You have been saying that for months.
That price has been there for years. Saw the same kind of question 3 years ago. Forget about it.
What are trying to say, because it makes no sense. Any soil with out nutrients would require fertilizer; that more than likely, would be artificial, thus making it anything but organic.
I hear you rainman. The run up has no real reason. It appears to be a china small caps momo play from what I can tell. Those here who wish to criticize you are either pumpers or fools. I see nothing in your verse that indicates basher insanity. You have brought up legitmate concerns regarding the long term prospects of this stock. As for me, I sold today. I should have sold at $1.10. Rule number one about a stock that moves fast and high with out news - What goes up fast, comes down fast.
New here, can some one highlight the value here? Looks like an interesting play. What is the future outlook? Thoughts anyone?
Well, I couldn't agree more about the gambling part. But that is not how you represent yourself here. In fact, this is the first time you have ever mentioned the word gamble that I have seen. Gamblers don't constantly hype the rumors, downplay the genuine skepticism or pump a positive message. You have done all those things.
Gamble if you like, but don't pump a stock for your advantage.
Never said it was Softnet that did the scam.
It wasn't because the investors got the SEC to do something.
Oh yeah, the SEC will get on that pronto, just like they did with Bernie Madoff.
Well, let's see, turns out it was a scam. How about that brich!
As far as protecting themselves, given the history of this outfit, it would be the prudent thing to do, whether they are a viable company or not.
They got nothing and even if and when they do, it won't be some big blockbuster event.
SCLX - Moving
Well, I have been pretty much hitting on all cylinders since visiting this site. Thanks alot!
Resistance is futile!
CHFI - Something going on?
I just had to come back and check in. I see noting has changed.
1. Where is that web site confirmation?
2. Any answers from MGMT yet?
3. Who are you Brich, you seem to be the only one pumping this thing?
If you answer any of the above questions with a NO or I don't know, then get out. You are being scammed here.
Ouch.
Thanks, I forgot to ask what the ratio on the reverse split will be.
Can anyone point me to the R/S information that I have been reading comments about or update me on the time line of the expected R/S?
What is the current O/S?
That sentence does not say they are provding chips to apple. It says there is a strong demad for "flash products". You are making a very big supposition here. That blurb is suggesting there is a correlation and that's it.
In addition to strong demand in Southern China, demand by Apple for FLASH products for its newly launched iPhone 3G S was also strong."
Sounds like a general statement about the demand for flash products, which this company sells.
Where did you see that ACLO is providing chips to Apple?
Welcome to the club. I have had mine for at least 3. You would think the old dogs could teach the new dogs a lesson. Not to be, I guess.
Thanks and I guess that is all I 'm wishing to see here - a little humility and honesty.
First rule of trading - don't fall in love with a stock and I might add obsess about one.
I'm out of here, will watch from the sidelines.
GLTA
I don't and I have to laugh with you because my humility on this one is all I have.
Its just an answer. Its not a mater of whether I believe it, but I have seen crazier stuff with OTC stocks. These are not regulated stocks.
Rent 'Boiler Room" sometime. Grant it is a movie, but...
Who benefits? People, person who really got burned the first time with this outfit. People or person who wants there money back.
You have a broker for a sub penny stock?
Unless you are a speculator, you need to wake up. If you think this a real investment or has a chance of being a real investment, you are fooling yourselves.
Honestly, if everything were on the up and up, the news about the merger would have come first because that is what professional companies do.
In a way, don't you all think this just might be the cart before the horse? Meaning, building a web site before the merger announcement. I have worked for a lot of companies and organizations and good news usually precedes operational changes.
Look, to please those doubters, I will give myself a 99% chance of being right. The 1% of being wrong is not enough for me to jump back in this pool. However, I would love for this to be real so I am still holding just in case the 1% of me was wrong.
Really, what are they doing right now? What contracts do they have? What are their products? How many employees really work for this company? How much profit have they made? On and on and on???
You know what this is. It was a few guys who thought they could use the OTC to fund a business idea and by the way pay themselves handsomely. They never made a dime of profit, never verified the actual company they supposedly had a major contract with. It was always we are in the final selection group... The speculation at the time was that it was COMP USA. Where's Comp USA now?
I see a lot of people here talking about doing their DD. It takes SteveDog to enlighten you as to the most basic, first thing on the DD list to do, make a phone call.
As far as I can tell, DD here stands for Doo Doo.
That better be a real long walk.
Here is the real deal... i spoke with the contact person at Vavvavoom and they told me there is no connection and legal is looking into, but hey this could be a back room deal and nobody at the company knows about it yet. Then I spoke with someone in the executive suite but he didn't know anything , but you know those suits are paid to hold their cards close, then I spoke with a member of the board at Vavavoom and his comment was, I have no comment. Neither confirmed or denied. So then I decided to go to the SEC, but they hadn't even heard of Softnet, figures, damn government employees. So then I went to God and I know he will have the answer because I pray to him and he always listens. Last night I prayed for a big opening for SFON.PINK Monday.

That's the only salient truth here.
Steve Dog is right and so was I to be sceptacle. Scam, Scam Scam. Who is asleep now? I just got off the phone with AVA Maria whatever. I asked if I could speak with Investor Relations and the first thing out of her mouth was, "are you calling about SofnetTechnologies...
Look folks, this was not much of a company before they crashed. Lots of empty promises and if you were around when I got suckered you would have realized that all the money being invested in this company went to the few employees there.
Maybe they had good intentions, but they never got off the ground and now they are here in sub penny land and my guess is that some IT savvy individual was trying to get back some of the money they lost by creating the fake web site.
I don't really prescribe to hope and prayers when it comes to stocks, but thanks anyway. When I made this purchase so long ago, I probably was asleep, because it was one of the stupidest investments I ever made. At the time I was thinking like a lot of people here, the news was the same theme different story and the due diligence was virtually worthless. Just asking the pertinent questions now that this merger thing seems to be such a catalyst.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Wouldn't say asleep, more like riding out the storm. Going red, maybe it does, may it doesn't, not my concern at this moment. Good luck on this one guys, I see I have disturbed this board enough. I will go to the sideline, maybe, hmm... another two years?
I may not post, but I do follow and today I have some time.
Ok, so what happens to our shares in this case? You don't know because not person from either company has stepped forward with the news or the plan. You all act like the move in the share price is because of the merger news. No, its because all of you sub penny benders see that news as buy, buy, buy signal and that moves the stock price.
There is nothing here but speculation that this is good news and there should be more to come. Its a bet!!!
Its not based on any financial returns of Softnet, nor formal news releases, nothing but the words Softnet and Ava..whatever located on the same web page, which by the way does not come up now. Oh, and that is explained by somebody who knows something about domain names who speculated, mind you, that since it was up so briefely and its not there now, it was an oversight by the administrator that did not know it was public.
Cmon... Show me the beef! The due diligence on this company so far is all old news and news by the way at the time was mostly contrary to the speculation of the day.
I hope this works out, I need it to work out, but I'll refresh your memories, I only asked what the share price expectation is here. Only one person responded.
There not even a public company. So what happens to your shares? Formal announcement hasn't even been made. Maybe Avanade is using Softnet to go public, that would be good news. Nobody here knows for sure and that's all I am saying. This is all speculation.

k everybody, I'm not questioning the legitimacy of this merger or the company Avande. I'm asking what your expectation is on share price, that's it.
What is Avande's share price right now. I didn't see that in any posts.
Fine, but who merged with who. This Avande company looks like the real deal, Softnet? are you kidding me. My guess Avande will get Softnet assets, whatever those are, and their customer lists. What does that mean for all the share you all own. Haven't heard a word on that. Reverse split again?
