There not even a public company. So what happens to your shares? Formal announcement hasn't even been made. Maybe Avanade is using Softnet to go public, that would be good news. Nobody here knows for sure and that's all I am saying. This is all speculation.

Avanade Inc. was founded in April 2000 as a joint venture between Microsoft Corp. and Accenture. As a global provider of Microsoft-based technology consulting services, Avanade is committed to providing world-class, mission-critical systems and solutions to its customers around the world. In our efforts to fulfill this mission, our team has grown to include more than 9,000 people serving more than 2,600 companies worldwide. Our global headquarters is in Seattle, Washington.

Today, Avanade is a closely-held company. Our shareholders include our two founding companies and our employees and former employees. Avanade's public reporting obligations were suspended on July 1, 2008. Avanade’s filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prior to that date, including the annual report for the 2007 fiscal year (Form 10-KT) and quarterly report (Form 10-Q) filed April 14, 2008, can be found online on the SEC’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) database. To view these filings, please visit the EDGAR website.
