Yields birth date between Sept 1,1990 and Mar 1,1992. Father divorced Georgia Frontiere in 1988…how is he her son…Georgia had 2 children, Chip and Lucia Rosenbloom… I don’t see any connection for Joseph to inherit Georgia’s fortune.

Now hopefully we hear some good news...

News of some sort is needed, whether positive or negative...we never did hear anything more about the Fleaux deal that was supposed to have a commitment letter no later than 7-1-2018...is this acquisition dead in the water or is there additional efforts being done to acquire fleaux with a new commitment date?

Stated in the news release on 6-14:

“Mr. Moore concluded: “I stand by my previous comments and pledge to work tirelessly for the shareholders of Galenfeha and to keep them updated on a continuous basis as material events, both positive and negative, occur over time.””

...however its a month and a half after the deadline with no news one way or the other...committing to the shareholders to keep them updated and actually following through are two different things

What do you mean by no successor to report and what snag did they run into that would result in the down tick...the latest news I saw was in June saying they got more contracts?

That’s the problem...hopefully Mr Moore figures it out soon that you do need to take care of the investors as well...

I agree...owning/running a private company is different than a public company...I don’t like a lot of fluff PR’s, but they do need to put occasional press releases out to attract new and maintain current investors and investor confidence...

Well, it looks like it is Tuesday the 15th for the 10q deadline, so one more trading day, possibly 2 if filed at the close of business Tuesday...unless they do an extension and then they have until Monday the 21st

Exactly...I’ve been holding for a while now, and figured I would at least wait until the 10q drops since we are this close...hopefully they are on target for their earning projections...if so, this should double these levels or even more...imo

I agree...I wish I had the insight to sell Friday and get back in today...but holding long term is the better way to go and not miss the boat...imo.

Wow...finally read through the 8K’s filed this year and you are right, .11 is still a steal...once the 10Q comes out and the EPS gets updated, this thing is going to seriously fly...hopefully the 10K has some additional info to help it continue on its way north in the meantime...

Why do they keep posting news about USG People...completely unrelated companies, correct?

They were just sold back to the company:

"The 4,100,000 shares of common stock were retired because of Mr. Ketner's resignation, pursuant to the company's resale restriction agreement filed with the commission on October 25th, 2013. This resale restriction agreement provides a protection to common shareholders, that any stock bought by a director at the time of the company formation will be forfeited without continued employment or participation with the company"

That is what I meant. The company sounds like it is doing great, but as an investor, it doesn't matter how successful a company is if the stock doesn't follow or even moves opposite to what would be expected...and that is what it currently is doing...
