And yet, here you are.
You are confident in Dennis O'Leary to deliver, correct? You believe what he says is true, correct? When trader53 posts "How To Profit From The DPLS Short Squeeze", you believe him and you are genuinely confident a short squeeze will happen, correct? With your investment in DPLS, everything is going your way, correct? You should have nothing to worry about, correct? With so much confidence in your investment decision, why do you stress over what any naysayers say?
I take it that you consider DPLS the exception to "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." You don't mind being fooled by DPLS over and over and over again?
Your "Spice Rack". LOL, that's a new one -- a good one. Yeah, Zillas are buying the scraps...likely not even aware of what they're buying. According to my calculations >>
GS Capital has dumped roughly 200Mil shares over the past two weeks. That leaves only 2.3Bil more to dump -- only. When Dennis said "I'm committed to no reverse split", he left out the all important "...at this time".
LOL, good one.
Yes you did. But I'll stand by my beliefs as you will yours. I don't believe charts are useful, consistently, when a company is dumping hundreds of millions, billions, of shares. Again, GLTY.
Sorry I took so long to reply. I was busy counting the money I made on the dividend paying blue chips I've been buying the past 25 years. I don't waste time hoping for the crumbs left after the scammy CEO's and their lenders have enriched themselves. But, if you're interested in a confession >>
When I retired in 2015, I was curious about the OTC. I was a rookie for sure -- gullible, stupid. I believed the "stories." After losing a few bucks, I learned "the game." And even after "learning the game", I lost a few bucks more. The pretend companies either dumped on me, or they got delisted/revoked, or whatever. So in 2017, after dipping my toes into the OTC cesspool, I said to myself >>
"Self, mama didn't raise no fools. Let the hopium addicts have their fun buying the no product, no revenue, no NOTHING, companies. Get back to buying dividend paying blue chips." End of confession.
Blah Blah Blah. "Dennis Speak". What is "provisioning?" >>
"Generally speaking, provisioning simply means providing or making something available to something or someone." So that's the contract? To make the services of Optilan India available to someone? Is it only an opportunity to provide services? If Dennis files an 8-K, let's see if he provides any details.
Duly noted. Once again, I get it. Your only interest is in the SP and the chart play. Just a gentle reminder >>
Eventually the OS count will be 16 billion shares. That is per DPLS filings, not my opinion -- and they will be sold. So, go ahead and load up on $.0008's if they hold (hold for a while???). GLTY. By the way >>
Since chart player trader53 went into full pump mode, after his guest spot on O'Leary's Spaces interview, the SP went from $.0019 to $.0008. My favorite part of all this is folks showing up with "I trust trader53" -- "Thank you trader53 for all you do." Priceless!!! I imagine trader53 has banker David Hannum's infamous 1869 quote hanging on his wall: "There's a sucker born every minute."
"WE" got a contract...lol. Dennis couldn't sell air conditioners in 95 degree heat. One of his new Optilan subs probably got the contract for whatever it is they produce. The subs he picked up in India and Turkey -- he picked up on the cheap from his Optilan UK bankruptcy liquidation. If Dennis's Optilan history is any judge, for every dollar in revenue, the cost of that revenue will be over two dollars.
Can this get any funnier? I live outside a metroplolitan area. There is an area of that city that is run down, businesses closing, in financial distress, etc. You can't buy a house for $65,000 in that area. Dennis "dumber-than-a-bag-of-rocks" O'Leary strikes again. Now we know why massive dilution is in play. Dennis will be counting on shareholders to keep this new dumpster fire in India and Turkey funded, just like the original Optilan acquisition -- before it went bankrupt. The "hits" just keep on coming.
Hilarious. Dennis meant to say "Once again, shareholders are buying." The money from shareholders is the only money he has -- to buy anything.
Yep...private investors bought at $.00045, so even if they waited until now, they are still doubling their money.
Smart move! The S-1/A filed yesterday + the 2.5Bil shares issued to GS Capital Partners + the previous 962Mil shares to be issued to GHS Financial + the 692Mil shares issued to "Private Investors", eventually the OS count will roughly be at 16Bil shares. Dennis was smart to set the AS at 20Bil. He knew. By the way >>
Shareholders should demand that Dennis identify all the "Private Investors" in the filings. The reason for that should be obvious to anyone reading this board and "X".
The explanation is in the 8-K filed on 8/21. Scroll down to "Settlement Agreement." 2.5 billion free trading shares were issued to GS Capital Partners to repay their loan to Dennis. He decided not to pay them back and they took him to court. >>
They agreed to take the 2.5 billion shares but apparently also agreed to sell on the ask and not dump into the bid. The broker hired by them is selling in smaller lots on the ask...printing the total sold, (15 million), as an "Avg. Type"...printing it as a buy -- because they were sold on the ask. >>
GS Capital agreed to sell no more than 1% of the OS, weekly. Starting last Thursday, the 15 million share buys (Avg. Type) started showing up. It appears roughly 90 million have been sold. Only 2.4+ billion to go, lol.
Are you sure you know what "Green Range" means?
I'm from Missouri.
This doesn't need to be said, but anyway, you are certainly free to believe any claims by Dennis O'Leary.
How do you know? How's the $24Mil contract in Kazakhstan looking? How's the Moonland contract in Egypt looking? How's the Sanmina contract looking (announced Dec. 2023 "It's only days away."). How's your dividend looking from the Optilan uplist to the NYSE? How's the Business Combination with GSD and the subsequent uplist to NASDAQ looking? How's Dennis's $15Mil share buyback looking? etc. etc. etc. 😉 >>
Dennis's first responsibility is to make it as easy as possible for the people who own him, to be able to sell their shares -- billions of them. More outlandish pumps coming to keep buying interest high. SLAP DAT ASK!
It was sarcasm...they aren't stupid.
LOL...yeah. The USAF is stupid, apparently.
Does the USAF know DPLS only has $950.00?
15mil "avg. type" printed -- peanuts. Another 341mil shares added to the unrestricted a couple days ago. "DPLS is making lenders and insiders great again."
LOL, did Dennis suddenly become an honest person...suddenly find religion? That's funny. Apparently you, Dennis O'Leary, and trader53 don't believe in the principles that REALLY made this country great. Enjoy the corruption.
Hard working Americans make America great. First responders, factory workers standing in one spot for 8 hours or longer, energy utility workers making sure your keypad has electricity so you can type your shameless pumps, and that's the very short list. >>
People like Dennis O'Leary, a proven liar, a failed steward of shareholders money, bring America down. You saying he deserves your respect tells us all we need to know.
Birds of a feather...scammers flocking to other scammers. In defense of toxic lenders, how else would they make their money back without convertible notes/discounted shares in return? Trader53 >>
You "Love this company" and "Respect the CEO". Why don't you lend Dennis money -- a straight up loan? You won't do that because you know he won't pay you back. I guess you don't love and respect him that much 😉
Okay, riddle me this: How many shares will GHS Financial dump next week? How many shares will GS Capital Partners sell next week (they agreed to sell on the ask, not dump into the bid). How many shares will the private investors dump next week (they bought shares at $0.00045). I'm not being a smart ass. I think it's a valid question because you claim charts can predict it.
Exactly. Big dumps today, especially the 10Mil dump (avg. type) at 12:29. Charts are able to predict that??? No, they are not. But I defend a person's right to believe anything they choose, no matter how misguided they are. >>
Imagine, for conversation sake, that the nearly 3Bil extra shares to be issued, (shares in addition to the current 9.5Bil OS), imagine they are now just beginning to be sold. >>
Good luck to anyone using charts, as no one knows how fast those shares will get sold, and at what quantities.
I understand...always have. It is all about -- only about -- the share price. I've never ignored the reason why OTC traders are in the game. But since this is open opinion forum, I prefer to opine about the peripheral "stuff" -- that which affects the share price. For example >>
Did you know that every time Dennis O'Leary hosts a podcast/interview, the share price drops. And each time he's filed an 8-K to disclose that he hosted a podcast/interview, the share price drops again. That is verifiable, not my opinion. I find that interesting. And here's the irony >>
Trader53 always announces the date/time of Dennis's Spaces interviews, here and on other media outlets. It's not a stretch to assume he's trying to draw attention to the interviews so that his readers/followers will buy shares. If his followers buy shares the day before the interviews drawn in by his "attention getter" posts, they will lose money after the interviews. Most interesting. The moral of the story is >>
Trader53 would be wise -- for his followers sake -- not to advertise the podcasts. But he does -- and likely will continue. Ironic, eh? Regarding trader53 insulting the intelligence of others >>
He has posted multiple times >> "How to Profit From the DPLS Short Squeeze". LOL -- he knows full well that DPLS will never experience a short squeeze.
Trader53 is running out of ideas so he's reducing himself to a political pop culture catch phrase >> "DPLS will make America great again." Trump's name was invoked only to borrow the phrase >>
It appears his "I love this company" and "I trust this CEO" are falling on deaf ears, as they should. It's all just mindless pumping, because >>
Only someone living in a cave for the past decade wouldn't be aware that the CEO is not trustworthy (countless examples of that). And the company has only ever been a "Pretend Company". So what's to love? >>
The "love" is the typical OTC "affection" of buying at .0009 / .001 /.0011 -- pump the crap out of it -- then cash out at .0012 or a little higher. Trader53 insults the intelligence of critical thinkers. He has for years.
That's what is unknown. GS Capital Partners is allowed to sell up to 92Mil shares per week until all their 2.5Bil shares are sold. >>
The "Private Investors" bought nearly 700Mil shares at $0.00045 and can sell now at a considerable profit. >>
GHS Financial will eventually be issued 962Mil shares, (in the 8-K), tied to money loaned because Dennis screwed up the SPA that HE signed with them. >>
It's a cluster f**k that only Dennis is capable of accomplishing, due to no revenue because he can't sell a damn thing.
Well, trader53 is pumping his azz off, so I guess we'll see. "DPLS will make America great again." I love the free entertainment because it is priceless. I really believe he's only helping Dennis's "insiders" sell their shares -- in my opinion of course.
Might hit trips??? Another 367 million shares added to the OS two days ago. In six years, this is the largest quantity added in such a short period of time. >>
Of the 1.5Bil shares added to the OS since July 15, only about 200Mil have hit the unrestricted. What's your chart showing you? Mine is showing a "Toilet Flush E Wave." >>
That should make OTC traders ecstatic. You guys love when a ticker tanks hard. Maybe $0.00001 will show up and no bid? A slice of OTC heaven right here on Earth. SMH!
Train, your hopeful enthusiasm is compelling, but you know the reality. DPLS has nothing. Dennis now claims he's quoting multiple potential targets in the Middle East...the same claim for years. But you know they perform thorough DD before considering handing over a purchase order. >>
For many years, Dennis has been all about "Our technology is superior to the competition." When the company he's quoting asks him for a couple company names they can research for proof -- he's painted in a corner >>
"Well, we've never sold our superior product to anyone -- there is no actual real life data to refer you." What's next? If the quoted company agrees to be the first company to try the DPLS product, they'll need to verify if DPLS can deliver. They won't trust and believe Dennis's hype and fluff like trader53 does. Their DD will show >>
$900 in cash, no manufacturing capability, two employees (counting Dennis), a mountain of debt, the current funding raise used only to cover operating expenses and to pay off a $2.5Bil debt due to a breach of contract. I can't believe DPLS is still in business. As you pointed out, DPLS is a flip only. Buy .0008's / '0009's and wait until trader53 and Dennis can pump hard enough so they can cash out at .00014 / .00015. >>
A reverse split of 1:100 is the only way this gets to a dollar. But I suspect GHS Financial will demand Dennis executes a 1:1000 reverse split (IMO). But also as you pointed out, the SEC and FINRA are likely investigating the past fraudulent behavior by Dennis. His lies surely haven't gone unnoticed. The list of shareholders reporting Dennis to the SEC keeps growing. FINRA is unlikely to approve corporate actions. >>
But all what I say doesn't matter to OTC traders. All they care about is more mindless pumps by trader53 and a "push" by his followers in order to cash out on a 3 or 4 tick flip. "Trader53 is inbound" -- "I love this company" -- "I trust this CEO" -- "I'm loading" << too funny!
Well, are you willing to plunk down $10,000? The link again, posted below with a copy and paste of page 48. I remember reading a filing a couple years ago that a minimum of $10,000 was required to qualify as a "Private Investor." You can see for yourself that "Private Investors" bought 22,222,222 for $10,000 ($0.00045 per share). I suppose if you contact Dennis via his email address posted on the OTCM site, it won't cost anything to ask him. GLTY

On May 23, 2024 the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with an investor for the purchase of 22,222,222 shares of Common Stock for a total consideration of $10,000.
On June 18, 2024 the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with an investor for the purchase of 22,222,222 shares of Common Stock for a total consideration of $10,000.
LMAO....a "strict leak-out clause" negotiated to maintain its going concern value. The DPLS "going concern value" is tens of $millions$ of net losses YOY and accumulated debt of $70,000,000. A strict leak-out clause??? The 8-K filed on August 21 discloses the reality of how "strict" it is >>
GS Capital can sell up to 92,134,000 shares -- PER WEEK! >>
GS will be allowed to sell the greater of (1) in one week, no more than 1% of the total outstanding shares of the Company as reported in the Company’s most recently filed SEC report or registration statement on a noncumulative basis and the sales will be made at the “ask” price and not at the “bid price,” and (2) 15% of the daily trading volume of the Common Stock on any single trading day. Under the Agreement, the Company will reserve 2,500,000,000 shares of Common Stock.

Open the 10-Q linked below. Scroll all the way down to page 48, the last page before Dennis's signature. Dennis needs money desperately because indications are that GHS Financial LLC is not playing ball with Dennis, or vice versa. Investor? / lender? / whatever. But, Dennis specifically refers to these "lenders" as investors. Dennis, a master at wordsmithing. I guess the word "investors" gives the appearance of folks wanting to invest in DPLS, but they bought those shares for $0.00045 per share, lol. Those "investors" didn't have much confidence in him or they would have paid more. >>
Item 2. Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of Proceeds
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=17771229&guid=yFO-kqODiSEJh3h
Could be, or one of the private investors who paid $0.00045 for tens of millions of shares. I mean, he was invited on to the last Spaces podcast with Dennis. All in my opinion.
Can't imagine how low your standards must be if you love this company and trust the CEO. SMH!
