News of some sort is needed, whether positive or negative...we never did hear anything more about the Fleaux deal that was supposed to have a commitment letter no later than 7-1-2018...is this acquisition dead in the water or is there additional efforts being done to acquire fleaux with a new commitment date?

Stated in the news release on 6-14:

“Mr. Moore concluded: “I stand by my previous comments and pledge to work tirelessly for the shareholders of Galenfeha and to keep them updated on a continuous basis as material events, both positive and negative, occur over time.””

...however its a month and a half after the deadline with no news one way or the other...committing to the shareholders to keep them updated and actually following through are two different things
