just a heads up...clearwire cc @ 4:30...u might hear something regarding this company...or read something when they file....that's a "may be"....

screw that web site.....it means absolutely nothing---he pitched it twice and sold out of it(twice):
pitch#1:
pitch#2:
and admitting to selling out here:
...i'm so sick and tired of seeing people post this site like it has any merit--the guy is just a player...that played his way out of an entry twice
it's all about comair....the base shift to CVG....and the reality of the debt holders accepting shares...and waivers on the puts in feb(when the comair to jfk/mesa to CVG deal went down)----this is a very good spec play....but you will only understand that by reading delta's last financial filing...following comair..following pinnacle...and following pilot discussions--not from some pitch player looking for ways out of a play
Feb... was a key month to learning what the deal was with mesa...look there very hard...pay attention to the base shift...among others--the lawsuit/prelim injunctiuon is all about delta's subsid(comair)...and what was/is delta's second largest hub----it will be gone soon(delta is killing it off..along with comair(they couldn't sell comair..so...))....enjoy..and make some money out there..eh?
so just about two months past july 20th.....end of september.. before mesa would even attempt an appeal...if needed that is
no idea...

last....

mesa does not face delisting til sept 20th.. give or take a day...if the bid price is up over a dollar by then(for stated required days)..never mind--if not...they will go to the appeal process
the original nas suspension of bid price came down on oct 16/17th...and was extended twice i believe---the "current" end to the suspension is july 20th
when the original suspension came down...all current situations were frozen...mesa had till around dec 20th to get things straight(TWO MONTHS)...they still have those two months beyond the "current" suspension of the minimal bid requirement...so you are looking at sept 20th..again...give or take a day
secolton...forget about the market maker...they do not have the available time to mess around
orders get routed through an individuals broker...or routed by choice...or buried in "arca"..etc
it's not the market maker lowering or raising anything....it is a buyer and seller setting a quote that will get it's bid or ask(hopefully)...routed through any given market maker..or specialist---they "make the market" with what they see
but yes...there is always manipulation...that lies within every human being....
that is a sell order routing through etmm...that's the price someone wants to sell at...etmm is just the order taker
hope ya'll played clearwire off my bird dog......you knew the roll out "time frame" before they reported it...lol---long wait here....just understand that.....it will come big if they let it be open to the public....could be a year...but it will come
haven't booked this much big business since 1999....but only the insiders know it...have to suck it up...
it's just someone/entity selling out....making the most of a current rare opportunity
the company is not bankrupt as of yet....and will be silent as long as poss---if you believe in the opportunity here...just sit it out(of course..lol)
spain
suadi arabia
canada
and of course america..
..it could be a very long wait---refer to the "nuke" animated gif in the ihub box above
copy and paste from my previous submission---they are building out the clearwire wimax project--will never know the income for lcc int. though until(if) clearwire submits it in the upcoming 10k--replay:

ha...i was gonna enter that yest...split that nonplay with pnx/ufs---entered pnx @ .39...tripled down today @ .28...closed out @ .42..lol---sittn' up @ 18 points with domtar currently(played dom over the summer in the six dollar range..lol)
sitting on a pmi entry today....market is so freakn' cheap----nice job on the cno.....take your cash..there will be plenty more...they are all over the place..eh?...lol
total bs eod..eom
15 minute view..bollie 10 and 20 period
the thing is...trades can settle after 4 for same day(few minutes after)...but this is too obvious--not enough volume...and the 5 points.. plus the trade size is blatant
it comes after a pre/post market trade....so who is the chump that can't get it together..eh?
?
just call one of your brokers....and have him/her explain why it lagged ...and why your account shows it as same day?..lol...then laugh a bit...and go from there
that's 5 points(again)....same time..same channel--it won't have a tag...and there is no way it just lagged from a settle..somebody needs clipped for that
did it again....that deserves a call...
10 minute intra volatility squeeze now..see which way it goes..but it will go...
eeehhh..i don't know..it's one thing for a intermarket sweep..or next day trade...but....this tagged @ 16:05 with "no tag"..eh?---that's sloppy and went par with the early morning bizarre
i had over a dozen lookers on my main screen this morning--at least six gapped up...this is the only one that maintained that open window through out the day
she'll open higher than the previous close tomorrow..."again"...but you're correct..."wtf"..eh?
the trading program i used today ....lagged all day--started @ the opening(real screwy)--that last trade was crap.....seems as though something was glitched somewhere along the line..why that cleared so late(5 minutes)...should have been running my other ones along with to see if it was exchange related
would love to see it get back to feb 1 levels...:)
nice simple daily(directional/stoch)...lovely...
oh boy....get ready for this one...
may start rolln' now.....juice flowing
wow..this little guy still gives an out to anyone that needs it...or wants it...happy for you guys...and glad you still have a play now and then..kudos
better plan on it...at least thru summer to be safe....here's a clueless typical snide @ clearwire...same old...:
Verizon Wireless Announces 2010 LTE Deployment Plans, Mobile WiMAX Seen Crying in Corner
February 18th, 2009 by Mark Spoonauer
verizon-wireless-logo_0012I already knew this was going to be a make-or-break-year for Mobile WiMax. And now the clock is literally ticking. Verizon Wireless just announced that it has chosen Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson as its launch partners for the carrier’s upcoming LTE deployment, slated for 2010. In trials Verizon has seen peak speeds of 50 to 60 Mbps. Assuming the real-world throughput is a tenth of that (Verizon hasn’t confirmed true data rates) LTE will be about twice as fast as Clearwire’s two-cities-and-perpetually-counting network.
And I don’t see the Mobile WiMAX footprint in the U.S. moving much beyond Baltimore and Portland anytime soon, not when the company recently said that it has a $2 billion funding gap. Obama to the rescue!
Seriously, it’s not a good sign when head of sales at Intel Executive VP Sean Maloney says that “The current build-out rate for Clearwire is pretty fast. We can come back to whether it needs to be faster or not at some point in the next year or so.” Um, in a year or so, LTE will be rolling out, and Clearwire will have lost its all-important first mover advantage.
I was personally impressed with Mobile WiMAX when I saw it in action this past fall in Baltimore, but unless Clearwire kicks it into high gear by this spring/summer the technology will fade into obscurity faster than you can say 4G.
http://blog.laptopmag.com/verizon-wireless-announces-2010-lte-deployment-plans-mobile-wimax-seen-crying-in-corner
...so tired of it...."a year or so for lte"... as a consumer, i wish it could be sooner..but apparently this opinion lacks any depth.."same old"...
in ayear or so..clearwire's wimax buildout will be so ramped up...the clueless won't no what hit them..and we know that due to the lcc international "help wanted" sign--october 2009...then again in october 2010...within two years..wimax will be established across the country(if all remains as planned)...and lte will just be starting--seems as though this should kick "lte" in the arse and get it going
and again...refer to this old art:
"One outfit, wireless network design consultant LCC International (LCCI Quote - Cramer on LCCI - Stock Picks), has landed a plum role in the expansion-planning effort, say people close to the companies. This 4G pioneering work with Sprint could mark a huge opportunity as more network operators look for help, say investors."
http://www.thestreet.com/story/10348860/1/sprints-big-pipe-dream.html
....have to go..good luck!
you might have a shot if that window closes before the 10:30ish reversal(or continuation).....look for a dip...cus' that's all you're gonna' get..:)
also why the delay on the digital switchover was so important for clearwire...and why that exec took a leave to be part of the obama transition team..ha..ha...
.and for the consumer....wow....stay away from tech toys until next winter...brave new world comn'...
the great thing here is that now you know how to play clearwire as well..
two recent arts:
http://www.moconews.net/entry/419-clearwire-expansion-plans-delayed-by-funding-problems/
but not so fast says intel..
http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/intel-executive-says-clearwire-has/story.aspx?guid={C86032AC-D10C-416E-A957-5D9BD1B497BC}&siteid=yhoof
you now know that clearwire will be moving full tilt in the last quarter just as lte will enter the test phase...then again in the last quarter of 2010...ha..ha--wonder if those shareholders know that...?...so question to that..when to enter clearwire?...yummy..
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ta?s=CLWR
so just sit back and throw small change at this(bearish mode)....and wait...you know that they can use that contract to shore up financing...etc...etc...and they will need capital for that as well....
and the nut....they went dark....only the shadow knows...and glad no one is paying attention....
only the company---all the funds have closed out their positions(including part of riley(specific institutional fund))...this was the december bail:
http://www.mffais.com/lcci.html
and here is the current wimax build out(clearwire)...THAT YOU WILL NOT HERE ABOUT.......:

...so what do you think that large contract is worth?(hint...a lot)...just buy a few here and there...no one is paying attention...so don't say anything about it ... might as well go with the course and stay quite as well...eh?
heh..heh...never know with those cc's...decent reaction before...listened to it while watching the non-reaction...very good in my book--these are good guys..period--good luck to you as well...
i never saw bk...but the threat of "people thinking that there could be a bankruptcy"..is long gone....
i wait till 8:00 eastern to see where everything ends up....that's the official close..eh?...a little upset that i couldn't trade out a portion today...very good day to buy....as many chances as you can get---will just have to hang on to that trading portion for a few days...
good one to hold long through the divi suspension(it will be back)...for a few years plus
she'll open a window and stay up tomorrow...
well...my account shows .97..so have to suck that up--they suspended the dividend which is a drag..but needed to happen.... this is a well run company --pretty healthy today given the overall market, the cc, and the divi kill--the volume got a bit weird in the afternoon...walked it down/up easily
this is a good strong play despite lack of divi---whether intra or swing..or long...it's good in this range
they went dark....get over it
oh come on...lol..
ha...ha...you shouldn't be buying/selling(trading) any bb or pink stocks currently...just maybe throw a few dollars in something and forget about it....and this stock is good for that given that it is dark with zero news---but the game is on @ nyse/nas/amex....that's the trading play...thank god
buy and bury here...wait for the gopher to poke it's head out and take off running........someday
so "wtf" is going on in spain...a lot of action/shakeup going on there in a small division:

Time Warner Cable to make "meaningful progress" in WiMAX in 2009
Despite eliminating 1,250 jobs, recording a quarterly loss of $16 billion, and writing down its investment in Clearwire, Time Warner Cable (TWC) expects to progress its WiMAX strategy (with Clearwire) later this year
During its February 4th earnings call, TWC President and CEO Glenn Britt stated, ""we expect to make meaningful progress in further defining our wireless strategy." That strategy is based on the MSOs investment and partnership with Clearwire. "We do see opportunities over time to offer a broad array of services to a variety of devices over both wired and wireless transmission technologies. As part of this, we plan to roll out an initial offering in conjunction with Clearwire in at least one city later this year," according to Britt.
Some analysts believe that a TWC WiMax deployment in Dallas, TX is most likely among the 2009 possibilities, considering recent hiring activity Clearwire has underway in Texas. New York is a bit further out, according to Unstrung which notes that Clearwire has recently posted engineering-related job ads for the New York and New Jersey area. However, a buildout in that region could take up to two years to complete.
Time Warner Cable was the latest company to take a hit from Clearwire's declining share price: it wrote off $367 million of its $500 million investment (Intel was an even bigger loser). Perhaps Clearwire will reveal it's deployment plans when it reports results, expected later this month.
COO Landel Hobbs said Time Warner Cable also plans to expand its metered (cable based) broadband service to more cities this year. Currently the company offers a mere 40 GB per month before charging overage fees. In contrast, Comcast offers a 250 GB monthly cap and AT&T offers a 150 GB per month limit before charging fees. We wonder if the metered service will also extend to WiMAX service when it becomes available later this year.
