So looks like his salary is a mere 1.5 million for 2013-2018 paid in advance LOL... Up to a 4.5 million in bonuses a year, and this little tidbit....Michail Zolotas is terminated without “cause” or resigns for “good
reason” (each as defined in the employment agreement), he will be entitled to a cash payment equal to (i) twenty times his then-current base salary and (ii)
twenty times his annual bonus for the prior year within 30 days following the effectiveness of the termination
