I am personally down like 99%. For like 100 bucks I could buy the shares I have now. Stock would have to go to like 5 dollars for me to break even lmao. I know some bought way higher than me so I can only imagine (can you go below -100% lmao...)

It's been rinse and repeat on this board for over 2+ years. "News coming" "big things happening" and the stock is worse off then ever. I suggest everyone eat their loses and move on. I'm not selling for 100 dollars (spent 6,000 on existing account) I believed in the CEO and the product and like 99% of the stocks on here it turned out the opposite of what you want.


Once again not sure if it's con man of the year or someone legitimately busting their ass off. Regardless the stock is like 0.0000003 (for my account) that's all the proof I need. Move on. Let it go. Maybe one day news will come out but don't hold your breath...

I saw my account go even lower so I assumed the R/S happen. Not even worth me selling I'm down 98%. Don't worry though Brian has A LOT of stuff to share! Same stuff for 2 years+! It's going to be big and make us go to 100 dollars a share......lol

Wonder what the purpose of a r/s was if we are about to be back where we were lmao (get the printing press ready). Out of everyone here I've followed LIBE the longest and this is really sad. Not surprised to be honest but sad none the less. My expectations were on the product doing well but it seems what everyone has been saying is true (about CONway) I lost roughly 8,000 here (well 6,000 if you minus profits from first run last year) I'm not to upset I knew the risk and only put $ I knew I could afford to lose. Don't see why Brian would take the time to respond to emails, calls, text, etc if he wasn't in it to win it. I know the counter to that is "playing the con man" but to people who already invested or didn't invest that much seems like a lot of energy wasted. Maybe he does mean well and is trying. It's hard to say considering this company is acting like the other 95% of penny companies on here...

I guess only time will tell. Not worth me selling so I guess these worthless bags I'll hold. To anyone even remotely thinking of buying shares i STRONGLY Suggest you don't..at least not right now. Brian has been saying the same thing for a couple years and literally nothing has come from it (once again not 100% his fault) whether he is a genuine guy trying his best or a sleazy con man it's hard to tell...looking at the stock price it leans one way for sure but hopefully he's not and proves everyone wrong. I havnt commented in like 6 months because I "moved on" only thing that caught my eye was the negative change in my account. From having faith and seeing the bigger picture to accepting where we are I have been around since the beginning (didn't make an account right away). Sad to see something that had potential to sausage guy and some other thing..seems to be all over the place and hopefully will become SOMETHING one day....

Other than that hope everyone is doing well (outside LIBE) scrolled down the page and saw some familiar faces.

I wonder if the A/S will drop back to 3Bil seeing how those mergers fell through. I'm sure that would be refreshing to see. I guess we will find out. Personally don't care what the A/S IF the business is growing with sales.

IMO 80% of the 2s are retail. I'm sure some people have been in this almost a year and are ready to right it off. You also have flippers looking for an easy 100%. Also minor conversion from that note. I don't think LG has sold a single share (but I don't have proof obviously)

It's a risk like every penny stock is. Do you "load the boat" and wait for the news or does it go to no bid? No one knows! I will say I honestly feel Brian is trying his best dealing with the mess from previous management. Longs and people who have spoken to him in the past can understand that. I think the product is very good and can be used all over the world. So I think it's worth the risk. Always comes down to Risk/Reward! If I'm wrong I'll sleep just fine! If I'm right I won't be able to sleep because I will be wealthy!! Lmao

I think we stay like this (between 1-2s with low volume) till Brian releases something HEAVY that gets it moving. And with the O/S the way it is it will take something big! Which I can see happening!! One big deal like what DRIO got months back (solar penny stock went from a penny to 25 cents in 2 days) I can see that happening! I guess only time will tell!!

Yeah I have 2 accounts one with TOS and a brokerlink with fidelity. I sold my shares at 0.0001 today on my TOS account. It's been saying -2,200 for 7 months. That was only 25% of my position so I still have the majority in that other account which I will keep!


I believe in Brian and I think he is honestly trying...despite what is happening and how it looks. I'm confident we will move north..wish I had a time frame but it is what it is. I'll use this as next years write off (can write off 3,000 a year) so locked that in lol!


For new eyes buying 0.0001 and 0.0002 that's a steal in my eyes...ive been here since it was in the high penny's 2+ years ago! I've made money on LIBE numerous times and turned into an investor..I'll keep the majority of my stake here!

To be honest I don't keep up with stuff like that (maybe ignorance is bliss) I don't trade pennies and this is the only penny I have. My reasoning for buying shares here was very simple.

I like the PRODUCT I see Guardlite (and other similar products) all over the world. The potential is almost near endless!

I like the CEO he's a "real guy" and Very approachable person! He posts his number all the time for people to call him. He is well connected and has made other stocks he's been apart of go from penny's to dollars.

Its not an apple or an Amazon or anything big but I believe in the product and j believe Brian can execute a business plan to deliver REAL numbers! This isn't a Shell they have a product and there are pictures on this board! The overall sake of the company isn't amazing at the moment but you are on a penny board don't expect much! I feel this could be a winner but just my own 2 cents for what it's worth...

Personally no. Anything that helps the company be in a better place I'm all for. That being said OTC (something I don't really mess with) doesn't trust ANY company or ANY CEO and generally Rightfully so. I like Brian and I like LIBE if I'm wrong I'm wrong...I can live without the few 1,000 I put here.


Risk/reward is worth it to me. IMO. My avg on one account is 0.0004 and on the other 0.0009 so even thought I'm down I think at these levels it's a no brainer.

This is a long term investment for myself and it's mainly in Brian! I see him succeeding and with that the company does well and PPS will reflect that!

My average is 0.0009 but you don't see me daily ohhhh man when is this going to move...like really?? Some of the profiles say they are 40-50-60 years old and they act worse than children....
