It sounds to me like you might prefer a conversation/ arbitration / mutual agreement / offer / stockholder vote as a better option settlement then a court case..

I would prefer..think of the $ we could save w/o legal expense.

At the risk of sounding uniformed how about talking to tmmi and putting something on the table to vote on?
