Well the volume is up. IH trades shows it as all "Selling". Only thing is...You cant sell it without a buyer!! So the question is...Who has bought 300+ Million Shares lately? Somebody has. No sell without a buyer. My bet on this stock is that sooner or later "The Dude" is going to pull a big fat rabbit out of a hat and this will run hard - maybe to pennies next time. So I'm holding what I got for now.

How this will work out IMO
1 for 1000 at current price = .10 (ten cents per share post R/S)
Post Split there will be regular PR’s all positive for about 6 months. Even while those PR’s are coming out…Within 3 weeks after the split the price will fall/drop by 50% to .05 or lower.
The price will then run to .20 or .30
Then……All the big hoopla is over. The price will begin to slowly retrace back to sub penny land. I’ve seen many go all the way back to Tripp’s. That’s how it goes down here in Trippville. So, for those who say they are buying more right now that’s fine but save some powder for the post-split pull back before the blitz. – It Will Happen. Then maybe if you’re lucky you can get a 3 bagger out of your money.

All good except for one part…under the section Plans for 2024 it states “Consider a share consolidation program to access a new investment universe”.

Now that can mean one of two things. 1. Share buy back or 2. Reverse Split. Doing a quick net search for… “What is a share consolidation program” and you will find this. https://brokerextra.com/what-is-share-consolidation/ So almost always especially in OTC sub penny’s it means a R/S and that is very, very, mush NOT GOOD!. This stock already has just about all the investors it is ever going to get. A reverse split here would loose those investors and there would be None, Nada, Zero, Zip new investors post R/S because the price would quickly retrace downward. So Bill if you’re reading this…DON’T DO IT.

As soon as the DEA Reclassifies it’ll blow past a nickel and it will not be the only one. Back in 2014 came the first Green Rush. By the end of that year there was probably over a thousand new publicly traded weed stocks. They were coming out of the wood work, falling out of the sky. Hundreds of dead-end sub penny stocks operating in industry’s that had nothing to do with legal weed jumped in and became weed companies. I remember seeing several “Mining Company’s” all of sudden change business models and go into the weed. Back then and going into 2015 the talk was…"As time goes buy at least 95 percent of all the new Weed Stocks would fail, give up, etc". Only the strong would survive for years down the road and those company’s that would survive years down the road when The Fed finally changes the laws AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL!!! Would explode in growth. Well…Here we are and yes indeed 95 percent and more of all those initial publicly traded weed companies are long, long, gone. Remember "CannaCamp" LOL "The Pocket Puffer" LOL...But… DEA re-classification will be coming any day now and it will be the biggest, bestest, thing to ever happen to the industry!!! Meanwhile disgruntled, irritated, pissed off investors who lost their ass in Weed Stocks sit on the side lines bashing bla, bla, bla BS. But make no mistake 2014 was 9 years ago. The pack has thinned. I see so many basher's posting that do not realize the points you made. Some of them seem to be the kind of people that would kick a good man when he’s down instead of offering a hand to lift him up. I’m not pointing at any particular posters, and I wish all posters “peace, joy, and happiness” in their lives. Some will even continue to bash after for example this stock goes to dollars a share and they’ll still be frantically looking and searching for the negative side of things and looking at the past instead of the future.
