Thanks for indicating such to me. I never went back to see if it would still post as I had stated that it would. I just figured that it wouldn't change. Heck, people could have thought that I was lying about such.

The link you used is actually the same link for the General Administration of Customs China (GACC) and is a more direct way to get to such confirmation with China Customs through the GACC. It's a little tricky with the GACC link that I posted to use:

I will post below a correction to the post that I made, but I think your link is more user-friendly for getting to the information that is needed to be confirmed than the certain way to getting to such with the one I used. Thanks again for posting this to bring it to my attention.

For inquiring minds, the General Administration of Customs China (GACC) is the governing authority who handles all imports for China, to include sugar imports. This is basically the China Customs:

A company has to be registered with the GACC in order to move forward with exporting sugar into China. To verify if a company is registered within the GACC, go to the "AQSIQ Food exporter list" page and click "Search" from the GACC site below:

To get the GACC Number that's located from the NHMD contract within the 8-K filed with the SEC to confirm who is the Exporter that is associated with this $268 Million contract for JP Energy Partners, go to EXHIBIT 99.2 page 4/20 for seeing the GACC Number below:

You will see that on page 04/20 the... GACC Number = 07622000064

You will see that their Exporter is Sugar Brazil, Ltd which is a company that is worth BRL 3,000,000,000.00 (three billion Brazilian Real). That equates to around $595,900,200 US Dollars to get an idea of the legitimacy and the magnitude of this company:

This definitely is not a scam in my opinion. I'm hearing much more news is coming and some of it is much bigger than this news believe it or not. The PRE-14C was filed with the SEC just recently below to prepare the closing of the merger between NHMD and JP Energy Group:
