Hi Lonewolfe..my doubts come from that fact that I have asked the question about fractal tech to Stan several times now. He has answered other questions but (seems) to continue to evade the fractal question.

The other thing is that he said the lawsuit has no bearing on future contracts. Maybe I'm missing something but if we lose the lawsuit don't we also lose rights to specific tech that has evolved to what the current tech is supposed to be?

As I don't know what tech TMMI currently has maybe this is a moot point. The fact is I don't know enough to answer that question. Does anyone here know?

To take your point further maybe we are no longer using fractal tech and MAYBE our current tech is great and game changing on its own..Thats fine too!..if it is..Does any one know the answer to that?

And that's what I'm getting at Lone we don't have any idea of what we have. We are relying on what our TMMI leaders are feeding us just like in the past. I say we as stockholders need a bit more information right now..confirmation from an outside source that justifies our belief in the company.
