Interesting that there's been zero trade volume today... Anyone know what's going on?
I dont drink-->>don't know anything about Delta 8 thc-->>but I LOVE TIT'$
I'm holdin
Overall down market is not helping. Not a lot of green on the board last few trading days.
Not a great start to the day
What's the outstanding share count? I haven't seen anything updated in forever...
Good Morning Sleek.
Right on brotha! Gonna be a great year..
Hey old fam!
Been a LOOONNNGG time since I've posted in here. Still holding my bags of SALAMI (and others) since 2016... contemplating trying to convince the wife that I should/need to dump more $$ in to average down before its too late HAHA. Don't wanna miss the train ride up.
As prices continue to rise I'll slowly rise from my depressing state of affairs ?? Just hoping for one day not to have to tell the wife "I haven't lost money unless I sell babe" LOL
Hope all you longs are doing good..... and look forward to checking in more often. Have a good night!
Got it. Thanks.
I dont see how that is possible... ive been away for awhile but holding since 2017. According to OTC Markets PAOG has 1.5 Billion Authorized Shares and 1.2+Billion Outstanding. Unless I missed something I don't see where they are going to get the required 1.2 Billion shares for PURA shareholders.
Maybe someone can help me better understand this.
What up playa
When do you see this taking place Sleek? And when it does, what do you see PPS moving to?
Thanks in advance bro!
By the way, your picks $SIPC and $VATE are doing great!
Bud, if you are correct and GSK has already bought, or will be buying, Silenor and GSK will be able to get 100M a year revenue, how much do you think GSK would pay for Silenor?
I have been VERY curious about this as well....
I have thought, multiple times, of starting to buy again, but I can't get over the idea of them running out of funds!!!
Does anybody have any realistic ideas of how this can be done in the very near future WITHOUT releasing shares and diluting the market?
Excellent explanation World!
Only if PN would have been the one leaving the company.
Yeah, I admit it is the worse time (currently) to sell, but I still see an RS to get over $1 followed by dilution to raise funds.... if that is the case then selling now and buying later would be smart.
WOW!!! Now Ulrich quit too
Snug
I think you nailed it with this post!
Until we hear something official (I believe we should hear something within a few days) who the heck knows why we weren't delisted and whether or not we will be in the near future.
I can't see an extension happening because the NASDAQ requirements state:
"If the Company does not regain compliance with the Rule by August 29, 2017, the Company may be eligible for a second compliance period of 180 calendar days, PROVIDED THAT THE COMPANY MEETS THE CONTINUES LISTING REQUIREMENTS FOR MARKET VALUE OF PUBLICLY HELD SHARES AND ALL OTHER INITIAL LISTING STANDARDS for The Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement, and notifies Nasdaq of the Company’s intention to cure the deficiency during such second compliance period."
Based on this next statement, my gut feeling tells me we applied for an extension and this appeal delays the delisting process.
"If the Company does not regain compliance with the Rule by August 29, 2017 and is not eligible for a second compliance period at that time, Nasdaq will provide written notification to the Company that its common stock may be delisted. At that time, the Company may appeal Nasdaq’s delisting determination to a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the “Panel”). If the Company timely appeals, it would remain listed pending the Panel’s decision. There can be no assurance that, if the Company does appeal the delisting determination by Nasdaq to the Panel, that such appeal would be successful."
I don't think he is trying to blow anything out of the air. We have all been here a long time, through this painful death spiral and horrible mismanagement together. And if somebody, during such a downfall, comes and posts about things they have "heard" that's going on but they can't speak of this information, causes some of us to question whether this is insider information or a sad attempt of a pump! If you aren't doing either, we just ask you to share this information that makes you so certain the SP will climb.
With all due respect we all have been together on this board, fighting this PN battle TOGETHER, for far to long! If you really are privy to information that could help the rest of us longs (the team) then why hide this? Only reason you would want to hide information that could provide a spark for BPTH and the SP is because you either have information illegally or you truly want the SP to continually fall!
This kind of talk sounds VERY much like your previous posts... you know "buying HEAVILY on the 6th of June....resistance at 89 cents"..
Appreciate all your valuable DD over on ST sir!
Hey Bud, IMHO, if your a true long (by that I mean your not overly concerned about the day to day over next 1, 3, 6 months) then we are going to be well off! I don't have any experience on understanding MM's, or how stocks can be "controlled", if you will, so I can't talk to the short term, but LONG term, I truly believe we could see $40+ PPS
Think about where this company was and and what the PPS was wither the SS. Sensor has done what is needed to restructure the debt, yeah, the RS sucked but the SS is now awesome.
Yes Brett, a HUGE apology to you, Pat, and I believe there might have been another person or two, who warned of PN's inability to manage clinical trials. In hindsight I wish others would have voted to kick him out too (I voted to kick him out the last 3 years) unfortunately we don't have the manpower now.
In regards to your contacting institutional investors I think if someone, someone much more intelligent and with more time than I, should write up a really good persuasive paper to distribute to EVERYONEA
We will come out of this on the winning side, there ain't no doubt about that! And yes, when it's all done and Sedor has finished polishing his plan and executed it we will all meet up and have a good time. We already have Chef (from ST) cooking, BigP as our comedian and a few other greats providing some more entertainment haha
Yes GP, it will still be tradeable. Oddly enough, BPTH saw some of its highest PPS pre NASDAQ when we were trading in the OTC. I've wondered for some time if it would be a better place for us, however if we delist I would envision a drop in the PPS in the short term. But then we just run into the 2nd issue of funds....do we dilute to raise $$? Does that bring an RS?
I hope people dont think I'm screaming doom and gloom, I'm just trying to envision what else PN can do to tear us down
There are plenty of reasons to be excited about BPTH but as you both have already started, PN has caused serious problems.
I would like to hear an argument as to WHY to buy this stock RIGHT now, when it is on the brink of being delisted (short term problem) and going to run out of $$ (mid term problem).
When I feel the time is right, or am convinced of a reversal, I will once again load the boat. But it really does suck having, at one point in time, a pretty substantial holding and being part of BPTH for so long (pre-reverse merger with Ogden Golf) to less than 10% of my original holdings....
LOL disregard my previous message
I was confused about this 180 days... so NASDAQ is just going to "restart" our 180 days because we are now not compliant of another finding? Hard to believe they just ignore the previous 180 days we've been sucking scum off the bottom of the pool in regards to our PPS
Agree with you 100%
PN has ruined this company.. found it kind of funny they submitted a joint resignation letter LOL I take that as them saying this company/BOD isn't important enough to get a professional resignation from us
I agree! There's still hope, it's just dwindling, quickly
Thank you for your reply! Im just trying to get a better understanding here...
I've been in FDBL a lllooonnggg time, too long to be honest. I made good money on the way up and bought and averaged down on the way down. Now left holding big bags. I'm not saying FDBL isn't a good stock to trade/flip (wish I would have known better myself) but I bought with the intention of holding for a period of time to allow an app to be developed and brought to market.
I've quit following, quite honestly, because I got tired of the same arguments being made from BOTH longs (pumpers) and shorts. Never really anything other than "BOOMTIME", "LOAD UP", "GOING TO THE MOON" from pumpers or "SCAM THIS", "SCAM THAT" from shorts.
And the worse part, believe me, I'm in pretty freaking deep in the red with tens of thousands $$$, is the only way this dang ticker has gone is down! Which makes it seem like those that keep saying "they know what's up and this stock is going way up" are nothing but pumpers preying on new victims.
I'm not saying all longs on this board are pumpers, but dang all this noise and the SP continues to drop!
Hoping this new development from FDBL CEO actually provides value for the shareholders this time. GLTY
I understand it isn't, but if CJ is going to claim working with this new company is so great and that they worked with i-hookup, I'm trying to understand how that was a benefit to i-hookup share price? Because we could expect the same, right?
How did i-hookup fair as a company?
Boston I've always respected your optimism and bright future outlook for FDBL, continue hoping it really happens! With this newest 8K out, I'm trying to understand their vision. I'm concerned, with more notes, eventually they will HAVE to do an RS! Like I just mentioned to CJ, I havent followed FDBL in quite some time (way too tired of see way to much red) I'd really like to understand their vision and timeframe. Are we going to be trips for the foreseeable future? Subpennies? Copper?
CJ I haven't followed FDBL in quite some time, although I do hold (bagholder of course haha) a decent amount of shares, I see you mentioned multiple times about your "DD". Do you have a link, or would you mind sharing?
WOW! It seems the process can really be dragged out...
Initial compliance date is:
August 29th, 2017
And that's 10 consecutive days traded over $1.00 by August 29th.
SJ
I agree, the pressing issue at hand is the current SP. I'm concerned there isn't much BPTH can do at this point to get the price up over $1 before delisting. I hope im wrong!
Do you recall what the delisting date is, assuming they dont get granted an additional 180 days?
So, realistically, where does that leave us? Will BPTH choose to allow delisting? Petition for 180 day extension before delisting? Will they R/S?
Hte saying it, but i can picture an R/S with dilution later. I've been in, and followed, BPTH a very long time and I just can't see them release any news that would raise the SP almost 200% in very short order.
Right there with ya! I made good $$$ on the way up but started buying again around .01, then averaging down in the 90's because I KNEW it was the bottom....LOL I was wrong! Now if I was to sell I would give back all my profit and some :( But like I tell my wife, I haven't lost any until I sell it, so at this point I'm a bagholder haha
I'm not 100% certain I understand how it all works either, but I believe SJ is referring to whether or not we have GTC sell orders placed on our shares at a much higher PPS. My understanding is, if our shares aren't tied up in an active order, they can be "borrowed" from brokers for shorting purposes (naked shorting?)
