will ya. For the last time , there is no interest by the EPA in this technology, and HLNT has done NOTHING (as per HS) to get them interested. All such work is being done by CARB, and only for specific engine models. If approved, it's permitted to sell it in CA for that model only. There is NO national retriction against selling. The minute that the management decided to start selling on future value rather than internal ROI I knew it would be an uphill battle, especially in a shaky, insecure economy. If they had started leasing units to get a foot in the door they would have a nice, steady cash flow now. Greed got the best of them, like us, and everyone has lost.
I sent an email last week to JF asking these questions without reply. Do you think it's time for someone here to ask the SEC to ask JF "What's the legal relationship between J3 and GTGP?"
At this point what do we have to lose, except the last 5% of money I I had invested last year. If we're being played, I'd rather find out now.
