Man, I am so sorry. I was looking at doubling again here but at a fraction of the loss you are talking about. I assume it's all relative but either way I hope somehow this turns into a miracle recovery for you.
Good stuff Fitz. I am going to start taking some positions and scale up. I still get DTs when I think about what went down with ABWN...like total post traumatic and I lost very very little even when it tanked because I had sold out between I think like 2 and 3 on the ascent.
That was an absolute train wreck for a lot of folks.
Fitz do you have the original filings on what is out as far as debentures?
I am only in this indirectly via another stock but if they did not totally screw the pooch on the convertibles then it is not hopeless.
If they did ANYTHING similar to the terms ABWN did then stay way way way far away.
Gotta be debentures. Does someone have the link to whatever Gawd awful deal they cut with their debs? If it's anything similar to the horrific stuff ABWN did then once it ticked below a certain level it can literally be forced into a death spiral.
Ridiculously miniscule buying. Looks like someone just put an open buy in to drive the price. It's like 300 bucks or something right? Silly traps. I too am very long this but without real volume then it does not matter in the least.
I too am positive longer term if we can stay in biz but that volume is nothing in real dollar terms. It's also likely a buy to set up a sell at the end of the year to real tax losses on a severely under-water position. Either way, it's unfortunate we are where we are at this point. We will see.
If this is a legit company then the low amount of OS is just bonkers...I am reading around 16 million...can anyone confirm or deny that OS? Does anyone have insight into the AS?
Such pathetic volume...none of these moves up or down matter without volume into the millions.
It's does not matter even a gnat's ass... actually it's less than that...it's like the bikini on a gnat's ass. ????????
What is "lots"? Do you have numbers?
Does anyone know current cash position and burn? Yahoo is showing like close to 6 million in debt and next to nothing cash which could mean a secondary shelf offering to raise unless they are good to go on operating expenses and cash flow. I like the way this looks but with the jump up it's often a prime time to raise if they need funding.
Out right now but nothing about this stock ever makes sense to me...
Not to split hairs but you are the one that started accusing people of stuff first...to then back up on it...let's keep it real. :)
Again, not to sound difficult but, besides the stock options...the rest of this is chump change and the options are in the best interest of shareholders and Thom. I can appreciate the diligence and I do not think he should be unduly compensated if he cannot deliver but all of this is white noise. The options are the magic.
200k is chump change for a CEO in the Tech World. I know it does not seem like it to normal folks but believe me, it is a pimple on a gnat's ass.
True :)
While any move up is positive, the tiny amount of volume means any move either way is probably not indicative of anything at all.
Cool. I am going to get back involved.
I was in this stock from a merger and sold out like mid-1 dollar range and thought I had missed a big boat. Can someone clue me in on why the ass-kicking since the beginning of the year or was there a split I am not showing?
Soul-crushed shorts are good for my soul no matter if I am in a stock or not...good luck guys.
Good for you man!!! I don't have it but I love when shorts get soul-crushed. I think the people saying he does not have the financing are forgetting that the Saudi's stated goal is 2 trillion in their capital fund within the next few years. 70 billion is not what it used to be...and it's a small percentage of 2 trillion.
Lol. That made me laugh man.
What an ass-beating this is gonna be...the margin calls alone will end a significant number of people...lol. Wow.
I expect they will take it private for some small premium...maybe .12 cents...or something.
Powerball ticket time...let's see how this Millennial Venture Fund changes the game.
I think so. This felt an awful lot like that one but the convertibles were not as poisonous until .01 pre-split. The reverse split did the work of the shorts for them in many ways.
I kept telling people there was no way the OS was what was being reported based on the convertibles.
Good luck man. Make sure you are taking into account the convertibles.
...and what I mean by that is it should be in the stratosphere today with earnings like that unless there is something we just don't know that someone does. Do any of the settlements have recurring?
This stock makes no sense at all. It never has and maybe it never will. I just don't get it.
It's probably right but there is literally no way to know how much 100s of millions of shares are out there at the moment.
5 billion. The RS only affects outstanding not authorized. In effect it gave them more shares to be issued even if they had not jacked the AS up separately.
Yeah that shows you how out of whack the OS numbers are that are being reported. I expect there is some BS lag allowed as far as convertibles as long as the AS is high enough to handle the dilution. We saw the same thing on ABWN and several others recently.
That's exactly what I am saying. OS is way way out of what. No-one should even remotely consider that accurate.
It's way way way more OS than 7 million.
I said this multiple times a week ago. The convertibles got profitable at $2.50 post split which was .01 pre-split. It's not a pretty picture.
I don't believe this number is even close to accurate right now. Be aware.
Way more stock out there than showing based on conversions more than likely...which is why they raised the AS so ridiculously high...sorry for your losses folks. If they don't declare bankruptcy, it will settle but God only knows at what level. Horrible mismanagement.
Great information. Thanks, as always, man.
Having said that, I am buying a little here just in case I am wrong and they pull off a miracle.
