....or it was rent to own. Just a little blood on the carpet. Owners promise to clean it up, conserve it, get it back to looking new. Years later the house is looking really good. The new renters even have it partially paid off...Surprise! the owners updated the contract. Renters now owe owners more rent and owners took out that little part of the contract that said renters would actually own the house. No biggie... Owners aren't going to refund the "rent to own" payments already received either. Owners said they thought they couldn't get the stain out so they needed to change the contract. Renters be like WTF!, You know that stain isn't there any more you just want to keep this house for yourself and rake in all that mad rent money like the airbnb Netflix room is rakin in.
Old article... But gives a summary of what they are up to. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/united-cannabis-near-term-cannabinoid-185055372.html
"...rather than access high cost capital that could negatively affect the company, I elected to undertake the licensing process and fund the project by selling my own personal shares.”

Isn't the "legal" contract supposed to be for a "conservatorship"? The goal being to bring the company back to their independent old self. I realize that an amendment changed this outcome but based on the Billions these companies are churning out (especially so soon after the much needed "amendment"), someone had other plans for their money. If not, then most people would think they would have issued a new amendment that said "Oops somehow we didn't realize you were going to be making Billions again, it looks like we are paid off...". I think most people are just in awe and disbelief that this is actually happening and that they are getting around that intent?
Did anyone find out what's up with their website? I tried calling them today but got no answer at the front desk. It sounds like a promising technology and I'm looking to find a good price point to pick some up but I don't want to if they aren't going to be around.
Rec, could they execute only a portion of the warrants? A little at a time...or would that be considered the same?

Restructure of the press release...
Nice!!
Is there a good recent article that discusses the confirmed accounting fraud.
...just checking. I need to catch up on the details of the 10 mil vs 5 mil press release to get more familiar with it.
It was mentioned before that the money was being used to invest back into the company. Is it at all possible that this type of fundraising is required because of the type of business this is? Or are banks able to give capitalization loans to Cannabis companies now? I know at one point they were not able to even have a deposit account, which led to increased robberies due to the excess cash on site.

Does it state in the "older stuff" why the GSEs were made to pay 10%, and everyone else got a lower rate? It appears they were singled out, or was there a good reason for that?
I agree, that "conference room" pic looks totally made up. How many other "real" business names do you think were written on the dry erase board so they could post them on different message boards? Why wouldn't they be tweeting about all of their products, aren't they supposed to be a distributor of multiple products? Do they not have any other products?
Where is the option to preorder? Do you have a link?
Previous post indicated that van Horn auctions had a bankruptcy court order to sell off some (or all?) of Vision Motor corps assets back in Jan 2015. Maybe some assets did not sell. Van Horn does list vision motor corp as a past auction but does not list the outcome.
If they have to give up the intellectual property to ttsi, in addition to the two trucks, what value is left in the shell to start a new company? Would this be picked up by a random startup or a sub company of ttsi?
Who purchased them?
