It doesn't. It is just another carrot to us bag holder shareholders. It will only mean something if FDA grants approval to start clinical trials. It has been two years and nothing to show for it except for empty promises.
What type of value are you thinking? Maybe .0001 of a cent?
There never is a surge and there won't be for BMSN. BMSN is always dipping. When REGEN surged, BMSN floated a few cents up but that's it. All the speculation about BMSN trading with REGEN was horse puckey. Hasn't happened and it won't. We are all bag holders.
But nothing positive either! One would think that with such a high caliber management team that we'd see some more positive growth at this point. Maybe a grant or two? Maybe something?
It surely is blasting off, isn't it?
What is so great about it? Great companies don't trade for pennies. Great companies don't trade on the OTC. Great companies have products and generate revenue. Great companies have solid management and isn't run by one guy who has a history of diluting everything he touches. So again, I ask why is it great?
I wonder if Iran will get nukes and that the US will elect the first ever trany President before BMSN ever gets FDA approval for anything.
I was really hoping for FDA news last week. Maybe this week, right? It's been two years waiting for it. The time has come.
Get ready for big news next week. It was suppose to come this week but because of an emergency trip to the Vet yesterday due to a FDA clerk needing to take her cat to have a fur ball removed, the approval did not get the final black stamp of approval. But it will happen next week. I pinky swear it.
Exactly. Who knows what is going on. The FDA could be adding comments stating, "This Regen company has no clue on how to submit an IND. There is no way we'll ever approve it but we'll just drag them along for a few years before telling them NO."
If I am right, it goes to show you just how misleading message boards can be.
Might not see one now that REGEN is trading. We just saw a run in REGEN and that might be it. I hope I am wrong because I have many millions of shares of BMSN and I am getting tired of holding the bag. Everyone owning shares right now are bag holders.
Over the last two years, has this strategy of locking up your shares ever worked? I have mine locked up and yet the price keeps going down. Maybe the issue doesn't have anything to do with shorting but lack of progression by the company, rampant dilution, no deals, substantial non dilutive funding or grants? Oh, and that FDA thing. Or lack of FDA approval might be a big reason instead of non existent shorts.
Do you really believe that this message board is the reason why the stock has gone from almost .0091 to .0007 in a year?
Huge FDA news is coming after the close folks. Just wait for it as promised.
I am also in discussions with BMSN. Thought I'd let you know.
Does anyone think this will retrace back under $2 or is 2 the new floor?
Assuming there are any revenues. There has been no guidance. Why is that?
I can not for the big FDA news we were told was going to happen this week! Aren't you all excited for it?
Koos is working his magic and is going to make us all rich. I can't wait to party with you guys in South Beach.
GO REGEN!
True, true. I predicted and correctly that regen would sink back to the teens. We saw the same thing happen with BMSN this time last year with the divy news. It's just one big game being played and until Koos and his team can actually get the FDA to green light the trials, this is never going to go anywhere. Even FDA approval isn't a guarantee this will move. It surely hasn't traded with REgen and we kept hearing that it would.
The BMSN path has been riddled with IEDs.
Discussions are nothing more than that. They aren't deals. Discussions take place all the time like on here. Has any discussion on here ever mattered? No. For crying out loud, people still can't get over trying to figure out the divy.
He should have taken the cut long ago is my point. And I truly do hope that there is significant news that moves the business forward soon. Again, thanks for your posts (and DR. V). I wish more on here were like you two.
I am sure CEO Koos taking a paycut down to $180K will make many feel a whole lot better. :)
Is the cusip of the new pref A stock showing up in your account?
I must not because I have no idea what the hell is a divident? Is it something Canadian? If so, no wonder.
Can someone please let me know if I buy and sell today, will I still get the divy?
I said it was going back to the teens. It did. Do you honestly think that this is going to go back up in price without any significant news which most likely won't be any time soon? Btw, what was the price of the stock last week at this time?
Hey, I forgot that there is going to be FDA news this week per another poster and that will help get us back to a dollar. We are going to be RICH!
Pssst, told ya all this would drop like a rock back to the teens. Koos does it again! More mud on the faces of those who keep inflating this stock as being something it is not.
Hisotry seems to repeat itself. REGEN saw its pop and now it has fizzled in early March. Back to the teens it appears.
I think you misunderstood my post. My point is that for any big pharma to truly lend its support to a very small and, frankly, suspect biotech, it would want to see the FDA approve the INDs first before that BP would waste their time partnering with said fledgling biotech with financials that couldn't even finance a case of herpes.
That might change if and when FDA gives some sort of approval to move forward. A pharma will be more interested once the FDA gives its blessing. Otherwise, it's a waste of time for them.
Could it be that Regen is securing all these patents to hopefully bundle them for a sale to an interested party, say some major pharma company?
Historically, March has always been a good month. Hopefully more will come unless what we saw was it which wasn't much.
Oh come on, can't you take a joke? So when do you think the FDA will finally approve something? It's two years for Hemaxellerate and about 6 months for dCellVax. I know patience is a virtue but do you think we'll see anything this year?
What theory is that? Koos is going to win the power ball and from that he'll be able to buy more patents?
I am not angry. I am hopeful that the FDA will hopefully approve something so that the company's technology can be proven to be effective against cancer that has taken some of my family members.
You got that right. It's like groundhog day on here. The same thing always happens and certain people think there is going to be a different outcome. I think they use that to define insanity. FDA approval is needed to help move this lump of free coal. Odds are that this retraces back to the teens now.
It's not junk. It's a piece of the puzzle. But it will become junk if it proves not to work, assuming it ever gets to be used in clinical trials. It remains to be seen if the FDA will EVER approve anything from this company. And I wonder if that angel investor is the one person who invents on here? Or did he cash out all of his shares already?
