Lol why
Wtf lol...you guys didnt like the news? Adding at 11
Bit confused myself...def not trading like a 16 mill float
This CEO is a complete crook...last time I was in this he claimed he was doing a share buy back...he then proceeded to dump 100's of millions of shares on retail
Wish everybody the best here but some serious risk to take this CEO for his word on virtually anything
Explains why Im having such a hard time figuring it out then lol
Thanks for the response!
Do you know who the LOI was signed with?
Great sign...ask getting hammered on as well still
Im assuming we just absorbed the remainder of that 58 mill that was hanging out on the ask...ridiculous market sell
Grabbed some as well based on that exact thinking...cant stand bloated share structures but it seems to be the in thing right now...especially after throwing an MJ merger into the mix
Agreed...that's exactly what im banking on happening here
Amazed we are still at this level with this float
SS was just updated yesterday and shows no changes...16.6 mill
Absolutely amazed to see this trading in the 03's right now...no reason for it
Keep an eye on $SSET...SPAC merger filed with NVSOS along with a float of 16 mill...updates expected this week per the company
$AFOM $ANY $ARSN $BBIG $CAN $CATV C $CZNI $DGTW $EARS $ECEZ $EHOS $ENZC $ETFM $EVIO $FORW $FUNN $GNCP $GRST $GSFI $GWSO $HCMC $ICTY $ILIM $NECA $NEXT $NSAV $NWBO $OPTI $PCTL $PUGE $RETC $RGGI $RSSV $RUN $SEGI $SHMN $SVTE $TPTW
Yep...thats why shares in the low 3's right now are pure gold imo
Wont take much at all to get right back above 04+
I've been slowly adding as well...these low floaters can explode instantly especially when a merger is the catalyst. Seems like such a no brainer to me at this level
They are busy chasing multi billion share structures that are already up 1000's of percent lol
Anyone looking for a sizeable position right now will have to pay to play...bidding for it doesn't seem to be the answer
Bid whackers are getting fewer and fewer between as they are beginning to realize there is a good reason others want their shares for this price...
Only a matter of time...low floats are very easily manipulated in one direction or another...wont take much for this to get right back over 04...just needs a little bullish volume
An 8k or PR on the merger should ignite things imo
Seems someone is doing their best to help walk it down on low volume...much of this float is owned by folks above 04
Out of that entire amount only 10 mill were issued and any additional issued would be restricted for 6 months due to rule 144 I believe
If a merger has been filed with nvsos I would assume an 8k should dropping very soon
Straight dilution? The entire AS is only 60 mill now with a large portion restricted...in what way does that represent "straight dilution"...
Garbage
Lol a mini float with no dilution trading for a fraction of it's TRUE value finally increasing in daily volume and it's going nowhere huh...interesting
Very impressive...seems like some really good things happening here
Lmao!!!
Pawson gets so much back lash however this man has taken a failing business and turned it profitable, gotten rid of debt, closed the largest deal the OTC has ever seen, and has attracted 3 multi millionaires to the board of advisors all within a single quarter
Yet the main focus has been on his past attempts and failures
Dont think i would put much weight into that personally...for as much as id love to see it
Guess i was referring to it in the same manner that most large retail chains work by purchasing product over manufacturing it
The same way Walmart or other large chains could be referred to as a "middle man" if you so choose then yes...i geuss the same could be said about OPTI
What?! So would you consider Walmart nothing more than a middle man as well?
The rate that this company continues to grow so quickly is very impressive...Pawson may have some skulls lurking in his closet however he's figured some things out this time around. He took a company losing money and turned it into a highly profitable operation all while attracting some very heavy hitters...impressive
