Read the entire S1 filing. Took awhile but was a thorough document of Encr's history and business endeavors. The risks and opportunities are all honestly documented and transparent. Excecution and implementation is paramount. I believe encr is on track to become a premier company over time. Two main factors are important to this investor: 1) a PO from dresser-rand which encr posts that all requirements have been met from encr's perspective and 2) a manufacturing license with Dresser evolves and is consummated....then game on!! No risk no reward. Got to be in it for the long term for which events will unfold and continue to unfold.
