Eureka! Yes we will definitely see institutional investors with deep pockets taking a stake. Further I expect a hugely successful offering purchase. Lake, when encr recently became a Deleware company and after the reverse split a 200 million share count was reauthorized. A reduction then an increase...??! Thus encr has many shares to work with since the outstanding shares are indeed low. A forward split of many to one is feasible as the price escalates.

Short term we should see the uplisting activity and results of the offer. This will allow institutional investment previously not accessible. (Short term is anything under six months albeit the uplisting should be complete in the next couple of weeks)

Yes I still believe encr will see much higher share prices even to fifty and beyond. I also believe we will see a forward split in the future....one month at a time.

Smooch: virtually all shares are consumed. As with the plan encr will issue more shares in a placement of sorts to raise money to make more deals and oxidizers. Although it may seem dilutive, it takes money to make money. Further, why raise money unless it is needed for business endeavors. If all goes well I envision a forward split for our faith and patience. I still believe there will be significant news prior to uplisting. Because of the Sail venture capitalist investors. We don't know what they know!!!!!

Smooch: 2.4 mil shares are a pitance for any public company large or small. Thus for more volume there must be shares in the float. Cve is just another opportunity albeit cve paid for some testing. Therefore cve holds a special place in encr's management's heart. Manufacturing an oxidizer is not making a simple gadget. With such few shares to trade there is a wide divide between bid and ask. Thus encr stock price could be explosive. R'THING is subject to change except my long position in encr. Btw crossed the creek today and recovered my deer climbing tree stand....which I will tefurbish.....killed a lot of deer out of this one!!!!

Concerning uplisting and the s-1 filing: pricing and shares to be offered are TBD. I still anticipate a significant announcement before the offering...like new purchase orders and/or a manufacturing agreement with Dresser and mutual agreed upon unit sales projections. Too, What about the European and Asian partnerships previously disclosed? ....or a CVE sale or two???

Encr's strategy of licensing the manufacturing of its oxidizers has been in its plans for a long time. Dresser-rand has tentatively agreed to exclusive manufacturing of the 2-4 MW size. Still waiting for a definitive agreement with mutually agreed upon unit sales/production and payments. This agreement should close soon and hopefully before stock uplisting. Stay tuned and invested.......

Smooch, cve paid for testing of the encr oxidizer with impeccable results according to university California irvine officials. All of the global partners and other representatives are targeting oil producers and flaring. Dresser-rand gets 98 percent of its revenue from the energy industry (oil/gas). Therefore POs will be forthcoming without a doubt. I would be willing to bet that negotiations are in process with one or more producers. Remember that encr's technology is patented and disruptive. Relax and be confident of your share position. Although we had a reverse split, I see forward splits in encr's future.....based on the share structure of the new deleware corporate identity as of last week. I will bet on this projection as well.

Lake, future hindsight could very well make all of us longs wish we mortgaged the farm to buy more at any price that we have seen this past year. It appears that encr is making good on all disclosures. Timing this gem is hard..just be in and not out when she erupts.

Looking forward: a PO to an oil company would set this thing flaring (pun intended). I believe we will get news of this sort in conjunction with uplisting to a bigger exchange or shortly before and with one of Encr's global partners. Too a manufacturing license with dresser-rand / siemens would be enormous. In process for sure Imho.

All shares cheaper than $4.50 have dried up. Looking explosive!!!

Next milestones are uplisting and sale to a petroleum operator that flares waste gases. Hopefully, a large multinational operator like ExxonMobil. Of course a manufacturing agreement with Dresser announcement would be huge. I believe these events will be certainly before years end. The new price target is 50 bucks.

Great news! Encr receives purchase order and license payment from dresser-rand.

Now that the mftf was successful we should see a purchase order from dresser-rand. In the press release dresser-rand VP stated desire to commercialize more systems. Again I look forward to a manufacturing license. Still need to have a longer view and I believe we longs will be extremely well rewarded.

Remember longs that the warrants and options for the insiders are at many dollars above current price. I am a net buyer and have over a million shares reverse presplit. Even bought more post split. Relax and have a little chiante with some father beans and sauted brains of your choice. Do not silence the lamb within you. We have disruptive technology! Encr is not putting out such an extensive s1 discussion to be a pan flash!!

Read the entire S1 filing. Took awhile but was a thorough document of Encr's history and business endeavors. The risks and opportunities are all honestly documented and transparent. Excecution and implementation is paramount. I believe encr is on track to become a premier company over time. Two main factors are important to this investor: 1) a PO from dresser-rand which encr posts that all requirements have been met from encr's perspective and 2) a manufacturing license with Dresser evolves and is consummated....then game on!! No risk no reward. Got to be in it for the long term for which events will unfold and continue to unfold.

Dresser-rand brand and management will remain with headquarters soley in Houston. There is a lot to this unfolding story which I won't extrapolate now. But as js hollers, here me out on this and don't blink.

Js: always enjoy your entertaining post. Unfortunately for me your thesis is flawed on all points. The license agreement for which is most important is for manufacturing. Production can be ramled up with dresser and soon the seimans combined entity, a massive company. The private investments are for prices much higher. The reverse split was not dilutive to current shareholders but for the purpose of going to the nasdaq or nyse thus allowing institutional/mutual funds investment. Extremely low shares outstanding which means large upward moves when demand catches fire. The impressive list of directors says much Not too mention recent awards. The technology is solid and disruptive. I might suggest that you take your four dollar profit and buy a share of encr. I am confident that you will be able to make a profit and pay your commission On that one share. This is my thesis.

With so few shares outstanding this could be explosive to a 50 dollar price per share proportional to a $1.00 pps presplit. Btw missed tripling on drmc today as I was napping. 125 million traded today but more is coming soon. Also still buying thns. Explosions set for encr drmc and thns. Will be adding encr shares soon. Fyi sent email via encr website asking for update on mftf test. Don't expect answer but am confident the test has been performed and was a raving success. It only makes sense for an announcement in conjunction with a dresser-rand po. Anyway why does it matter to you, a smo with a 30 stock portfolio. Lake your positioning is outstanding as is your due diligence. Encr has a lot of irons in the fire. I have great confidence that there will be a plethora of positive events and announcements in the near term. Just for fun research Charles laws which encr has applied to their pressure vessel And controlling the oxidation environment. I would buy more but got enough. Smooch: I am 62 and live in hazel green alabama, just few miles south of the Tennessee border. This is a bedroom community to huntsville the home of Marshall space flight center and the army material command. Lots of federal government workers etc. I worked for contractors to support both.
