Unless this "third party" is a large organization with the finances and willingness to make a large purchase, this "verification" won't mean crap. Just more fodder to feed the boosters. Even a cert by the EPA itself is worthless unless accompanied by an ethanol-type or solar-type subsidy, from one of the many DOE/Obama giveaways. Only an actual PURCHASE will sustain this company now, and the lack of a finished product says it ain't coming....ever. Here come the trips...
