Really disappointing way to end the week .0466
A very good day for all of us. I'm seeing green for the first time in a very, very long time. Lets hope for some news that takes this in a straight line up
Volume heading over a million already. I think we can push past a dime today.
Incredible amount of ugly, crazy, downright unbelievable diversions along the way for this beat up old dog. The fact that we are all still here is amazing in of itself! The brotherhood of TMMI..but it's time for the rubber to hit the road and it will come down to how valuable is this technology?
Is this really fractal that works as the theory of fractal should work? Is it smoke and mirrors? If TMMI can answer that question this will be a massive hit. If the tech is legit it's up to the new regime to get the message out and take advantage of the movement now. Enough time wasted no more #@$%ng around lets get on to the business at hand
Good post Stew. Longs hold on to your shares

No ones been able to steer this ship for 30 years...It's died and come back more times then I can remember. What is the tech really worth? I would have to agree with Jay about the $5m. Chicken scratch really right? if we are really talking about fractal tech that works and if it did work why hasn't some company come in and swooped this company up. I can hope and continue to do that but at this point I am just hoping for a nice run up to get paid now.
Yes I remember the Geppeto Avatars affair. Another one of the many TMMI joint ventures that took awhile to go nowhere
Does anyone know if there is competition from other companies who are actually involved in fractal technology? My assumption being that the unique value with fractal tech is what ultimately sets TMMI apart.
It would be nice to think the fractal technology has something to do with the recent movement but I have been here too long to fall into that. Somebody please convince me!
Nice to see some signs of progress with this old dog. Lets dust this thing off and get it back in double digits
It seems this board has become another victim of the pandemic. No updates, no ongoing commentary, no short report, no legal updates, no dentist sightings...and yet the stock has been pretty active the last few months. Where is everyone? It's too quiet must be something about to happen..
Somebody seems to be selling today
Just a one sentence blurb on the TMMI website..
Pretty quiet around here these days. I would think a trade at .042 would get some reaction. Not that we all haven't seen this before though...OK go back to sleep..
Still here Lone. Not everyday but following progress. 20+ years and still waiting for something special from this company. Good to hear from you!
In keeping with long, time tested tradition...I would think straight through to voice mail.
This company has already surpassed the lives allotted to felines and the story is destined to be a Spielberg blockbuster now just awaiting a happy ending
Hey Lone I'm well thanks for asking hope you are doing the same.It would be great if you were able to speak with the CEO. Any update from anywhere would be greatly appreciated. I've been here I just haven't had much to add or comment on. I, like most others, am just waiting to hear something positive from management. Not to be negative but you have to wonder what actual direction we are going in. Be nice to hear some good new... maybe you can find something substantial out from a chat with the CEO. Good luck and thanks for the updates Lone!
Bill there was a time when TMMI (well Stan anyway) was responsive to shareholder questions. It's been my experience that that time is long gone. I had emailed and called a number of times with no response in the past year. Its been several months since I have even attempted to contact them.
Hi Lone, way to reach out to some of our "prospective" partners for information. It's nice to see some actual due diligence on this board. I appreciate your efforts and others like Jay & stock in keeping this board informed. Its unfortunate that our leadership isn't willing or is unable to shed more light on follow up and potential development previously reported on RTN and others. I would highly encourage you take advantage of that opportunity to speak with their CEO, if that is what your responder was referring to in his email. It would be nice to have some actual information other then to continuous flow of speculation here. Thanks.
Hey Lone I'm here It just takes me longer to catch up these days. The last weeks have been some what of a chore getting through all the rehash and catch up and questions from your new friend Urban.
Really nothing new to see here except I, like you, AM CURIOUS about the new Trumax, Trumaxhd etc.products (if they are products).
Also like Bill I haven't had any response to recent phone and email requests to TMMI.I guess they, like us, are tired of press releases that drive the PPS down... maybe that's why no press release..or was there and no one saw it...Kind of like a tree falling in the forest.
Not trying to be negative but its time we heard something from our fearless leaders.
Until something significant happens I won't be much of a participant as I apparently don't have the time to devote to this board as some. I'll try to wade through the next 40 or 50 messages I'm behind on before signing off for the evening.
I hope you all are well.

Bill I share your concerns about RTN..absolutely no news on progress..That's a real concern for me as well.
Zenus had an informative post a couple of weeks ago that helped ease my anxiety about this and has made some sense or at list gave a potential reason as to why the long delay.
"So many here are getting all bent out of shape that more products aren't being released. Well, they said that the codec development is done, but that's just the first step. You need to integrate the codec into the production workflow and develop SOC (system on chip) solutions so that hardware can run the codec. It all takes some time and is the reason why the previous TMMI management never got off the ground. It is not a business where you can just release the codec and suddenly you are overflowing with cash. You have to figure out how it fits into the entire video production and distribution chain."
If this is the case I think it is incumbent on TMMI management to keep momentum flowing in a positive direction by putting out the occasional progress update. For all we know the great results with RTN may have hit a huge stumbling block that TMMI hasn't been able to overcome and work with RTN may be over. Who would know??
Stock, I don't think the MrB's post was necessarily negative..I think he is just trying to get more detailed positive information. I too am a bit frustrated (as I have mentioned before) at the lack of follow up detailed information. I'm sure press releases can be worded for positive effect without giving up the trade secrets..
Why can't we hear something from our advisors? When Ted Schilowitz came on board why couldn't we have heard a statement about how thrilled he was to be working with such a cutting edge company that was on the brink of huge disruptive etc..etc..
or.. this is what I hope to bring to the team...
or..I chose to be part of this team because the potential ground breaking blah..blah..
Its been stated here before..and I believe this to be one of TMMI's biggest issues currently is that there is really lousy press information. There is no back up response from any of our working partners and the follow up in between what good news is released is so infrequent and ineffective that we can't keep up any momentum.
Yes frustrated..No not negative..
Thank you Smitty..Starting from the bottom..
Find out exactly what they do have. Right now TMM says they own VDK 1.x from the early 90's and are using it in Trudeaf. Both are not likely not true as its far more likely they are using the Vio code in the Trudeaf mess.
I agree that we should find out what we have (and own)..I have been saying that for awhile..Not only WHAT we have but HOW GOOD IS IT?
Stop paying Stan Ford all that money in Canada and hire an actual development firm in the United States to work on whatever TMM thinks they own.
I would love to find out exactly what Stan is doing and what his actual contribution to TMMI is? Other then the obvious fact that TMMI is so far without meaningful contracts..etc..what makes you think he is not worth the money he is being paid (specifically)?
Do you have a particular development firm in the U.S. in mind?
I don't necessarily agree or disagree with getting rid of Cavanaugh yet. I wish I knew more about what was going on. Can you enlighten me with what you know about the relationship between him & Wiggins, Wright & Neff?
I tend a think a settlement (if it could somehow work to both parties benefit) would be a good thing. Question is what kind of settlement would that be?
Finally Smitty you wouldn't have any idea why you are so ruthlessly attacked here 24/7 would you??
Thanks for the meaningful dialog..it's a nice departure from norm..
Smitty instead of bashing TMMI after every post.. why don't you turn your energy into suggestions on how the company can best proceed? I believe you have mentioned dumping the current management and I would much rather hear that then your blatant, continuous, disagreement of anything even remotely positive.
I still find it hard to believe that you are really an investor in this company though..because that would mean you are not a very astute investor..
Again as many have commented previously..why would you continuously post anything and everything negative you can think about.. even outright misinformation.. if you intend to prosper with this stock? I think you should sell..
Thank you Zenus..I greatly appreciate this post as you add good information and substance to questions I have had..
I assume you are referring to Trudef when you say the fractal development is now done but the integration of the codec into the work flow and development of the SOC remains for specific applications and thus the delay in visible progress..and in your opinion the codec updates are still fractal based?
Do you attribute these operations/modifications to the delay of updates/progress with RTN? Could we do the testing without the SOC solutions completed and online? Just asking because I don't know.
Pardon my lack of sophistication with this technology but how do you know this is what is actually going on and the reason for that lack of progress? Were you told this? Have you seen or witnessed this?
Again..not trying to interogate or put you on the spot but your post (if true) provides me with some really good insight and information.
Thanks.
Stock..it's all good..I just want some independent assurance about the tech, I want to hear from our advisors..please
..do what advisors do, advise & sell the product. If you dont believe in the tech please remove yourself as an advisor..
I'm a true-blue long.because I believe in the tech..I am now questioning important fundamental questions the most important of which is how disruptive & GC is the tech? Who aside from RTN..has confirmed the game-changing, disruptive aspects of our trudef product??
Under the assumption that the lawsuit has nothing to do with the current product the question for me remains how good is trudef?
Ahh..patience Stock - I'm not asking you or jay to do my leg work. I've spent a lot of time asking questions and doing my own research. I have been asking those very questions directly to Cavanaugh and Ford. I have called and corresponded with TMMI and just yesterday called again.
I have also willingly shared information I have found on this board with you and everyone else. I am a TMMI supporter and LONG time investor and I am not one of (as you so eloquently state) a "Demented supporter". You would be much better served by being a bit more patient in your judgment and accept my questions as merely a pursuit of knowledge.
The fact that I am asking these questions doesn't mean I believe the "demented folks"..and when you are quick to judge or label you may come off investing foolishly. I am not here to win friends or make enemies of either side. If you have information that has not been shared here you must have your reasons but you do post a lot and I have appreciated what you have contributed to date. If you have answers to my questions why not answer them?
The pps is very appealing right now but the lack of answers to the questions Bill and I have keep me parked in neutral on further investment until I learn more.
Thank you Bill. I have been asking these same questions for some time now and would very much like to hear responses to these questions. Anyone?.. Stan?
Hey Lone doing well..yourself? Not much to see here and tiring of the back and forth. Searching for updates and new information and have put in calls and emails in search of...check your mail when you get a chance as I don't feel like sharing with some here anymore.
Smitty - Why are you on this board again?? Admittedly.. I don't pay much attention to what you say but I think I read somewhere in the hundreds of your posts where you are a TMMI long?? Please correct me if I'm wrong about that..
If that is the case (TMMI long) then what exactly are you trying accomplish with your endless negativity..?
Thanks Baja..unfortunately compressionist123 would of been the one to ask but he doesn't seem to frequent this board any longer..that is unless he was an alias for someone that didn't want his identity known..
But that is one of my concerns right now is being left behind by other companies with new tech.
Hi Lonewolfe..my doubts come from that fact that I have asked the question about fractal tech to Stan several times now. He has answered other questions but (seems) to continue to evade the fractal question.
The other thing is that he said the lawsuit has no bearing on future contracts. Maybe I'm missing something but if we lose the lawsuit don't we also lose rights to specific tech that has evolved to what the current tech is supposed to be?
As I don't know what tech TMMI currently has maybe this is a moot point. The fact is I don't know enough to answer that question. Does anyone here know?
To take your point further maybe we are no longer using fractal tech and MAYBE our current tech is great and game changing on its own..Thats fine too!..if it is..Does any one know the answer to that?
And that's what I'm getting at Lone we don't have any idea of what we have. We are relying on what our TMMI leaders are feeding us just like in the past. I say we as stockholders need a bit more information right now..confirmation from an outside source that justifies our belief in the company.
Thanks BigTel, I guess my frustration over the endless lawsuit talk is evident but the important question is the value of the product.
If the tech is what we think it is (thought it was) and the value is exponentially worth the amount of disruptions that occur because of it's gamechanging effect on current tech. It would be worth all of our while to fix the problems and change the status quo. I know we would all feel a hell of a lot better if an outside source proved to us shareholders that what we think we have is actually what we have.
At the point in which we shareholders are all comfortable with our product(s) and are sure we got that winner we thought we had that's when we can take this bull by the horns and fix all the holdups and issues that are holding us back.
Since we apparently can't rely on our company's leadership or advisors to provide advice and insight I think it's time for some sort of independent audit to tell us where we stand.
I mean $#@%! we don't have a clue whether this is even fractal tech anymore.
Again please don't misunderstand me..I am still an ardent TMMI supporter but give us some fricking answers here so we can make some intelligent investing decisions. I really want to add to my holdings in TMMI especially at these prices but I am starting to doubt and can't really justify putting more $ into this until I know more about where we are at and where we are going...
Guys seriously I think its way past time to find out exactly what TMMI's technology is and how (please pardon my overuse of these terms) game changing and disruptivethis tech really is.
We need to know what we are really dealing with. I have asked over and over if this is still Fractal based tech and amazingly no one here can seem to answer that question. I've asked Stan repeatedly and he seems to avoid answering. He also says the lawsuit will have no bearing on future sales of the product. This leads me to believe whatever Trudef and Trupix is..it doesn't seem to be fractal based anymore. So what do we have and what is it really worth?
Honestly don't you guys think the answer to these questions are far more important that discussing the fricking lawsuit all day.
I am tired like Bill and some of the other recent defectors and semi defectors here. Its really time to find out what we really have...game changing?? not game changing..
The lawsuit means nothing to me without the answer to these questions.
Larry just a quick group of question related to something you said earlier. I'm quoting you in mid statement because I'm getting a headache from the repetition..
"...This is where I think TMMI never completed their due diligence and just assumed. They could have contacted me before filing a lawsuit and maybe this could have been worked out"
*What would have been your plan to work something out?
*Do you think you could have come to an equitable agreement with TMMI?
*Do you think there is any chance of that now?
*Do you think the TMMI products are game changing, disruptive tech?
*Does Dimension have game changing, disruptive tech?
*Do you think a settlement, merger or mutual agreement could eventually end up mutually benefiting all parties, stockholders, owners, officers etc?
I think, for me anyway, the bottom line to all of this is what can a combined effort bring to the table? Which is why the essential question is...IS THIS COMBINED TECH GAME CHANGING DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY?? Damn I wish one of our expensive advisors could answer this question!
If what we all read in the Cavanaugh's letter to the TMMI stockholders is what it was portrayed to be then the value should override the bickering about ownership between all parties..
Do you believe this Larry? How about an opinion Larry?
As much as I enjoy the friendly banter between our two factions here..and the endless fun of strolling down memory lane I think just about everything can and has been said about the ownership questions/answers..
Hi Larry..thanks for your continued partication on this board.
It sounds to me like you might prefer a conversation/ arbitration / mutual agreement / offer / stockholder vote as a better option settlement then a court case..
Has this ever happened? (Try again)
I would prefer..think of the $ we could save w/o legal expense.
At the risk of sounding uniformed how about talking to tmmi and putting something on the table to vote on?
Larry, I wish I knew how good..gamechanging and disruptive the tech is that you both claim to have.
