Current issue of Tribal Gaming & Hospitality (TG&H) references Kambi Sportsbook
Since the repeal of PASPA Kambi has been a trusted sportsbook provider to tribal operators throughout North America. Which begs the question "isn't that what ATIG was supposed to be doing?"
Saints... weren't you real big on My Big Coin, defender of Chickadee (or whatever) and co? All of whom are now up on charges by the CFTC, the Feds, the USPS et al, never mind civil suites? Per ihubs fine print, in any instances of fraud or legal investigation user privacy goes right out the window.
If the Gamestop investors hear about ATIG/AGC... oh my, could be quite a ride!
Is this a failed venture or a fraud? If the latter I would think that all of the Board Members listed on the ATIG/AGC prospectus are equally vulnerable to a class action as their credibility is what help sell the program/product.
Almost a year on and how is everyone doing? Randall had another hearing last week but won't be surprised to hear he got another delay.
Ok, here we go: "An American judge has decided that that crypto-tokens can be classed as commodities for the purposes of a criminal case.
US District Judge Rya Zobel said on Wednesday that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s case against My Big Coin Pay Inc, can go ahead. The latter’s lawyers had argued that the former had no authority because cryptocurrencies are not commodities. This decision is important because of the precedent set.
My Big Coin Pay is a cryptocurrency company which the CFTC alleges to have run a scam."
With that decision in hand the CFTC moves forward with it's case as will a few other federal branches where their jurisdiction applies.
If it were that clear and simple A. they wouldn't be in the courtroom and B. the Judge would have already handed down her opinion. As it is there are a number of other fraudulent crypto cases before the courts and in those, as with this one, this judges decision will determine if the CFTC has jurisdiction in any of them [in so far as is crypto a commodity or not]. Another judge has already observed that this technical debate is obscuring the immediate crimes that were committed and delaying the subsequent punishment for same. Either way, with or without the CFTC and this hearing other Federal agencies are waiting their turn. This case simply determines their playbook.
The market is waiting for the judges ruling on whether and/or when is or isn't a crypto coin a commodity. This ruling will determine the direction the CFTC takes and in turn, other Federal agencies determining their strategies... a la Manaforte trial, think wire fraud and the like. Toast either way.
Gee... and I own it at .85 a share! I bought in for the future ($5+) but if it's one of those that perennially bounces in the pennies guess this wasn't such a great pick after all. Any thoughts?
I have no idea how these things shake out. To read the deposition seems to address just 28 investors, I suspect those being investors in the My Big Coin Pay "stock" offering. Then there are those who bought coin ie My Big Coin and I have no idea what that distribution might be. I recall seeing promotional offerings for a free coin if you jumped through certain hoops; I heard some were distributed in a charitable fashion and of course there are those who simply bought coin. The Worldcom fiasco came unglued around 2002 and it's still being settled. This isn't nearly that size but either way as things stand right now the unsealed deposition suggests that they have a window to come up with a plan to pay back $6 million. It won't surprise me if the government subcontracts this to a legal entity to pursue simply because of their own staffing limitations. Of course then there's the lawyers overhead and at the end of the day... pennies on the dollar remain. I wouldn't worry about sitting by the phone.
Time will tell for sure. What the perps behind this whole [apparent?] charade may have missed are the far reaching arms of the federal government. Prior to "unsealing" the case you can be sure that they captured all/any social media post to include Facebook, Twitter and whatever else. Where Boards such as iHub are concerned, check out the fine print/disclaimers... when it comes to a federal investigation, the anonymity of posters goes right out the window so expect to learn who Mark Gillespie & Randall Crater were posing as; the "unmasking" of Chicadee (sp?) and her consorts. Sooner than later it'll all come out in the wash as it's pretty difficult if not impossible to "scrub" the internet.
And that! Thank you Man! :)
So I've just joined "the club" at 1.60... not a day trader so hope to wake up in a year or two [like the rapper w/ the bitcoin] to a nice surprise :)
Thank you my friend, I needed that! :)
Drew, thanks for the note, sorry about the pm, hard to tell who has access to what services albeit there's probably a moniker of some sort that my learning curve hasn't picked up on yet. Thanks for the opinions and yes, they should all have the opportunity to meet Big Bubba!
That's the life of the penny world, playing those 15 - 50 cent swings albeit I chanced into this with the idea that the decimal point would be moving over to the other side, from pennies to dollars.
Well good morning! I'm digesting your valuable insights and, what w/ where I am, will hold til $3 and if things are looking rosy perhaps beyond. Thanks for the feedback and good luck to all!
Glad to see folks are up on this stock. My "cocktail party" source finds me in this from April 2017 w/ fidelity showing I'm at a minus 85%... that would be a -85% in red. So if any of you pros have some upbeat projections I'm all ears! Sage being besides stay away from cocktail parties or red wine :)
Any opinions on the long term prospects for CYTR? My investment of April 2017 is down (per fidelity) 59% so, if this stock is the second coming of "you know who" please cheer me up! $20? $30 hello? please? :)
What are the long term projections for CYTX? I'm in at somewhere around $1 per share what w/ a buddy insisting (over a year ago) that it was going to bust up to... well, "skies the limit" and he meant $50+ a share. Seems that fully half of my investment disappeared in a reverse split or some such nonsense, it looks like many of you are doing well playing the .20 cent swings... and maybe that's where I've got it all wrong if that's the way this gig works. Any thoughts? Thanks!

what is/was the wallet all about? Been left hanging on that one. Support does not respond but seems you need them to complete the process. Or is it all a mute point?
2 weeks on and still no reply, eh factckr? Whatever happened to all the pumpers from over on sspt who merrily chortled about simply doing due diligence? They slammed every fair question. "Where are they now" as the song goes.
I've never made pointed statements about any of this being smoke and mirrors but I'd guess it was about 2 years ago I made some simple observations about the validity of the claimed statistics (fb, twitter etc.) as did another whose handle eludes me and we were both rigorously shot down by apparent insiders who drank the kool-aide. As for the Adam Tracey bit have no opinions on that other than seeing his name in the company profile.
Greg... the wallets the same concept as the card was supposed to be but perhaps done differently. Not sure where you presume I haven't any coins, when I do. I've tried selling on the exchange but...
Gregll... a new "optimist" on board with a freshly minted alias of July 4th. Wonder whose behind that one? Flash and sizzle are nice but does it [the wallet] work? My cc still doesn't do anything and the coin doesn't seem to have any buyers either. Hope springs eternal?
George... you still with us buddy?
George, on the other hand, if it was from the heart, it is what it is. Either way you may want to avoid the upcoming HBO show "The Wizard of Lies"... hope we're not in that boat.
Street, ever the Optimist here but Bitcoin ratios aside take your pick on what others are saying:

Yes, very interesting. Never saw the 1000mbc ever posted as selling yet "poof" there they are, sold. Good for the seller.
Prof, interesting but I mentioned something relative to Bitcoin rising all ships a while back and someone said one had nothing to do w/ the other. Bitcoin with MBC.
Have no idea what that means or refers to.
Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, Marketwatch etc., this is the common refrain:

I'm sure the counter to this data wasteland is that they're not familiar with silent IPO's.
With the end of the year at hand, rejoice in the knowledge that this may be tax deductible. But only at $3k per year.
"even being able to trade it" now wouldn't that be large, on a site that trades 24/7 !
Prof, on the one hand if rising tides raise all ships this is cause for optimism. On the other, a couple of years ago when I made a similar observation, I was told you couldn't compare the two. At this point any news would be great.
Gotcha! I'd be more excited if the exchange worked. Its advertised as working 24/7. Can you imagine if Bank of America was down this long?
