Yes I am well aware of that. My question is why is it $99 on their homepage now? It has never been for sale at that price.
Could someone please explain to me why the price is listed as 129 on amazon and their new "sales" web site, yet VOIS has changed the price on their homepage to $99, with no shipping, and with sales tax? They also took down the information regarding manufacturing was expected to be completed by the end of August, and now only says "Pre-Order."
Hate to break it to you but they are on bloomberg, as one of those 30 minute paid programming infomercials. http://www.bloomberg.com/tv/schedule/europe/

Update regarding Transasia Lawsuit. Below is a link to read court documents regarding this lawsuit. Looks like on Feb 27, Transasia is accusing NEWL of not cooperating with many items regarding this lawsuit Very interesting.....

Ironridge and Transasia had NOTHING to do with the NASDAQ fraud and delisting. Here is the press release that they had to re-submit. NEWL lied about an agreement with MGP and Hanover.

I'm curious how you think a company that less than 5 months ago had 6.5 million shares, and now has 290+ million. This is the only 4000% gain NEWL will ever see. How do you explain that?
The judge graduated from Duke 6 years before Coach K took over the basketball program. LOL if you think Duke is an easy school to get into. Didn't everyone on this board boast about NEWL hiring some law magazines "Lawyer of the Year" to take on Ironridge? From your writings, it is obvious you are articulate with high intelligence (with the exception of pumping NEWL) but hey everyone has made mistakes in the market.
WRONG AGAIN. Here is the "small town judge." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_H._Pauley_III
Why don't you bring up the fact that in July you predicted that NEWL would be $150 a share on yahoo. LOL. You have tried to hype up this garbage for months.
Sorry, but you are 100% wrong. Read this link. http://americasmarkets.usatoday.com/2014/09/04/ask-matt-avoid-going-concern-companies/
Thanks Gary. I don't believe I have read that. I can't see how anyone in their right mind after reading that would think NEWL has any shot in arbitration unless the arbitrator is Zolotas' father. I would assume that all of the recent court proceedings would be entered as evidence for the arbitration hearing. Have you ever came across a judgment that IR has lost? I have not. They know the law and cover their bases really well.
Any bets that NEWL will be issuing another 6K stating IR has received more shares soon? Massive volume spike with lower share price means IR is dumping again. Sure looks like they are worried about arbitration.
Unbelievable how gullible people are. YOU CAN'T SHORT A STOCK ON THE GREY MARKET!!!! Yes, their are still shorts, but NO NEW ONES since this was traded on the GREY MARKET. Call your brokerage firm and try and short it if you don't believe me.
Please get your facts straight as well. NEWL is refusing any additional funding and trying to get the contract voided. Look at IR and please show me a court case that they have lost which was a victory for shareholders of ANY company. You can't. IR is equivalent to a pay day loan store which I despise, but their is no denying they are smart and know what they are doing. They have been sued many times and have always won. Look at their current behavior regarding NEWL. Why would they settle with NEWL when they continue trying to dilute and force fund? LOL if you really believe NASDAQ would want them back on their exchange after kicking them off. LOL if you really think they have any shot of getting traded on the OTC. 8 weeks later and they are still on the greys. Their are thousands of other companies out there to invest in.
This board has given me plenty of entertainment as I can't believe how anyone would believe a stock with 6 reverse splits and is trading at 12 cents and is on the grey market is a great investment. LOL LOL LOL.
Not trying to troll, but for the sake of argument lets say NEWL closes at .10 today. A 1,000% gain would mean $1.10 for the "MOASS" You do realize that this garbage would still be down -56.86% from when it opened at $2.55 on the gray's LOL.
Could you please enlighten everyone on how shorts can add to their position when you can't short a stock once its on the gray market?
It's quite obvious Ironridge and the 4 directors are hiding somewhere in the world afraid for their lives with a $125 million judgment looming. But at the same time IR is so powerful they are able to manipulate the numbers with their millions and millions of illegal naked shorts which are being delivered by NEWL's new ship due at the end of August (hence why no announcement yet)to a Kentucky coal mine.
Another Ironridge victory in court, this time with SVFC.

You would have a valid point, but Ironridge would argue that NEWL did 4 reverse splits before they came into the picture, and NEWL was halted by NASDAQ for a misleading press release. Not to mention the fact that the stock price before Ironridge was involved was still declining rapidly. Will be interesting to see what the courts say, but I will be shocked if we hear anything in the next 6 months as these things move slowly.
Please read the entire 15 page ruling and tell me how it does not favor IR. Yes, it was dismissed but due to jurisdiction issues, but on EVERY issue, the judge sided with IR on no evidence of shorting, and says IR was not responsible for the decline of NEWL's share price. If what I am saying is not true, please cite in the decision where it says ANYWHERE NEWL had a valid argument in ANY of its claims. You can't. I'll give you that IR is a sleazy enterprise, which reminds me of a pay-day advance store with insane interest rates. Oh, and all of this talk that IR is fleeing because 4 officers left is laughable. No one knows why they left, they could have been bought out by a partner, who knows? Here is a link to a recent judgment IR won on July 21 against a different company. http://www.baystreet.ca/viewarticle.aspx?id=418133 Doesn't seem like actions by a company that is "fleeing the country." Oh, and don't forgot, IR is still getting shares of NEWL.
You're incorrect. https://www.finra.org/Investors/ProtectYourself/InvestorAlerts/TradingSecurities/P177011
SEC Trading Suspensions to Protect Investors
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is authorized under federal law to suspend trading in any stock for a period of up to 10 business days.
Historically, most companies subject to trading suspensions by the SEC have been quoted in the over-the counter (OTC) market on the OTC Bulletin Board or other broker-dealer operated systems prior to the suspension—and most SEC suspensions are based on a lack of current information about the company.
So NASDAQ, which has 3,000 companies listed on its exchange is singling out some Greek shipping company? LOL. How much are you down? Anyone with half a brain would see this scam has multiple red flags from miles away. By the way, I PRAY that this gets uplisted. I have been short on this company 4 times in the past two months, and I enjoy hearing so much about ships coming, short squeezes, etc. My bank account enjoys it too. As long as their are bagholders like yourself, I will always make money on crap like this.
Gary- Page F-56 on NEWLS annual report, it is page 226/331 on my adobe reader is the CEO pay agreement. (All amounts expressed in thousands of U.S. dollars except share and per share amounts)
So looks like his salary is a mere 1.5 million for 2013-2018 paid in advance LOL... Up to a 4.5 million in bonuses a year, and this little tidbit....Michail Zolotas is terminated without “cause” or resigns for “good
reason” (each as defined in the employment agreement), he will be entitled to a cash payment equal to (i) twenty times his then-current base salary and (ii)
twenty times his annual bonus for the prior year within 30 days following the effectiveness of the termination
Gary- Something that stood out on NEWL's balance sheet to me was 44 million for "other current assets," when the previous year was 11 million. I couldn't find anything in their annual report about this amount, but then again I only skimmed the pages. All of their purchasing agreements are at the end of the report and appears all of them were paid with very little money down, and the rest in issuing stock, which shouldn't surprise anyone.
Coal mining appears to be drying up if you look at the recent articles from google. Here is an editorial from the Lexington, KY newspaper a few days ago. http://www.kentucky.com/2014/07/23/3347567/e-ky-coal-costs-too-high-for-revival.html
Shorts all covered on first day it opened on greys. Many daytraders posted on their twitter accounts with screenshots of the profits they made shorting this when it opened on the greys. Look at the volume on that day. Volume has dried up. Shorts are long gone.
Gary- You seem to be knowledgeable. On the OTC application, it says the CEO owns some 700,000 odd shares, yet says this is less than 1 percent? If their are 9 million outstanding this is obviously not 1 percent. So before the r/s the math would be 35 million, unless they were issued after the r/s. Am I right on this?
LOL ummm no. Here is the judge that issued the ruling. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_H._Pauley_III LOL if you think this is a small town judge.
I really don't understand why everyone is angry at Ironridge but not NEWL management. Common sense would tell you way before IR ever entered the picture, NEWL was still doing reverse splits and pps was tanking. If you look at their previous annual reports, their revenue has declined every year since 2009, and in 2013 revenue was only 7 million, and yet the CEO is still employed. Anyone banking on NEWL to win the next court battle is beyond foolish. All you have to do is read the court decision from a month ago and see how clueless the CFO of NEWL is.
Sorry if this is off topic but, do you know what the requirements are for companies to release earnings statements each quarter? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. NEWL's fiscal year ends Dec 31. I haven't been able to find any recent quarterly reports filed anytime. It seems that NEWL doesn't release quarterly reports, or if they do I they are well hidden. Are companies required to file quarterly reports?
