Production can be ramled up with dresser and soon the seimans combined entity, a massive company. The private investments are for prices much higher. The reverse split was not dilutive to current shareholders but for the purpose of going to the nasdaq or nyse thus allowing institutional/mutual funds investment. Extremely low shares outstanding which means large upward moves when demand catches fire. The impressive list of directors says much Not too mention recent awards. The technology is solid and disruptive. I might suggest that you take your four dollar profit and buy a share of encr. I am confident that you will be able to make a profit and pay your commission On that one share. This is my thesis.
